本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀铝箔纸的制作工艺,该铝箔纸包括原纸层、铝箔层和耐腐蚀层,该铝箔纸的生产工艺包括以下步骤:S1、将原纸层和铝箔层分别放入置布架上,同时传送至涂覆有黏胶的胶辊机之间进行粘合;S2、将粘合的铝箔纸继续传送至贴合辊,另外将耐腐蚀膜传送至贴合辊,通过热力作用,将耐腐蚀膜复合至铝箔层的表面;S3、将复合的铝箔纸传送至成型压辊中进行压合,使得原纸层、铝箔层和耐腐蚀层之间贴合的更加牢固;S4、将成型的铝箔纸放入压花机之间进行压花,铝箔纸各层均附上压花标样进行防伪,最后裁剪包装即得耐腐蚀铝箔纸;解决了铝箔纸抗氧化能力低,重金属腐蚀的问题。

一种耐腐蚀铝箔纸的制作工艺
技术领域
本发明属于铝箔纸技术领域,具体涉及一种耐腐蚀铝箔纸的制作工艺。
背景技术
随着社会和经济的发展,商品的包装也不断更新换代,以纸和塑料薄膜为基础的包装材料已逐渐被精致美观的铝箔纸所代替,铝箔纸的使用量日益递增,这给铝箔纸的生产带来了新的商业契机。
铝箔与其他重金属或重金属类接触时,可能会有不良反应,从而腐蚀铝箔层,沾有重金属的铝箔在进行包装时,对与包装材料特别食品和日用品的包装,具有一定的危害,另外铝箔层为纯度较高的铝层,在潮湿高温的环境下易氧化导致铝箔纸老化,寿命低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐腐蚀铝箔纸的制作工艺,解决了铝箔纸抗氧化能力低,重金属腐蚀的问题。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种耐腐蚀铝箔纸的制作工艺,该铝箔纸包括原纸层、铝箔层和耐腐蚀层,该铝箔纸的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
S1、将原纸层和铝箔层分别放入置布架上,同时传送至涂覆有黏胶的胶辊机之间进行粘合;
S2、将粘合的铝箔纸继续传送至贴合辊,另外将耐腐蚀膜传送至贴合辊,通过热力作用,将耐腐蚀膜复合至铝箔层的表面;
S3、将复合的铝箔纸传送至成型压辊中进行压合,使得原纸层、铝箔层和耐腐蚀层之间贴合的更加牢固;
S4、将成型的铝箔纸放入压花机之间进行压花,铝箔纸各层均附上压花标样进行防伪,最后裁剪包装即得耐腐蚀铝箔纸。
进一步,所述的铝箔层的厚度为0.12-0.16mm,所述的耐腐蚀层的厚度为200-350nm。
进一步,步骤S1所述的黏胶为酰胺二元醇与草酸合成的可生物降解黏胶。
进一步,步骤S2所述的耐腐蚀膜的耐腐蚀涂料包括以下重量组分原料:环氧树脂60-70%、热塑性聚氨酯树脂10-20%、二氧化钛5-10%、羟乙基纤维素钠5-10%、去离子水5-10%、乙二醇3-8%;经加热均质乳化得到。
进一步,步骤S2所述的贴合辊的温度为100-110℃。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明提供的一种耐腐蚀铝箔纸的制作工艺,通过涂覆有黏胶的胶辊机之间进行原纸层和铝箔层的粘合,操作简便,且使用的黏胶为酰胺二元醇与草酸合成的可生物降解黏胶,该黏胶中存在大量的易于降解的酯键,同时酰胺上的氮原子提供了微生物的生长环境,为使用后的废气铝箔纸的降解提供了良好的条件,卫生环保;另外酰胺键的强极性赋予黏胶较好的力学性能和加工性能,使得原纸层和铝箔层粘接的更加牢固;
(2)在铝箔层的表面复合的耐腐蚀膜,提高了铝箔纸的抗氧化能力,隔绝了与重金属类的接触,提高了铝箔纸的安全性。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

本发明为一种耐腐蚀铝箔纸的制作工艺,该铝箔纸包括原纸层、铝箔层和耐腐蚀层,所述的铝箔层的厚度为0.15mm,所述的耐腐蚀层的厚度为300nm;
该铝箔纸的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
S1、将原纸层和铝箔层分别放入置布架上,同时传送至涂覆有黏胶的胶辊机之间进行粘合;
S2、将粘合的铝箔纸继续传送至贴合辊,另外将耐腐蚀膜传送至贴合辊,贴合辊的温度为105℃,通过热力作用,将耐腐蚀膜复合至铝箔层的表面;
S3、将复合的铝箔纸传送至成型压辊中进行压合,使得原纸层、铝箔层和耐腐蚀层之间贴合的更加牢固;
S4、将成型的铝箔纸放入压花机之间进行压花,铝箔纸各层均附上压花标样进行防伪,最后裁剪包装即得耐腐蚀铝箔纸。
步骤S1所述的黏胶为为酰胺二元醇与草酸合成的可生物降解黏胶;
步骤S2所述的耐腐蚀膜的耐腐蚀涂料包括以下重量组分原料:环氧树脂66kg、热塑性聚氨酯树脂14kg、二氧化钛5kg、羟乙基纤维素钠5kg、去离子水5kg、乙二醇5kg;经加热均质乳化得到。

1.一种耐腐蚀铝箔纸的制作工艺,其特征在于:该铝箔纸包括原纸层、铝箔层和耐腐蚀层,该铝箔纸的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
S1、将原纸层和铝箔层分别放入置布架上,同时传送至涂覆有黏胶的胶辊机之间进行粘合;
S2、将粘合的铝箔纸继续传送至贴合辊,另外将耐腐蚀膜传送至贴合辊,通过热力作用,将耐腐蚀膜复合至铝箔层的表面;
S3、将复合的铝箔纸传送至成型压辊中进行压合,使得原纸层、铝箔层和耐腐蚀层之间贴合的更加牢固;
S4、将成型的铝箔纸放入压花机之间进行压花,铝箔纸各层均附上压花标样进行防伪,最后裁剪包装即得耐腐蚀铝箔纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀铝箔纸的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述的铝箔层的厚度为0.12-0.16mm,所述的耐腐蚀层的厚度为200-350nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀铝箔纸的制作工艺,其特征在于:步骤S1所述的黏胶为酰胺二元醇与草酸合成的可生物降解黏胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀铝箔纸的制作工艺,其特征在于:步骤S2所述的耐腐蚀膜的耐腐蚀涂料包括以下重量组分原料:环氧树脂60-70%、热塑性聚氨酯树脂10-20%、二氧化钛5-10%、羟乙基纤维素钠5-10%、去离子水5-10%、乙二醇3-8%;经加热均质乳化得到。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀铝箔纸的制作工艺,其特征在于:步骤S2所述的贴合辊的温度为100-110℃。
