Abstract

本发明公开一种膨润土除臭干燥剂及其制备方法,包括改性膨润土50~80份、氯化钠10~20份、硫酸钙10~20份、活性碳粉10~20份、纳米二氧化钛粉10~20份、竹纤维10~25份,通过将改性膨润土、氯化钠、硫酸钙和活性碳粉加入到酸性溶液中混合均匀,过滤、洗涤至中性,烘干后与竹纤维混合均匀,装入无纺布包装袋中即得,该干燥剂干燥效果显著,反复利用率高。

一种膨润土除臭干燥剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种膨润土除臭干燥剂及其制备方法,属于膨润土制品领域。
背景技术
膨润土是一种黏土岩、亦称蒙脱石黏土岩、常含少量伊利石、高岭石、埃洛石、绿泥石、沸石、石英、长石、方解石等;一般为白色、淡黄色,因含铁量变化又呈浅灰、浅绿、粉红、褐红、砖红、灰黑色等;具蜡状、土状或油脂光泽;膨润土有的松散如土,也有的致密坚硬。主要化学成分是二氧化硅、三氧化二铝和水,还含有铁、镁、钙、钠、钾等元素,Na2O和CaO含量对膨润土的物理化学性质和工艺技术性能影响颇大。蒙脱石矿物属单斜晶系,通常呈土状块体,白色,有时带浅红、浅绿、淡黄等色。光泽暗淡。硬度1~2,密度2~3g/cm3。按蒙脱石可交换阳离子的种类、含量和层电荷大小,膨润土可分为钠基膨润土(碱性土))、钙基膨润土(碱土性土)、天然漂白土(酸性土或酸性白土),其中钙基膨润土又包括钙钠基和钙镁基等。膨润土具有强的吸湿性和膨胀性,可吸附8~15倍于自身体积的水量,体积膨胀可达数倍至30倍;在水介质中能分散成胶凝状和悬浮状,这种介质溶液具有一定的黏滞性、能变性和润滑性;有较强的阳离子交换能力;对各种气体、液体、有机物质有一定的吸附能力,最大吸附量可达5倍于自身的重量;它与水、泥或细沙的掺和物具有可塑性和黏结性;具有表面活性的酸性漂白土能吸附有色离子。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种干燥效果好,能再生重复使用的膨润土除臭干燥剂。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种膨润土除臭干燥剂,包括如下重量份的组份:
其中,所述改性膨润土的改性方法为:将膨润土原矿粉磨过300目筛,100℃以下干燥2~3h,然后加入到酸溶液中处理3~4h,过滤后用钠盐溶液再处理1~2h,最后过滤、洗涤至pH为6~7,150~200摄氏度处理2~3h后既得。
优选地,所述膨润土原矿中蒙脱石含量不低于60%。
所述酸溶液为硫酸溶液,pH为2~3。
所述钠盐溶液为氯化钠或硫酸钠溶液,浓度为20~40wt%。
所述氯化钠为熔融氯化钙。
本发明还提供上述膨润土干燥剂的制备方法,将所述改性膨润土、氯化钠、硫酸钙、活性碳粉和纳米二氧化钛粉加入到酸性溶液中混合均匀,过滤、洗涤至中性,烘干后与竹纤维混合均匀,装入无纺布包装袋中即可。
所述酸性溶液的pH值为2~4,酸性溶液与改性膨润土、氯化钠、硫酸钙、活性碳粉和纳米二氧化钛粉组成的固体粉料的混合质量比为1~2:1。
优选地,所述烘干的温度不高于200℃。
有益效果:
本发明干燥剂以膨润土为主要原料,经酸化改性、钠化改性后提高晶层之间的间距,显著提高其吸附性,熔融后的氯化钙具有更强的吸附性能,而且再生温度更低,与硫酸钙、活性碳粉、竹纤维组成的复合结构,使干燥效果显著,反复利用率高;引入纳米二氧化钛粉,起到很好的除臭效果。
具体实施方式
根据下述实施例,可以更好地理解本发明。
实施例1
将膨润土原矿粉磨过300目筛,100℃以下干燥3h,然后加入到pH为2的硫酸溶液中处理3h,过滤后用30wt%氯化钠再处理2h,最后过滤、洗涤至pH为7左右,200℃处理2h后得到改性膨润土;
将改性膨润土70份、氯化钠15份、硫酸钙15份、活性碳粉15份和纳米二氧化钛粉15份加入到pH为3的硫酸溶液中混合均匀,改性膨润土、氯化钠、硫酸钙、活性碳粉和纳米二氧化钛粉组成的固体粉料的混合质量比为1:1,过滤、洗涤至中性,200℃烘干后与15份竹纤维混合均匀,装入无纺布包装袋中得到除臭干燥剂。
实施例2
将膨润土原矿粉磨过300目筛,100℃以下干燥2h,然后加入到pH为3的硫酸溶液中处理4h,过滤后用20wt%氯化钠再处理1h,最后过滤、洗涤至pH为7左右,200℃处理3h后得到改性膨润土;
将改性膨润土80份、氯化钠10份、硫酸钙10份、活性碳粉10份和纳米二氧化钛粉10份加入到pH为2的硫酸溶液中混合均匀,改性膨润土、氯化钠、硫酸钙、活性碳粉和纳米二氧化钛粉组成的固体粉料的混合质量比为2:1,过滤、洗涤至中性,200℃烘干后与10份竹纤维混合均匀,装入无纺布包装袋中得到除臭干燥剂。
实施例3
将膨润土原矿粉磨过300目筛,100℃以下干燥2h,然后加入到pH为2的硫酸溶液中处理4h,过滤后用40wt%氯化钠再处理2h,最后过滤、洗涤至pH为7左右,150℃处理3h后得到改性膨润土;
将改性膨润土50份、氯化钠20份、硫酸钙20份、活性碳粉20份和纳米二氧化钛粉20份加入到pH为4的硫酸溶液中混合均匀,改性膨润土、氯化钠、硫酸钙、活性碳粉和纳米二氧化钛粉组成的固体粉料的混合质量比为1:1,过滤、洗涤至中性,200℃烘干后与25份竹纤维混合均匀,装入无纺布包装袋中得到除臭干燥剂。
实施例4
将实施例1~3制备的除臭干燥剂和室售的无水硫酸钙干燥剂、硅胶干燥剂、活性碳干燥剂放入同一潮湿的箱体中(温度为30℃,相对湿度为90%),放置10h后取出测定吸水率;将实施例1~3制备的干燥剂和室售的无水硫酸钙干燥剂、硅胶干燥剂、活性碳干燥剂同时吸附质量的水,然后置于150℃烘箱内烘干,每隔1h称取失水率。结果见表1,结果显示,本发明制备的干燥剂吸水效果均大于市售的无水硫酸钙干燥剂、硅胶干燥剂、活性碳干燥剂,同时再生速速上也较硅胶干燥剂和活性碳干燥剂好。

本发明提供了一种膨润土除臭干燥剂及其制备方法的思路及方法,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。

1.一种膨润土除臭干燥剂,其特征在于,所述膨润土干燥剂包括如下重量份的组份:
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种膨润土除臭干燥剂,其特征在于,所述改性膨润土的改性方法为:将膨润土原矿粉磨过300目筛,100℃以下干燥2~3h,然后加入到酸溶液中处理3~4h,过滤后用钠盐溶液再处理1~2h,最后过滤、洗涤至pH为6~7,150~200摄氏度处理2~3h后既得。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种膨润土除臭干燥剂,其特征在于,所述膨润土原矿中蒙脱石含量不低于60%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种膨润土除臭干燥剂,其特征在于,所述酸溶液为硫酸溶液,pH为2~3。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种膨润土除臭干燥剂,其特征在于,所述钠盐溶液为氯化钠或硫酸钠溶液,浓度为20~40wt%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种膨润土除臭干燥剂,其特征在于,所述氯化钠为熔融氯化钙。
7.权利要求1所述膨润土除臭干燥剂的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述改性膨润土、氯化钠、硫酸钙、活性碳粉和纳米二氧化钛粉加入到酸性溶液中混合均匀,过滤、洗涤至中性,烘干后与竹纤维混合均匀,装入无纺布包装袋中即可。
8.根据权利要求7所述的膨润土除臭干燥剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述酸性溶液的pH值为2~4,酸性溶液与改性膨润土、氯化钠、硫酸钙、活性碳粉和纳米二氧化钛粉组成的固体粉料的混合质量比为1~2:1。
9.根据权利要求7所述的膨润土除臭干燥剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述烘干的温度不高于200℃。
