滴塑机回转支承式主盘旋转机构,包括压塑上板、封口中板、压塑固定板和定位导向板组成的旋转主盘,旋转主盘下联接回转支承,压塑固定板上设置定位叶轮,在定位导向板和压塑固定板中设置环形均布的压塑导柱,压塑导柱与压塑固定板中设置导柱弹簧,封口中板上设置与压塑导柱相对应的压塑轴模头,压塑轴模头下设置封口套,封口套上设置封口弹簧,压塑上板上设置与压塑轴模头相对应的压塑固定轴,压塑固定轴与压塑轴模头之间由压塑弹簧相连接,压塑导柱的一侧设置脱盖拉杆,脱盖拉杆的上端连接脱盖套,脱盖套与封口套相配合,压塑导柱的底部设置滚轮,旋转主盘的下方设置压缩凸轮轨和脱盖凸轮轨,滚轮与压缩凸轮轨和脱盖凸轮轨相接触。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种滴塑机回转支承式主盘旋转机构,属于塑料机械领域。
背景技术
在瓶盖(包括铝制瓶盖、塑料瓶盖、铁制瓶盖)内设置内垫,一般采用滴塑机压制成型。其工作原理是塑料原料从料斗下落到挤出机构中,由挤出螺杆进行高温熔塑,塑化好的原料通过挤出螺杆从出料口进行挤压出料。理盖上盖机构把瓶盖送入上料总成,传动机构提供动力,带动上料总成旋转,旋转中经过出料口把相等重量的原料依次吹落到相应的瓶盖内。在传动机构驱动下,通过瓶盖输送装置把上料完成的瓶盖依次进入到内垫压塑总成进行产品内垫压制。一方面,传统的内垫压塑总成采用三层两弹簧同步封口压制,在压制过程中原料往外跑料,使内垫厚薄不一,且产生飞边;另一方面,传动机构通过轴加轴承的联接方式,带动内垫压塑总成的主盘旋转,承重力小,运转稳定性差,容易磨损,使用寿命短等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用回转支承联接,运转平稳,承重力大,且采用四层三弹簧结构封口压制,保证内垫厚薄均匀,无飞边的滴塑机回转支承式主盘旋转机构。
本发明滴塑机回转支承式主盘旋转机构的技术方案是:其特征在于包括压塑上板、封口中板、压塑固定板和定位导向板组成的旋转主盘,旋转主盘下联接回转支承,回转支承联接传动轴,传动轴通过齿轮连接动力,压塑固定板上设置定位叶轮,滴有原料的瓶盖由滴塑机的瓶盖输送装置送入定位叶轮的工位中,在定位导向板和压塑固定板中设置环形均布的压塑导柱,压塑导柱穿过压塑固定板与定位叶轮的工位相配合,并抵在瓶盖底部,压塑导柱与压塑固定板中设置导柱弹簧,在封口中板上设置与压塑导柱相对应的压塑轴模头,压塑轴模头下设置封口套,封口套上设置封口弹簧,压塑上板上设置与压塑轴模头相对应的压塑固定轴,压塑固定轴与压塑轴模头之间由压塑弹簧相连接,在压塑导柱的一侧设置脱盖拉杆,脱盖拉杆的上端连接脱盖套,脱盖套与封口套相配合,在压塑导柱的底部设置滚轮,所述旋转主盘的下方设置压缩凸轮轨和脱盖凸轮轨,滚轮与压缩凸轮轨和脱盖凸轮轨相接触。
本发明的滴塑机回转支承式主盘旋转机构,工作时,由动力通过齿轮带动传动轴转动,传动轴带动回转支承,回转支承带动旋转主盘旋转,在旋转过程中,由滴塑机的瓶盖输送装置将滴有原料的瓶盖送入到定位叶轮的工位中,(所述瓶盖输送装置为常规技术,市场上有售),同时,滚轮在压缩凸轮轨和脱盖凸轮轨上滚动,当滚轮在压缩凸轮轨时,带动压塑导柱上顶合模,压塑导柱抵在瓶盖底部上顶,使瓶盖与封口套接触,并在封口弹簧的作用下,进行内垫位置封口,保证压制过程中原料不会往外跑料,再继续上顶,内垫原料与压塑轴模头接触,在压塑弹簧力作用下进行内垫压制成型,保证内垫成型厚薄同一。压塑弹簧上下位置和压力可对不同的瓶盖内垫进行调整。压制成型后,压塑导柱在脱盖凸轮轨位置作用下进行向下开模,压塑导柱同步脱盖拉杆和脱盖套对瓶盖进行辅助脱盖,确保不会因脱盖失败对下一循环压制的影响。特别是在运转(旋转)过程中,由于采用回转支承带动主盘进行旋转运动,传统的轴加轴承联接相比,使得主盘在运转过程更加平稳,支承面积大,承重力更大,速度更快,易维护,易安装、寿命长和成本低等特点。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种滴塑机回转支承式主盘旋转机构,如图1—图3所示,包括压塑上板1、封口中板2、压塑固定板3和定位导向板4组成的旋转主盘,旋转主盘下联接回转支承5,回转支承联接传动轴6,传动轴通过齿轮连接动力,压塑固定板3上设置定位叶轮7,滴有原料的瓶盖8由滴塑机的瓶盖输送装置送入定位叶轮7的工位9中,在定位导向板4和压塑固定板3中设置环形均布的压塑导柱10,压塑导柱10穿过压塑固定板3与定位叶轮的工位9相配合,并抵在瓶盖8底部,压塑导柱10与压塑固定板3中设置导柱弹簧11,在封口中板2上设置与压塑导柱相对应的压塑轴模头12,压塑轴模头下设置封口套13,封口套上设置封口弹簧14,压塑上板1上设置与压塑轴模头相对应的压塑固定轴15,压塑固定轴15与压塑轴模头12之间由压塑弹簧16相连接,在压塑导柱10的一侧设置脱盖拉杆17,脱盖拉杆17的上端连接脱盖套18,脱盖套18与封口套13相配合,在压塑导柱10的底部设置滚轮19,所述旋转主盘的下方设置压缩凸轮轨20和脱盖凸轮轨21,滚轮19与压缩凸轮轨20和脱盖凸轮轨21相接触。工作时,由动力通过齿轮带动传动轴6转动,传动轴带动回转支承5,回转支承5带动旋转主盘旋转,在旋转过程中,由滴塑机的瓶盖输送装置将滴有原料的瓶盖8送入到定位叶轮7的工位9中,(所述瓶盖输送装置为常规技术,市场上有售),同时,滚轮19在压缩凸轮轨20和脱盖凸轮轨21上滚动,当滚轮19在压缩凸轮轨20时,带动压塑导柱10上顶合模,压塑导柱10抵在瓶盖8底部上顶,使瓶盖8与封口套13接触,并在封口弹簧14的作用下,进行内垫位置封口,保证压制过程中原料不会往外跑料,再继续上顶,内垫原料与压塑轴模头接触,在压塑弹簧力作用下进行内垫压制成型,保证内垫成型厚薄同一。压塑弹簧上下位置和压力可对不同的瓶盖内垫进行调整。压制成型后,压塑导柱在脱盖凸轮轨位置作用下进行向下开模,压塑导柱同步脱盖拉杆17和脱盖套18对瓶盖进行辅助脱盖,确保不会因脱盖失败对下一循环压制的影响。特别是在运转(旋转)过程中,由于采用回转支承5带动主盘进行旋转运动,传统的轴加轴承联接相比,使得主盘在运转过程更加平稳,支承面积大,承重力更大,速度更快,易维护,易安装、寿命长和成本低等特点。

1.滴塑机回转支承式主盘旋转机构,其特征在于包括压塑上板(1)、封口中板(2)、压塑固定板(3)和定位导向板(4)组成的旋转主盘,旋转主盘下联接回转支承(5),回转支承联接传动轴(6),传动轴通过齿轮连接动力,压塑固定板(3)上设置定位叶轮(7),滴有原料的瓶盖(8)由滴塑机的瓶盖输送装置送入定位叶轮(7)的工位(9)中,在定位导向板(4)和压塑固定板(3)中设置环形均布的压塑导柱(10),压塑导柱(10)穿过压塑固定板(3)与定位叶轮的工位(9)相配合,并抵在瓶盖(8)底部,压塑导柱(10)与压塑固定板(3)中设置导柱弹簧(11),在封口中板(2)上设置与压塑导柱相对应的压塑轴模头(12),压塑轴模头下设置封口套(13),封口套上设置封口弹簧(14),压塑上板(1)上设置与压塑轴模头相对应的压塑固定轴(15),压塑固定轴(15)与压塑轴模头(12)之间由压塑弹簧(16)相连接,在压塑导柱(10)的一侧设置脱盖拉杆(17),脱盖拉杆(17)的上端连接脱盖套(18),脱盖套(18)与封口套(13)相配合,在压塑导柱(10)的底部设置滚轮(19),所述旋转主盘的下方设置压缩凸轮轨(20)和脱盖凸轮轨(21),滚轮(19)与压缩凸轮轨(20)和脱盖凸轮轨(21)相接触。
