heating glycerol in water bath to 62 ℃, adding the traditional Chinese medicine stock solution A, the traditional Chinese medicine stock solution B and the tea tree essential oil, fully mixing, cooling to 43 ℃, adding dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride into the mixture, continuously stirring by using a stirrer to fully mix the mixture, adding PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, stirring at a constant speed to obtain a mixed solution, adding purified water, and uniformly stirring to obtain the antibacterial agent.

heating glycerol in water bath to 65 ℃, adding the traditional Chinese medicine stock solution A, the traditional Chinese medicine stock solution B and the tea tree essential oil, fully mixing, cooling to 45 ℃, adding dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride into the mixture, continuously stirring by using a stirrer to fully mix the mixture, adding PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, stirring at a constant speed to obtain a mixed solution, adding purified water, and uniformly stirring to obtain the antibacterial agent.

30-40 parts of pomegranate peel, 22-32 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 20-30 parts of lotus leaf, 17-27 parts of elsholtzia, 15-25 parts of schizonepeta, 15-25 parts of oregano, 13-23 parts of fructus illicii, 10-20 parts of indigo naturalis, 10-20 parts of rosemary, 20-30 parts of glycerol, 15-25 parts of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 2-5 parts of dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, 0.5-2 parts of tea tree essential oil and 55-65 parts of purified water;
the preparation method of the antibacterial agent comprises the following steps:
1) crushing radix sophorae flavescentis, elsholtzia, Chinese fennel and rosemary by using a traditional Chinese medicine crusher, sieving by using a 40-mesh sieve to obtain traditional Chinese medicine powder A, placing the traditional Chinese medicine powder A into a supercritical carbon dioxide extraction kettle, extracting the traditional Chinese medicine powder A by using carbon dioxide, introducing the carbon dioxide at the flow rate of 18-25 liters/hour, the extraction pressure of 15-30 MPa and the extraction temperature of 35-50 ℃, centrifuging by using a centrifuge after extracting for 1 hour, and taking supernatant to obtain traditional Chinese medicine stock solution A for later use;
2) crushing pomegranate rind, lotus leaf, schizonepeta, oregano and indigo naturalis by using a traditional Chinese medicine crusher, sieving by using a 40-mesh sieve to obtain traditional Chinese medicine powder B, adding purified water with the volume of 10 times into the traditional Chinese medicine powder B, soaking for 1 hour, decocting for 2 hours by using a micro-pressure decocting machine for 3 times, filtering and combining filtrates, and evaporating and concentrating to obtain traditional Chinese medicine stock solution B for later use;
3) heating glycerol in a water bath to 45-65 ℃, adding the traditional Chinese medicine stock solution A, the traditional Chinese medicine stock solution B and the tea tree essential oil, fully mixing, cooling to 35-45 ℃, adding dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride into the mixture, continuously stirring by using a stirrer to fully mix the mixture, adding PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, stirring at a constant speed to obtain a mixed solution, adding purified water, and uniformly stirring to obtain the antibacterial agent.
