本发明公开了一种治疗关节炎的药物及其制备方法，包括下述重量份的原料：辣椒25‑35份、乌蛇25‑35份、防风13‑17份、白芷13‑17份、全蝎8‑12份、羌活13‑17份、雷公藤13‑17份、黄芪13‑17份、血竭8‑12份、薄荷8‑12份、生姜18‑22份、当归13‑17份、白术13‑17份、川乌8‑12份、草乌8‑12份、麝香4‑6份、玄参25‑35份、天冬25‑35份、麦冬25‑35份、地黄25‑35份、板蓝根25‑35份、牡丹皮25‑35份、百部25‑35份、款冬花25‑35份。其制备方法是将原料药粉碎过10‑50目筛，加入总质量2.5‑3.5倍52‑55度的米酒中，浸泡8‑12天，得内服药；或将原料药粉碎过10‑50目筛，加入总质量1.5‑2.5倍的酒精中，浸泡8‑12天，得外用药。本发明的药物能有效治疗关节炎。其起效快、疗效好，无毒副作用，且用药方便快捷。临床治疗病例60例，总有效率96.6%。

背景技术
关节炎（arthritis）泛指发生在人体关节及其周围组织，由炎症、感染、退化、创伤或其他因素引起的炎性疾病，可分为数十种。我国的关节炎患者有1亿以上，且人数在不断增加。临床表现为关节的红、肿、热、痛、功能障碍及关节畸形，严重者导致关节残疾、影响患者生活质量。据统计我国50岁以上人群中半数患骨关节炎，65岁以上人群中90%女性和80%男性患骨关节炎。我国的患病率为0.34%～0.36%，严重者寿命约缩短10～15年。关节炎的病因复杂，主要与炎症、自身免疫反应、感染、代谢紊乱、创伤、退行性病变等因素有关。根据病因可将关节炎分为风湿性、类风湿性、外伤性、骨性及化脓性。
目前西医治疗关节炎，主要用抗炎镇痛药和非类固醇类药等以症状性治疗为主，但副作用大，有许多禁忌症，病人难以长期服用和耐受。目前市场上所使用的中药也种类繁多，但效果却参差不齐，不胜理想。

上述的一种治疗关节炎的药物，其制备方法包括如下步骤：
（（1）筛选原料药，按重量份取样；
（2）将各原料药粉碎，过10-50目筛，混合；
（3）将粉碎后原料药加入总质量2.5-3.5倍52-55度的米酒中，浸泡8-12天，即得内服药。
上述的一种治疗关节炎的药物，其制备方法包括如下步骤：
（1）筛选原料药，按重量份取样；
（2）将各原料药粉碎，过10-50目筛，混合；
（3）将粉碎后原料药加入总质量1.5-2.5倍的酒精中，浸泡8-12天，即得外用药。
本发明的药物与现有技术相比，具有明显的优点和效果，由以上技术方案可知：本发明选用辣椒、乌蛇、防风、白芷、全蝎、羌活、雷公藤、黄芪、血竭、薄荷、生姜、当归、白术、川乌、草乌、麝香、玄参、天冬、麦冬、地黄、板蓝根、牡丹皮、百部、款冬花为原料，通过各药物的协同作用发挥强筋壮骨，活血化瘀，消炎消肿、通络止痛之功效。能有效治疗关节炎。其起效快、疗效好，无毒副作用，且用药方便快捷。临床治疗病例60例，总有效率96.6%。
具体实施方式
以下通过试验例来进一步阐述本发明所述药物的有益效果。
试验例：本发明药物的临床观察
1、病例选择
治疗病例60例，其中：年龄40-80岁，男30例，女30例。
2、疾病诊断标准
《中医病症诊断疗效标准》。
3、治疗方法：
取本发明实施例所制备的药物，内服药酒每日三次，每次25-50g，饭后服用，多锻炼；取外用药洒适量浸湿沙布外敷患处；1个月为1个疗程，1-2个疗程即可。
4、疗效判定标准
显效：全部症状基本消除或主要症状消除。
有效：主要症状基本消除或明显改善。
无效：各种症状及体征无改变。
5、治疗结果：
全部60例患者使用本发明药物，其中显效51例，有效7例，无效2例，总有效率96.6%。
通过以下实施例来阐明本药物的制备方法。
实施例1
一种治疗关节炎的药物的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
（1）筛选原料药，称取辣椒25g、乌蛇35g、防风13g、白芷17g、全蝎8g、羌活17g、雷公藤13g、黄芪17g、血竭8g、薄荷12g、生姜18g、当归17g、白术13g、川乌12g、草乌8g、麝香6g、玄参25g、天冬35g、麦冬25g、地黄35g、板蓝根25g、牡丹皮35g、百部（炒）25g、款冬花（炒）35g；
（2）将各原料药粉碎，过10目筛，混合；
（3）将粉碎后原料药加入总质量2.5倍55度的米酒中，浸泡8天，即得内服药酒。

一种治疗关节炎的药物的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
（1）筛选原料药，称取辣椒辣椒30g、乌蛇30g、防风15g、白芷15g、全蝎10g、羌活15g、雷公藤15g、黄芪15g、血竭10g、薄荷10g、生姜20g、当归15g、白术15g、川乌10g、草乌10g、麝香5g、玄参30g、天冬30g、麦冬30g、地黄30g、板蓝根30g、牡丹皮30g、百部（炒）30g、款冬花（炒）30g；
（2）将各原料药粉碎，过24目筛，混合；
（3）将粉碎后原料药加入总质量3倍52度的米酒中，浸泡10天，即得内服药酒。
实施例3
一种治疗关节炎的药物的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
（1）筛选原料药，称取辣椒35g、乌蛇25g、防风17g、白芷13g、全蝎12g、羌活13g、雷公藤17g、黄芪13g、血竭12g、薄荷8g、生姜22g、当归13g、白术17g、川乌8g、草乌12g、麝香4g、玄参35g、天冬25g、麦冬35g、地黄25g、板蓝根35g、牡丹皮25g、百部（炒）35g、款冬花（炒）25g；
（2）将各原料药粉碎，过50目筛，混合；
（3）将粉碎后原料药加入总质量3.5倍53度的米酒中，浸泡12天，即得内服药酒。
实施例4
一种治疗关节炎的药物的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
（1）筛选原料药，称取辣椒25g、乌蛇35g、防风13g、白芷17g、全蝎8g、羌活17g、雷公藤13g、黄芪17g、血竭8g、薄荷12g、生姜18g、当归17g、白术13g、川乌12g、草乌8g、麝香6g、玄参25g、天冬35g、麦冬25g、地黄35g、板蓝根25g、牡丹皮35g、百部（炒）25g、款冬花（炒）35g；
（2）将各原料药粉碎，过10目筛，混合；
（3）将粉碎后原料药加入总质量1.5倍的酒精中，浸泡12天，即得外用药酒。

（3）将粉碎后原料药加入总质量2倍的酒精中，浸泡10天，即得外用药酒。

一种治疗关节炎的药物的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
（1）筛选原料药，称取辣椒35g、乌蛇25g、防风17g、白芷13g、全蝎12g、羌活13g、雷公藤17g、黄芪13g、血竭12g、薄荷8g、生姜22g、当归13g、白术17g、川乌8g、草乌12g、麝香4g、玄参35g、天冬25g、麦冬35g、地黄25g、板蓝根35g、牡丹皮25g、百部（炒）35g、款冬花（炒）25g；
（2）将各原料药粉碎，过50目筛，混合；
（3）将粉碎后原料药加入总质量2.5倍的酒精中，浸泡8天，即得外用药酒。

辣椒25-35份、乌蛇25-35份、防风13-17份、白芷13-17份、全蝎8-12份、羌活13-17份、雷公藤13-17份、黄芪13-17份、血竭8-12份、薄荷8-12份、生姜18-22份、当归13-17份、白术13-17份、川乌8-12份、草乌8-12份、麝香4-6份、玄参25-35份、天冬25-35份、麦冬25-35份、地黄25-35份、板蓝根25-35份、牡丹皮25-35份、百部25-35份、款冬花25-35份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗关节炎的药物，包括下述重量份的原料：
辣椒30份、乌蛇30份、防风15份、白芷15份、全蝎10份、羌活15份、雷公藤15份、黄芪15份、血竭10份、薄荷10份、生姜20份、当归15份、白术15份、川乌10份、草乌10份、麝香5份、玄参30份、天冬30份、麦冬30份、地黄30份、板蓝根30份、牡丹皮30份、百部30份、款冬花30份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种治疗关节炎的药物，其制备方法包括如下步骤：

（2）将各原料药粉碎，过10-50目筛，混合；
（3）将粉碎后原料药加入总质量2.5-3.5倍52-55度的米酒中，浸泡8-12天，即得内服药。
