Abstract
本发明提供了一种含有金佛手香精微胶囊的洗衣粉,包括一个制备β‑环糊***溶液的步骤,将β‑环糊精溶于水,得到β‑环糊***溶液;还包括制备金佛手精油溶液,将金佛手精油溶于有机溶剂中,得到金佛手精油溶液;然后制备金佛手精油微胶囊:将所得的金佛手精油溶液加至所得的β‑环糊***溶液中,在加热、避光和密封条件下进行包埋,反应完成后将反应液置于冰箱中冷藏,真空抽滤后干燥至恒重,得到金佛手精油微胶囊,将包埋好的微胶囊应用至洗衣粉配方中,获得含有金佛手香精微胶囊的洗衣粉。本发明将金佛手精油进行包埋进而应用添加至洗衣粉中,让精油在产品中发挥其留香长久特性,同时产品带来清香怡人的感官体验。

本发明属于日化领域,涉及一种洗衣粉,具体来说是一种含有金佛手精油微胶囊的洗衣粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
精油属于挥发油,一些成分在室温或低于室温的条件下就会挥发,稳定性较差、留香时间短,影响产品的品质,使其应用受到了很大的限制。采用微胶囊化技术对精油进行包埋处理,是近年来的研究热点。通过微胶囊化,精油由于囊壁的密封作用,挥发受到抑制,香气保留完整,从而延长精油储藏时间和提高使用的稳定性。因此,有必要开展金佛手精油微胶囊化包埋工艺的研究,以期得到包埋效果好,稳定性高的微胶囊产物。并且随着纺织品工业水平的逐渐提高,人们对洗衣粉的消费已不再局限于去污力强,更加侧重于使用感及其功效。健康、时尚的绿色环保理念使得蕴含有天然植物成分、具有清香效果的清洁产品为消费者所青睐成为必然趋势。普通洗衣粉由表面活性剂、助洗剂、填充剂、荧光增白剂及抗再沉积剂组成,不注重清洗是否干净、应用过洗衣粉是否有香气以及香气保存时间长短问题,由此可见,普通洗衣粉作用效果低、香气强度小且应用价值不高。

本发明提供了一种含有金佛手香精微胶囊的洗衣粉,按质量百分比计算,其组成及含量如下:
所述的金佛手精油微胶囊的通过如下方法制备:
1)一个制备β-环糊***溶液的步骤,将β-环糊精溶于水,得到β-环糊***溶液;所述β-环糊精与水的物料比为1g:6ml-10ml,溶解温度为70℃-80℃;
2)一个制备金佛手精油溶液的步骤,将金佛手精油溶于有机溶剂中,得到金佛手精油溶液;所述有机溶剂为无水乙醇,所述金佛手精油与所述无水乙醇的体积比为1:15-25;
3)将所得的金佛手精油溶液加入到至所得的β-环糊***溶液中,所述β-环糊精与所述金佛手精油的质量比为4g-7g:1g,在加热、避光和密封条件下进行包埋,所述包埋温度为45℃-55℃;包埋时间为1.5h-2.5h;反应完成后将反应液置于冰箱中冷藏,所述冷藏温度为3℃-5℃;冷藏时间为22h-26h;真空抽滤后干燥至恒重,所述干燥温度为45℃-55℃,得到金佛手精油微胶囊。
进一步的,所述的表面活性剂由烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、硬脂酸钠组成,所述的烷基苯磺酸钠(、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、硬脂酸钠在洗衣粉中的质量百分比分别为(4-6%)、(2-6%)、(2-4%)。

2)将步骤1)固体粉料一起混匀后,再将水用喷雾干燥的方式喷入粉料内,边喷水边搅拌,使水均匀地浸润到粉料内;
3)继续搅拌步骤2),然后进行造粒;
4)将步骤3)所得颗粒干燥,再通过10-20目筛,过筛后的颗粒即可进行包装成为成品。本发明还提供了一种金佛手精油微胶囊的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

实施例1
一种本金佛手精油微胶囊的制备方法:以金佛手精油为芯材,以β-环糊精为壁材,称取β-环糊精10.00g,按去离子水与β-环糊精的体积质量比8:1加水80ml,在80℃水浴中搅拌,使其溶解,得到β-环糊***溶液,冷却到50℃保温备用。取得金佛手精油2g,按乙醇与精油的体积比为20:1加入乙醇,用无水乙醇溶解后,匀速且逐滴加入到β-环糊***溶液中,边加边搅拌。在50℃水浴温度下避光密封包埋2h时间后将反应液取出,待反应液冷至室温后,放在4℃冰箱中静置24h,真空抽滤后于50℃干燥箱中干燥至恒重,得白色固体颗粒即为金佛手精油微胶囊。
微胶囊包埋率的测定:
确称取本实施例的金佛手精油微胶囊W1置于干燥称重的小烧杯中,加20ml热水,搅拌使其溶解后,加入30ml石油醚震荡萃取,重复萃取两次,抽滤样品后将样品烘干至恒重W2,根据下列公式计算包埋率:
微胶囊包埋得率的测定:

2)配制碘化钾饱和溶液(1ml)并加入上述步骤1中,在黑暗中保持3min并加入去离子水30ml。
3)用硫代硫酸钠(0.01mol/L)开始滴定,并用0.5ml淀粉溶液(1%)作为指示剂,直到蓝色消失。具体数据见表4。

由上表可以看出金佛手微胶囊在洗衣粉应用中具有强抗氧化作用。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,以上述的工艺过程和材料以及思路,作出适当调整和变形,这些调整和变形都属于本发明的权利要求的保护范围内。本发明的保护范围以所有权利要求为准。
综上所述,本发明的一种金佛手精油微胶囊的制备方法及金佛手精油微胶囊洗衣粉的制备方法,能够有效包埋金佛手精油,使精油挥发率降低,制备金佛手精油微胶囊洗衣粉,赋香效果好,香气完整细腻且留香时间长,并起到强抗氧化作用。

Claims (1)
1.一种含有金佛手香精微胶囊的洗衣粉,其特征在于,按质量百分比计算,其组成及含量如下:
所述的硫酸钠为填充剂,所述的纤维素醚为抗再沉积剂;
所述的金佛手精油微胶囊的通过如下方法制备:
1)一个制备β-环糊***溶液的步骤,将β-环糊精溶于水,得到β-环糊***溶液;所述β-环糊精与水的物料比为1g:6ml-10ml,溶解温度为70℃-80℃;
2)一个制备金佛手精油溶液的步骤,将金佛手精油溶于有机溶剂中,得到金佛手精油溶液;所述有机溶剂为无水乙醇,所述金佛手精油与所述无水乙醇的体积比为1:15-25;
3)将所得的金佛手精油溶液加入到至所得的β-环糊***溶液中,所述β-环糊精与所述金佛手精油的质量比为4g-7g:1g,在加热、避光和密封条件下进行包埋,所述包埋温度为45℃-55℃;包埋时间为1.5h-2.5h;反应完成后将反应液置于冰箱中冷藏,所述冷藏温度为3℃-5℃;冷藏时间为22h-26h;真空抽滤后干燥至恒重,所述干燥温度为45℃-55℃,得到金佛手精油微胶囊;
上述的一种金佛手微胶囊洗衣粉的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)按照质量百分比称取各原料,置于一容器内,将碳酸钠过筛后与除了水以外的原料一起混匀;
2)将步骤1)固体粉料一起混匀后,再将水用喷雾干燥的方式喷入粉料内,边喷水边搅拌,使水均匀地浸润到粉料内;
3)继续搅拌步骤2),然后进行造粒;
4)将步骤3)所得颗粒干燥,再通过10-20目筛,过筛后的颗粒即可进行包装成为成品。
