the first detection mechanism, the second detection mechanism and the third detection mechanism are sequentially and reasonably arranged in one device, so that the device cost is saved, and the higher detection efficiency is ensured; according to the invention, the bottle cap is turned over by arranging the turning mechanism between the second detection mechanism and the third detection mechanism, so that the third detection mechanism can detect the plastic cap surface of the bottle cap conveniently, and the turning mechanism is arranged into a structure of combining the semi-closed sleeve, the torsion bar and the U-shaped buckle, wherein the semi-closed sleeve is gradually twisted from one end to the other end, and the opening directions of the two U-shaped buckles at the two ends of the semi-closed sleeve are 180 degrees in opposite directions, so that the bottle cap can be turned over efficiently by adopting a simple structure, and the turning efficiency is higher.
Preferably, the vibration assembly comprises a chassis and a pulse electromagnet arranged on the chassis, a vibration plate is arranged at the end part of the pulse electromagnet, and the vibration plate is connected with the material tray through a spring plate. The cooperation of the pulse electromagnetic and the spring plate provides reasonable power for conveying the bottle caps in the material tray, ensures the quality and the output effect of outputting the bottle caps, and simultaneously ensures the higher output efficiency of the vibrating mechanism.
Preferably, the track wall of the first spiral conveying track spirally arranged on the outer wall of the material tray is provided with a sieve hole, the outer wall of the material tray is provided with an extraction channel, and an inlet of the extraction channel is positioned at the sieve hole. The size of the sieve hole is larger than the thickness of the plastic cover in the bottle cover and smaller than the thickness of the bottle cover, if only the plastic cover exists in the first spiral conveying track, the plastic cover does not have the defective products of the aluminum cover, the plastic cover can slide out of the first spiral conveying track in the sieve hole at the sieve hole position and enter the collecting barrel along the leading-out channel, and the air blowing pipe is arranged on the first spiral conveying track at the sieve hole position, so that the defective plastic cover can be blown out from the sieve hole position.
Preferably, the third horizontal plate is provided with a turnover part, and the turnover part is composed of a U-shaped notch arranged on the third horizontal plate and a semicircular lug arranged at the U-shaped notch. The bottle caps on the entering third horizontal plate can be screened again through the turnover part formed by the U-shaped notch and the semicircular convex blocks, if the bottle caps which are not in the conveying state and are covered by the aluminum caps downwards and the plastic caps upwards enter the third horizontal plate, the bottle caps which are not in the conveying state can fall into the tray again from the U-shaped notch under the interference of the semicircular convex blocks, and only the bottle caps which are covered by the plastic caps and the aluminum caps which are in the conveying requirement can pass through the turnover part smoothly, and the setting of the turnover part can ensure the absolute reliability in the conveying state.
Preferably, a diagonal line of the square fixing frame is parallel to the first conveying belt. Preferably, the two fourth guide plates are provided with second transparent baffles, and the second transparent baffles are positioned above the fourth guide rails. The arrangement of the second transparent baffle plate enables the fourth guide rail to form a relatively closed state, so that the bottle caps entering the fourth guide rail are less disturbed by the outside, and meanwhile, operators can observe the conveying state conveniently.
Preferably, the support is provided with a blowing pipe, and a blowing port of the blowing pipe points to the unsealed part of the semi-closed sleeve. The arrangement of the air blowing pipe provides external power for the bottle cap after the turnover of the semi-closed sleeve is about to be output, so that the bottle cap can smoothly slide out of the semi-closed sleeve and enter the next working procedure.
Preferably, the output end of the second conveyer belt on the support is provided with an air cylinder, a piston rod of the air cylinder is provided with a sliding seat, two third guiding-out channels are arranged on the sliding seat, the two third guiding-out channels are arranged in a V shape on the sliding seat, and inlets of the two third guiding-out channels correspond to the output end of the second conveyer belt. The cylinder is controlled by the controller, the bottle caps after the qualified detection are designed and input in the controller are of a fixed number, such as 100 programs, after the second conveyer belt outputs 100 qualified bottle caps, the cylinder is started, two third export channels can be switched along with a sliding seat controlled by the cylinder, and thus the bottle caps with the caps can be output from the output end of the second conveyer belt through another third export channel to enter a new collecting box, so that the bottle cap number in each collecting box is ensured to be fixed, the statistics is not required to be carried out again by staff, and the labor cost can be greatly saved.
Preferably, the support is rotatably provided with a mechanical stop lever, the mechanical stop lever is positioned at the output end of the first spiral conveying track, and the support is provided with an air blowing pipe positioned at the output end of the first spiral conveying track. The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The buffer plates which are inclined downwards are arranged on the inner wall of the hopper in a staggered manner to buffer the bottle caps poured into the hopper when moving downwards, so that the bottle caps in the hopper are prevented from rushing into the vibration plate in a large amount when the vibration plate vibrates, and the buffer effect is good; the bottom surface in the downward inclined vibrating disc is of a smooth and excessive wavy structure, so that the bottle caps can be smoothly sent out from the vibrating disc when the vibrating disc vibrates, and the number of the bottle caps output from the vibrating disc is proper; the quantity of the output bottle caps is monitored by arranging the feeler lever and the inductor on the supporting rod, so that the output of the bottle caps can be controlled according to actual conditions, the output quantity of the bottle caps can be regulated, and the condition of excessive output quantity of the bottle caps can not be generated;
(2) The bottle caps conveyed by the first spiral conveying plate are adjusted in direction by arranging the first steering track on the inner wall of the material tray, specifically, one side, close to the center of the material tray, of the first steering bottom plate is inclined downwards, so that the inclination direction of the first steering bottom plate is opposite to the inclination direction of the first spiral conveying plate, the width of the first steering bottom plate is larger than that of the first spiral conveying plate, the bottle caps reaching the first horizontal plate are in a state of being under heavy plastic caps through reasonable transformation of inclination angles, the bottle caps output by the first spiral conveying track are in a state of being under plastic caps and over aluminum caps meeting output requirements, and the positive and negative directions of the bottle caps can be adjusted, so that the output states are uniform; the second spiral conveying plate is arranged on the inner wall of the material tray to assist the first spiral conveying plate, the second steering rail is arranged at the output end of the second spiral conveying plate to adjust the direction of the bottle caps conveyed by the second spiral conveying plate, the position, close to the output end, on the second horizontal plate is set to be inclined upwards, the second through hole is arranged at the position, located at the output end, on the second horizontal plate, of the material tray to supplement the bottle caps in the first spiral conveying rail, the output quantity of the bottle caps in the first spiral conveying rail is ensured, the second deflector rod is arranged at the joint of the second spiral conveying plate and the second steering rail, and excessive bottle caps are recommenced into the material tray to prevent the bottle caps from jumping around the joint of the second spiral conveying plate and the second steering rail; the bottle caps conveyed by the third spiral conveying plate are adjusted in direction by arranging the third spiral conveying plate on the inner wall of the material tray to serve as the further assist of the first spiral conveying plate, a third steering rail is arranged at the output end of the third spiral conveying plate, the position, close to the output end, on the third horizontal plate is set to be inclined upwards, and a third through hole is arranged at the position, located at the output end, on the third horizontal plate, of the material tray to supplement the bottle caps in the first spiral conveying rail, so that the output quantity of the bottle caps is enough in the first spiral conveying rail, and excessive bottle caps are re-dialed into the material tray by arranging a third deflector rod at the joint of the third spiral conveying plate and the third steering rail, so that the bottle caps are prevented from jumping randomly at the joint of the third spiral conveying plate and the third steering rail;
(3) The first guide rail, the second guide rail and the third guide rail are sequentially arranged at the first conveyor belt along the conveying direction, and the fourth guide rail is arranged at the second conveyor belt to guide bottle caps on the first conveyor belt and the second conveyor belt, so that stable conveying of the bottle caps on the first conveyor belt and the second conveyor belt is ensured, deviation caused by external influence is avoided, and stable conveying is ensured;
(4) The quality of the aluminum cover side of the bottle cover is detected by arranging a first detection mechanism consisting of a first light source and a first camera at the first conveyor belt, detected images are transmitted to the display to be analyzed and compared by the controller, the unqualified bottle cover at the detected aluminum cover side is cleared by arranging a group of air blowing pipes and a first guiding-out channel at the output side of the first detection mechanism, and the qualification of the aluminum cover side of the bottle cover is ensured, wherein a first lamp shell is arranged to be hemispherical, the first camera penetrates through the first lamp shell and then points downwards to the center of the first lamp shell, a plurality of LED bulbs are arranged on the inner wall of the first lamp shell in a surrounding mode, the first camera is well matched with the LED bulbs, and the definition of pictures shot by the first camera is ensured;
(4) The second detection mechanism consisting of the square fixing frame, the second light source, the fixing rods and the second cameras is arranged at the first conveyor belt to detect the side quality of the bottle cap, wherein the second light source is arranged into a structure of a second annular lamp shell and a plurality of LED bulbs, so that brightness in detection is guaranteed, one fixing rod is vertically arranged on each side of the square fixing frame, four second cameras are respectively arranged on the four fixing rods, the four second cameras point to the center of the square fixing frame, namely point to the center of the second light source, the four second cameras shoot the four sides of the bottle cap at the same time, detected images are transmitted to the display to be analyzed and compared by the controller, and the bottle cap with unqualified side parts is detected to be cleaned through a group of air blowing pipes and second guiding-out channels arranged at the output side of the second detection mechanism, so that the qualification of the side parts of the bottle cap is guaranteed;
(5) The quality of the plastic cover surface of the bottle cap is detected by arranging a third detection mechanism consisting of a third light source and a third camera at the second conveyor belt, the detected image is transmitted to the display to be analyzed and compared by the controller, the bottle cap with unqualified plastic cover surface is detected to be removed by arranging a group of air blowing pipes and a third guide-out channel at the output side of the third detection mechanism, and the plastic cover surface of the bottle cap is ensured to be qualified, wherein the third light source is arranged into a structure of a third annular lamp shell and a plurality of LED bulbs, the brightness during detection is ensured, the third camera is arranged opposite to the center of the third annular lamp shell, the third camera can be well matched with the third light source, and the definition of pictures shot by the third camera is ensured; the first detection mechanism, the second detection mechanism and the third detection mechanism are sequentially and reasonably arranged in one device, so that the device cost is saved, and the higher detection efficiency is ensured;
(6) Through setting up tilting mechanism between second detection mechanism and third detection mechanism, come to overturn the bottle lid, the third detection mechanism of being convenient for detects the plastic cover face of bottle lid, sets up tilting mechanism into semi-closed sleeve, torsion bar and U-shaped knot and combines together the structure, and wherein semi-closed sleeve twists gradually from one end to the other end, and the opening direction that two U-shaped knot that is located semi-closed sleeve both ends is 180 degrees in opposite directions to simple structure like this can realize the high-efficient upset of bottle lid, and tilting efficiency is higher.

The automatic detection equipment for the antibiotic bottle caps shown in fig. 1 comprises a feeding mechanism 1 shown in fig. 2, a vibrating mechanism 2 shown in fig. 3 and 4, a first conveying mechanism 3 shown in fig. 8, a first detection mechanism 4 shown in fig. 9, a second detection mechanism 5 shown in fig. 10, a turnover mechanism 6 shown in fig. 11 and 12, a second conveying mechanism 7, a third detection mechanism 8 shown in fig. 13 and a bracket 9;
