Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic tape sticking mechanism which comprises a transmission plate, wherein the upper part of the transmission plate is movably provided with tape rolls through a rotating shaft, the left side edge of the transmission plate is equidistantly provided with a group of guide rods, the left end of the cutting plate is fixedly provided with a first sliding table cylinder, one end of the connecting plate is fixedly connected to the first sliding table cylinder, the other end of the connecting plate is fixedly connected to a second pneumatic clamping jaw, the tape sticking plate is fixedly provided with a rotating cylinder at the lower part of the connecting plate, the rotating cylinder is fixedly provided with a rotating arm, the lower surfaces of the two ends of the rotating arm are respectively provided with a suction nozzle for adsorbing and sticking the tape, the upper surfaces of the rotating arm are respectively provided with a group of spring guide rods, and the left end of the tape sticking plate is fixedly provided with a linear slide rail.

Background

However, the above-mentioned edge-wrapping operation is mainly performed manually, which has low working efficiency, and the manual operation is easy to have bad phenomena such as tape pasting skew and wrinkles, which has a great influence on the quality of the solar module.
