Abstract
本发明公开了一种朝鲜蓟降脂片及其制备方法,所述朝鲜蓟降脂片的原料包括朝鲜蓟、茵陈、虎杖、山楂、姜黄、绿豆、蒲黄、葡萄、深海鱼、燕麦、茯苓和辅料。本发明实施例中通过多种具有降血脂作用的纯天然食品制备出朝鲜蓟降脂片,所述朝鲜蓟降脂片对人体无副作用,并且具有良好的降血脂作用。

本发明涉及食品制剂的技术领域,特别涉及一种朝鲜蓟降脂片及其制备方法。
背景技术
朝鲜蓟,又名洋蓟、食托菜蓟、菜蓟、法国洋蓟、球洋蓟,是一种在地中海沿岸生长的菊科菜蓟属植物,香港一般按其意大利语音译作雅枝竹或亚枝竹。它的花蕾可以用来煮菜,最初经由意大利料理而传入华人社会。现在在中国大陆的上海、浙江、湖南、北京、云南、陕西省、山东省等地均有分布。朝鲜蓟在食用时口感介于鲜笋和蘑菇之间,有消渴解酒的功效,营养丰富,健身养颜,食用价值极高,有“蔬菜之皇”的美誉。
朝鲜蓟能够提高肝脏的活力促进排除肝脏中的毒素(如消化蛋白质所产生的氨)促进肝脏细胞的再生增进胆汁的分泌和脂肪的消化(调节体内的胆固醇)朝鲜蓟所含有的其他疗效成份有:类黄酮、苦味素这些疗效物质都有辅助朝鲜蓟保护肝脏和促进肝脏排毒的功能。而黄酮类化合物具有有益的生理效应。对恶性细胞有相当功效。对血管紫癜有缓解作用。常食朝鲜蓟有治疗慢性肝炎、降低胆醇以及治疗消化不良,改善胃肠功能、增加胆汁分泌和缓解便秘、腹泻、恶心、呕吐等的功效,刺激胆汁的分泌,有防止动脉硬化、保护心血的功能。
现有技术中,降脂片多为西药等成分构成,在为患者降脂的过程中,可能会损坏人体的其他脏器。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种朝鲜蓟解酒护肝片及其制备方法,解决了现有技术中降脂片对人体有伤害的问题。
第一方面,本发明的实施例提供了一种朝鲜蓟降脂片,所述朝鲜蓟降脂片的原料包括朝鲜蓟、茵陈、虎杖、山楂、姜黄、绿豆、蒲黄、葡萄、深海鱼、燕麦、茯苓和辅料。
朝鲜蓟又名洋蓟、法国百合、菜蓟、洋百合等,为菊科菜蓟属多年生草本植物,在欧美国家,朝鲜蓟被誉为“蔬菜之皇”。中国主要在上海、浙江、湖南、云南等地有少量栽培。朝鲜蓟营养丰富,在每100克可食部位中,含水80.5克,脂肪0.2克,蛋白质2.8克,糖类9.9克,维生素A160mg,维生素C8mg,钙51毫克,磷69毫克、铁1.5毫克,还有对人类有益的菜蓟素,天门冬酰胺以及黄酮类化合物等。在朝鲜蓟所含有的疗效成份中,以洋葡酸最令人熟知,它是一种由桂酸的衍生物。洋蓟酸能够:提高肝脏的活力促进排除肝脏中的毒素(如消化蛋白质所产生的氨)促进肝脏细胞的再生增进胆汁的分泌和脂肪的消化(调节体内的胆固醇)朝鲜蓟所含有的其他疗效成份有:类黄酮、苦味素,这些疗效物质都有辅助洋蓟酸保护肝脏和促进肝脏排毒的功能。而黄酮类化合物具有有益的生理效应。对恶性细胞有相当功效。对血管紫癜有缓解作用。常食朝鲜蓟有治疗慢性肝炎、降低胆醇以及治疗消化不良,改善胃肠功能、增加胆汁分泌和缓解便秘、腹泻、恶心、呕吐等的功效,刺激胆汁的分泌,有防止动脉硬化、保护心血的功能。
茵陈别名牛至。分布于中国、日本、朝鲜、蒙古等国家的低海拔地区的河岸、低山坡地区。茵陈有两个采收期,春季采的***滑肌的收缩作用,其作用方式与***很相似。
虎杖为蓼科植物虎杖的干燥根茎和根。春、秋二季采挖,除去须根,洗净,趁鲜切短段或厚片,晒干。分布于西北、华东、华中、华南及西南等地。具有利湿退黄,清热解毒,散瘀止痛,止咳化痰的功效。用于湿热黄疸,淋浊,带下,风湿痹痛,痈肿疮毒,水火烫伤,经闭,症瘕,趺打损伤,肺热咳嗽。虎杖所含大黄素成分,可减少外源性胆固醇过多进入体内,动物实验表明虎杖有明显的降脂作用。
山楂,又名山里果、山里红,蔷薇科山楂属,落叶乔木,高可达6米。在山东、陕西、山西、河南、江苏、浙江、辽宁、吉林、黑龙江、内蒙古、河北等地均有分布。核果类水果,核质硬,果肉薄,味微酸涩。果可生吃或作果脯果糕,干制后可入药,是中国特有的药果兼用树种,具有降血脂、血压、强心、抗心律不齐等作用,同时也是健脾开胃、消食化滞、活血化痰的良药,对胸膈脾满、疝气、血淤、闭经等症有很好的疗效。山楂内的黄酮类化合物牡荆素,是一种抗癌作用较强的药物,其提取物对抑制体内癌细胞生长、增殖和浸润转移均有一定的作用。山楂属植物制成各种制剂,用于治疗高脂血症及冠心病已多年。国内证明山楂的醇制剂、浸膏总皂甙,对实验家兔之动脉粥样硬化有降压降脂作用,可减轻脂类的沉积。
姜黄又名:郁金、宝鼎香、毫命、黄姜等。姜黄芭蕉目,姜科、姜黄属多年生草本植物,株高1-1.5m,根茎很发达,根粗壮,末端膨大呈块根;叶片长圆形或椭圆形,叶顶端短渐尖;苞片卵形或长圆形,淡绿色,顶端钝,花冠淡黄色;花期8月。姜黄能行气破瘀,通经止痛。主治胸腹胀痛,肩臂痹痛,心痛难忍,产后血痛,疮癣初发,***,闭经,跌打损伤。又可提取黄色食用染料;所含姜黄素可作分析化学试剂。姜黄能促进胆汁分泌,其提取物可明显降低实验性高血脂动物的血胆固醇含量。姜黄醇提取物、挥发油和姜黄素都有降低血胆固醇、甘油三酯和β脂蛋白的作用,以降甘油三酯最显著,并能使主动脉中的胆固醇、甘油三酯含量降低。
绿豆中含蛋白质(主要是球蛋白类)、脂肪、碳水化合物、钙、磷、铁、维生素A、B、C。磷脂成分中有磷脂酰胆碱、磷脂酰乙醇胺、磷脂酰肌醇、磷脂酰甘油、磷脂酰丝氨酸、磷脂酸。国外已有豆类降低血胆固醇的报导,以绿豆作用最大。豆类膳食所以能够降血脂,可能因其所含植物胆固醇的竞争性抑制外源性胆固醇的吸收,增加其***有关。
蒲黄为香蒲科植物水烛香蒲.、东方香蒲或同属植物的干燥花粉。夏季采收蒲棒上部的黄色雄花序,晒干后碾轧,筛取花粉。剪取雄花后,晒干,成为带有雄花的花粉,即为草蒲黄。蒲黄可明显减少胆固醇在肠道的吸收,促进其在粪便中排出,并有防止动脉粥样硬化及降低血清固醇的作用。
葡萄为葡萄科葡萄属木质藤本植物,小枝圆柱形,有纵棱纹,无毛或被稀疏柔毛,叶卵圆形,圆锥花序密集或疏散,基部分枝发达,果实球形或椭圆形,花期4-5月,果期8-9月。葡萄是世界最古老的果树树种之一,葡萄的植物化石发现于第三纪地层中,说明当时已遍布于欧、亚及格陵兰。葡萄原产亚洲西部,世界各地均有栽培,世界各地的葡萄约95%集中分布在北半球。葡萄中含有自黎芦醇,是降低胆固醇的天然物质。动物实验也证明,它能使胆固醇降低、抑制血小板的积聚,所以是高血脂症者最好的食品之一。
深海鱼生活在百米以下深海区域,其主要成分是蛋白质、多不饱和脂肪酸、矿物质、维生素A、B、C等,所以对人体健康具有以下益处。深海鱼中的多不饱和脂肪酸能持续降低血脂水平。深海鱼含丰富的omega-3脂肪酸,可以通过影响血脂,降低三酸甘油酯的浓度,减缓血液的凝结速度,并能保护心血管,减少冠心病的病发。
燕麦为禾本科植物,《本草纲目》中称之为雀麦、野麦子。燕麦不易脱皮,所以被称为皮燕麦,是一种低糖、高营养、高能食品。燕麦性味甘平,能益脾养心、敛汗。有较高的营养价值。可用于体虚自汗、盗汗或肺结核病人。煎汤服,或“舂去皮作面蒸食及作饼食。”。燕麦耐寒,抗旱,对土壤的适应性很强,能自播繁衍。燕麦富含膳食纤维,能促进肠胃蠕动,利于排便,热量低,升糖指数低,降脂降糖,也是高档补品之一,在贫苦地区是不可缺少的干粮。燕麦含丰富的水溶性纤维,可以阻止肠道吸收过多的胆固醇,改变血液中脂肪酸的浓度,降低坏胆固醇和三酸甘油酯。每日摄取水溶性纤维5-10克,就可以令坏胆固醇的吸收率降低5%。
茯苓为多孔菌科真菌茯苓的干燥菌核。多于7-9月采挖,挖出后除去泥沙,堆置“发汗”后,摊开晾至表面干燥,再“发汗”,反复数次至现皱纹、内部水分大部散失后,阴干,称为“茯苓个”;或将鲜茯苓按不同部位切制,阴干,分别称为“茯苓块”和“茯苓片”。茯苓具有降血脂的功效。
进一步地,所述朝鲜蓟降脂片的原料质量配比为:朝鲜蓟40-45份、陈茵20-25份、虎杖20-25份、山楂18-23份、姜黄15-20份、绿豆10-15份、蒲黄10-15份、葡萄8-12份、深海鱼8-10份、燕麦3-5份、茯苓3-5份和辅料1-1.5份。
进一步地,所述朝鲜蓟降脂片的原料质量配比为:朝鲜蓟42份、陈茵22份、虎杖22份、山楂21份、姜黄18份、绿豆13份、蒲黄13份、葡萄10份、深海鱼9份、燕麦4份、茯苓4份和辅料1.2份。
进一步地,所述辅料为微晶纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠和羧甲基淀粉钠。
第二方面,本发明的实施例提供了一种朝鲜蓟降脂片的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将原料分别干燥后,用粉碎机粉碎成粉末状;
步骤二:将所述步骤一中得到的物质过筛;
步骤三:均匀混合所述步骤二中的物质,得到混合粉;
步骤四:将所述混合粉滚压成块;
步骤五:将所述步骤四中得到的块粉碎,通过整粒机整粒;
步骤六:将所述步骤五中的物质压片,得到所述朝鲜蓟降脂片。

本发明的实施例提供了一种朝鲜蓟降脂片,所述朝鲜蓟降脂片的原料包括朝鲜蓟、茵陈、虎杖、山楂、姜黄、绿豆、蒲黄、葡萄、深海鱼、燕麦、茯苓和辅料。
进一步地,所述朝鲜蓟降脂片的原料质量配比为:朝鲜蓟40-45份、陈茵20-25份、虎杖20-25份、山楂18-23份、姜黄15-20份、绿豆10-15份、蒲黄10-15份、葡萄8-12份、深海鱼8-10份、燕麦3-5份、茯苓3-5份和辅料1-1.5份。
进一步地,所述朝鲜蓟降脂片的原料质量配比为:朝鲜蓟42份、陈茵22份、虎杖22份、山楂21份、姜黄18份、绿豆13份、蒲黄13份、葡萄10份、深海鱼9份、燕麦4份、茯苓4份和辅料1.2份。
进一步地,所述辅料为微晶纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠和羧甲基淀粉钠。
本发明的实施例提供了一种朝鲜蓟降脂片的制备方法,如图1所示,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S01:将原料分别干燥后,用粉碎机粉碎成粉末状;
步骤S02:将所述步骤S01中得到的物质过筛;
步骤S03:均匀混合所述步骤S02中的物质,得到混合粉;
步骤S04:将所述混合粉滚压成块;
步骤S05:将所述步骤S04中得到的块粉碎,通过整粒机整粒;
步骤S06:将所述步骤S05中的物质压片,得到所述朝鲜蓟降脂片。
进一步地,所述步骤S02中过筛所用筛子的目数为80目。
进一步地,所述步骤S01中干燥的温度为40℃。
进一步地,所述步骤S03中使用的设备为粉末混合机。
进一步地,所述步骤S01干燥的时间为24h。
粉末混合机适用于化工、食品、医药、饲料、陶瓷、冶金等行业的粉料或颗料状物料的混和。
可选的,粉末混合机为V型混合机,该机混料筒结构独特,混合均匀,效率高,不积料。整机结构简单,操作容易。外表面和物料接触部分均采用优质不锈钢制造,造型美观,维护、清洗方便。本机一端装有电机与减速机,电机功率通过皮带传给减速机,减速机再通过联国器传给V型桶。使V型桶连续运转,带动桶内物料在桶内上、下、左、右进行混合。
可选的,粉末混合机为二维混合机。二维混合机,全称二维运动混合机,是指转筒可同时进行二个方向运动的混合机。二个运动方向分别是转筒的转动,转筒随摆动架的摆动。被混和物料在转筒内随转筒转动、翻转、混和的同时又随转筒的摆动而发生左右来回的掺混运动,在这两个运动的共同作用下,物料在短时间内得到充分的混和。二维混合机由转筒、摆动架、机架三大部分构成。转筒装在摆动架上,由四个滚轮支撑并由两个挡轮对其进行轴向定位,在四个支撑滚轮中,其中两个传动轮由转动动力***拖动使转筒产生转动。摆动架由一组曲柄摆杆机构来驱动,曲柄摆杆机构装在机架上,摆动架由轴承组件支撑在机架上,使转筒在转动的同时又参与摆动,使筒中物料得以充分混合。

一种朝鲜蓟降脂片的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S11:将原料分别在40℃下干燥24h后,用粉碎机粉碎成粉末状,其中所述原料按质量配比包括以下组分:朝鲜蓟40份、陈茵20份、虎杖20份、山楂18份、姜黄15份、绿豆10份、蒲黄10份、葡萄8份、深海鱼8份、燕麦3份、茯苓3份和辅料1份。
步骤S12:将所述步骤S11中得到的物质用目数为80目的筛子过筛;
步骤S13:使用粉末混合机均匀混合所述步骤S12中的物质,得到混合粉;
步骤S14:将所述混合粉滚压成块;
步骤S15:将所述步骤S14中得到的块粉碎,通过整粒机整粒;
步骤S16:将所述步骤S15中的物质压片,得到所述朝鲜蓟降脂片。
实施例2:
一种朝鲜蓟降脂片的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S21:将原料分别在40℃下干燥24h后,用粉碎机粉碎成粉末状,其中所述原料按质量配比包括以下组分:朝鲜蓟45份、陈茵25份、虎杖25份、山楂23份、姜黄20份、绿豆15份、蒲黄15份、葡萄12份、深海鱼10份、燕麦5份、茯苓5份和辅料1.5份。
步骤S22:将所述步骤S21中得到的物质用目数为80目的筛子过筛;
步骤S23:使用粉末混合机均匀混合所述步骤S22中的物质,得到混合粉;
步骤S24:将所述混合粉滚压成块;
步骤S25:将所述步骤S24中得到的块粉碎,通过整粒机整粒;
步骤S26:将所述步骤S25中的物质压片,得到所述朝鲜蓟降脂片。
实施例3:
一种朝鲜蓟降脂片的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S31:将原料分别在40℃下干燥24h后,用粉碎机粉碎成粉末状,其中所述原料按质量配比包括以下组分:朝鲜蓟42份、陈茵22份、虎杖22份、山楂21份、姜黄18份、绿豆13份、蒲黄13份、葡萄10份、深海鱼9份、燕麦4份、茯苓4份和辅料1.2份。
步骤S32:将所述步骤S31中得到的物质用目数为80目的筛子过筛;
步骤S33:使用粉末混合机均匀混合所述步骤S32中的物质,得到混合粉;
步骤S34:将所述混合粉滚压成块;
步骤S35:将所述步骤S34中得到的块粉碎,通过整粒机整粒;
步骤S36:将所述步骤S35中的物质压片,得到所述朝鲜蓟降脂片。
由以上技术方案可知,本发明实施例示出一种朝鲜蓟降脂片及其制备方法,所述朝鲜蓟降脂片的原料包括朝鲜蓟、茵陈、虎杖、山楂、姜黄、绿豆、蒲黄、葡萄、深海鱼、燕麦、茯苓和辅料。本发明实施例中通过多种具有降血脂作用的纯天然食品制备出朝鲜蓟降脂片,所述朝鲜蓟降脂片对人体无副作用,并且具有良好的降血脂作用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种朝鲜蓟降脂片,其特征在于,所述朝鲜蓟降脂片的原料质量配比为:朝鲜蓟40-45份、陈茵20-25份、虎杖20-25份、山楂18-23份、姜黄15-20份、绿豆10-15份、蒲黄10-15份、葡萄8-12份、深海鱼8-10份、燕麦3-5份、茯苓3-5份和辅料1-1.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种朝鲜蓟降脂片,其特征在于,所述朝鲜蓟降脂片的原料质量配比为:朝鲜蓟42份、陈茵22份、虎杖22份、山楂21份、姜黄18份、绿豆13份、蒲黄13份、葡萄10份、深海鱼9份、燕麦4份、茯苓4份和辅料1.2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种朝鲜蓟降脂片,其特征在于,所述辅料为微晶纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠和羧甲基淀粉钠。
5.一种朝鲜蓟降脂片的制备方法,用于制备如权利要求1-4任意一项所述的朝鲜蓟降脂片,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将原料分别干燥后,用粉碎机粉碎成粉末状;
步骤二:将所述步骤一中得到的物质过筛;
步骤三:均匀混合所述步骤二中的物质,得到混合粉;
步骤四:将所述混合粉滚压成块;
步骤五:将所述步骤四中得到的块粉碎,通过整粒机整粒;
步骤六:将所述步骤五中的物质压片,得到所述朝鲜蓟降脂片。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种朝鲜蓟降脂片的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤二中过筛所用筛子的目数为80目。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种朝鲜蓟降脂片的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一中干燥的温度为40℃。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种朝鲜蓟降脂片的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤三中使用的设备为粉末混合机。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种朝鲜蓟降脂片的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一干燥的时间为24h。
