本发明公开了一种护色除异味洗衣液及其制备方法和应用,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:皂角40‑60份、非离子型表面活性剂5‑10份、阴离子型表面活性剂8‑12份、亲水基表面活性剂8‑12份、抗静电剂1‑2份、硅酸钠2‑6份、乙醇2‑5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5‑11份、艾叶8‑12、桂花提取液8‑12、杀菌剂2‑6份、洋葱提取液2‑6份、食盐晶体2‑6份、其余为去离子水。本发明将洋葱提取液和食盐晶体与其他原料的科学配伍下,使制得的洗衣液不仅具有良好的去污能力,而且护色效果好,不容易褪色,且本发明的产品在潮湿的情况下日晒一定的时间后依然具有良好的除异味效果。

本发明涉及日化领域,具体是一种护色除异味洗衣液及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
洗衣液的工作原理与传统的洗衣粉,肥皂类同,有效成分都是表面活性剂[1]。区别在于:传统的洗衣粉,肥皂采用的是阴离子型表面活性剂,是以烷基磺酸钠和硬脂酸钠为主,碱性较强(洗衣粉PH一般大于12),进而在使用时对皮肤的刺激和伤害较大。
而洗衣液多采用非离子型表面活性剂,PH接近中性,对皮肤温和,并且排入自然界后,降解较洗衣粉快,所以成为了新一代的洗涤剂。
但目前市场上常用的洗衣液只用作清洗剂,在去污的同时没有护色和除异味功能。随着消费者对健康和清洁卫生的重视,现有的洗衣液已经不能满足市场的需求。因此,具备护色和除异味功能的洗衣液成为解决问题的关键。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种护色除异味洗衣液及其制备方法和应用,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种护色除异味洗衣液,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:皂角40-60份、非离子型表面活性剂5-10份、阴离子型表面活性剂8-12份、亲水基表面活性剂8-12份、抗静电剂1-2份、硅酸钠2-6份、乙醇2-5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5-11份、艾叶8-12、桂花提取液8-12、杀菌剂2-6份、洋葱提取液2-6份、食盐晶体2-6份、其余为去离子水。
作为本发明进一步的方案:其由以下重量份数的原料制成:皂角45-55份、非离子型表面活性剂6-9份、阴离子型表面活性剂9-11份、亲水基表面活性剂9-11份、抗静电剂1-2份、硅酸钠3-5份、乙醇2-4份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠7-9份、艾叶9-11、桂花提取液9-11、杀菌剂3-5份、洋葱提取液3-5份,食盐晶体3-5份,其余为去离子水。
作为本发明进一步的方案:其由以下重量份数的原料制成:皂角50份、非离子型表面活性剂7份、阴离子型表面活性剂10份、亲水基表面活性剂10份、抗静电剂1.5份、硅酸钠4份、乙醇3份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠8份、艾叶10、桂花提取液10、杀菌剂4份、洋葱提取液4份,食盐晶体4份,其余为去离子水。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种护色除异味洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤组成:
步骤一:去离子水加入反应釜中,加热至70-90℃;
步骤二:加入非离子型表面活性剂、阴离子型表面活性剂、亲水基表面活性剂,搅拌,降温至40-60℃;
步骤三:加入抗静电剂、硅酸钠、乙醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和杀菌剂,搅拌混合,将PH值调至6.5-7.0,得到混合液;
步骤四:将皂角研磨成粉状,通过100目筛网,然后加入5倍纯净水混合、搅拌,将混合液进行蒸馏,得皂角蒸馏液;
步骤五:将艾叶和食盐晶体研磨成粉末状,然后加入2倍纯净水搅拌,然后静置沉淀,取上层清液;
步骤六:将混合液和上层清液充分混合,然后加入桂花提取液、洋葱提取液,搅拌,然后煮沸、浓缩,然后停火、冷却,得到洗衣液。
本发明的又一目的是提供一种洗衣液在衣物护理的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明将洋葱提取液和食盐晶体与其他原料(皂角、非离子型表面活性剂、阴离子型表面活性剂、亲水基表面活性剂、抗静电剂、硅酸钠、乙醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、艾叶、桂花提取液、杀菌剂、去离子水)的科学配伍下,使制得的洗衣液不仅具有良好的去污能力,而且护色效果好,不容易褪色,且本发明的产品在潮湿的情况下日晒一定的时间后依然具有良好的除异味效果。

实施例2
其由以下重量份数的原料制成:皂角55份、非离子型表面活性剂9份、阴离子型表面活性剂11份、亲水基表面活性剂11份、抗静电剂2份、硅酸钠5份、乙醇4份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠9份、艾叶11、桂花提取液11、杀菌剂5份、洋葱提取液5份,食盐晶体5份,其余为去离子水。
将去离子水加入反应釜中,加热至90℃,加入非离子型表面活性剂、阴离子型表面活性剂、亲水基表面活性剂,搅拌,降温至60℃,加入抗静电剂、硅酸钠、乙醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和杀菌剂,搅拌混合,将PH值调至7.0,得到混合液,将皂角研磨成粉状,通过100目筛网,然后加入5倍纯净水混合、搅拌,将混合液进行蒸馏,得皂角蒸馏液,将艾叶和食盐晶体研磨成粉末状,然后加入2倍纯净水搅拌,然后静置沉淀,取上层清液,将混合液和上层清液充分混合,然后加入桂花提取液、洋葱提取液,搅拌,然后煮沸、浓缩,然后停火、冷却,得到洗衣。
实施例3
其由以下重量份数的原料制成:皂角50份、非离子型表面活性剂7份、阴离子型表面活性剂10份、亲水基表面活性剂10份、抗静电剂1.5份、硅酸钠4份、乙醇3份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠8份、艾叶10、桂花提取液10、杀菌剂4份、洋葱提取液4份,食盐晶体4份,其余为去离子水。
将去离子水加入反应釜中,加热至80℃,加入非离子型表面活性剂、阴离子型表面活性剂、亲水基表面活性剂,搅拌,降温至50℃,加入抗静电剂、硅酸钠、乙醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和杀菌剂,搅拌混合,将PH值调至6.7,得到混合液,将皂角研磨成粉状,通过100目筛网,然后加入5倍纯净水混合、搅拌,将混合液进行蒸馏,得皂角蒸馏液,将艾叶和食盐晶体研磨成粉末状,然后加入2倍纯净水搅拌,然后静置沉淀,取上层清液,将混合液和上层清液充分混合,然后加入桂花提取液、洋葱提取液,搅拌,然后煮沸、浓缩,然后停火、冷却,得到洗衣。
实施例4
其由以下重量份数的原料制成:皂角45份、非离子型表面活性剂6份、阴离子型表面活性剂9份、亲水基表面活性剂9份、抗静电剂1份、硅酸钠3份、乙醇2份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠7份、艾叶9、桂花提取液9、杀菌剂3份、洋葱提取液3份,食盐晶体3份,其余为去离子水。

数据分析
一、护色性能测试
用GB/T13174规定的方法和染色布料,选取50块染色布料,分为5组,按QB/T1224-2007规定的方法测定检验实施例1-5和对比例1-3制得的洗衣液进行性能测试实验。将实施例1-5和对比例1-3制得的洗衣液试样分别用250mg/kg硬水配制,其中,标准分按照0.2份配置,待测洗衣液试样按照0.3份配置,同机测定待测实施例1-5和对比例1-3制得的洗衣液的护色效果,统计处理结果如表1所示。

除异味性能测试
准备50份等量的织物,用实施例1-5和对比例1-3的洗衣液各洗一份织物,洗完的织物在不晾干的情况下直接放入密闭的塑料袋里,然后做日晒试验,并通过人工鼻嗅霉味的大小进而比较其除异味效果,统计处理结果如表2所示。

本发明将洋葱提取液和食盐晶体与其他原料(皂角、非离子型表面活性剂、阴离子型表面活性剂、亲水基表面活性剂、抗静电剂、硅酸钠、乙醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、艾叶、桂花提取液、杀菌剂、去离子水)的科学配伍下,使制得的洗衣液不仅具有良好的去污能力,而且从表1中可知,本发明实施例1-5的护色效果优于对比例1-3,护色效果好,不容易褪色,从表2中可知,本发明实施例1-5的除异味效果优于对比例1-3,本发明的产品在潮湿的情况下日晒一定的时间后,异味明显低于对比例1-3,可见,本发明产品具有良好的除异味效果。
上面对本专利的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本专利并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本专利宗旨的前提下做出各种变化。
Claims (5)
1.一种护色除异味洗衣液,其特征在于,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:皂角40-60份、非离子型表面活性剂5-10份、阴离子型表面活性剂8-12份、亲水基表面活性剂8-12份、抗静电剂1-2份、硅酸钠2-6份、乙醇2-5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5-11份、艾叶8-12、桂花提取液8-12、杀菌剂2-6份、洋葱提取液2-6份、食盐晶体2-6份、其余为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的护色除异味洗衣液,其特征在于,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:皂角45-55份、非离子型表面活性剂6-9份、阴离子型表面活性剂9-11份、亲水基表面活性剂9-11份、抗静电剂1-2份、硅酸钠3-5份、乙醇2-4份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠7-9份、艾叶9-11、桂花提取液9-11、杀菌剂3-5份、洋葱提取液3-5份,食盐晶体3-5份,其余为去离子水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的护色除异味洗衣液,其特征在于,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:皂角50份、非离子型表面活性剂7份、阴离子型表面活性剂10份、亲水基表面活性剂10份、抗静电剂1.5份、硅酸钠4份、乙醇3份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠8份、艾叶10、桂花提取液10、杀菌剂4份、洋葱提取液4份,食盐晶体4份,其余为去离子水。
4.一种如权利要求1-2任一所述的护色除异味洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤组成:
步骤一:去离子水加入反应釜中,加热至70-90℃;
步骤二:加入非离子型表面活性剂、阴离子型表面活性剂、亲水基表面活性剂,搅拌,降温至40-60℃;
步骤三:加入抗静电剂、硅酸钠、乙醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和杀菌剂,搅拌混合,将PH值调至 6.5-7.0,得到混合液;
步骤四:将皂角研磨成粉状,通过100目筛网,然后加入5倍纯净水混合、搅拌,将混合液进行蒸馏,得皂角蒸馏液;
步骤五:将艾叶和食盐晶体研磨成粉末状,然后加入2倍纯净水搅拌,然后静置沉淀,取上层清液;
步骤六:将混合液和上层清液充分混合,然后加入桂花提取液、洋葱提取液,搅拌,然后煮沸、浓缩,然后停火、冷却,得到洗衣液。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的洗衣液在衣物护理的应用。
