The waterproof material is prepared by compounding multiple layers of polymer composite sheet materials by adopting a new technology and a new process.
The polyethylene waterproof coiled material has the advantages of good waterproof performance, high stability, high tensile strength and the like, and is widely applied to engineering, but the existing polyethylene coiled material has a plurality of defects, such as poor lap seam durability, poor deformation capability of a base layer and the like.
The defects are related to the bonding construction process of the polyethylene coiled material, the polyethylene polypropylene waterproof coiled material can only use a cement adhesive construction method in the construction and installation process, the waterproof layer constructed by the construction method is extremely unreliable in the operation process of the building engineering, the lap joint and the detail treatment are mainly unreliable, the bonding of the cement adhesive and the polyethylene polypropylene is pseudo-adhesive, and the waterproof layer is easy to crack, delaminate and fall off to fail. There is a need for a web that effectively improves its lap joint performance to address the above-mentioned problems.

In the field paving process of the perforated polyethylene self-adhesive coiled material, due to the existence of the hole structure, air between the base layer and the coiled material can be easily discharged from the hole structure, so that the stable exertion of the waterproof performance of the perforated polyethylene coiled material waterproof system is ensured.
3. The lap seam of two coiled materials in the existing polyethylene waterproof coiled material system is bonded by using cement, the formed lap seam is a rigid waterproof layer, the deformation capacity of the base layer is weak, and the problems of unstable lap joint and the like of the coiled materials are easy to occur. In the field construction process of the punched polyethylene self-adhesive coiled material, the self-adhesive area is paved and attached on the punched area to form construction of the lap joint of the punched polyethylene self-adhesive coiled material, and the punched structure increases the roughness of the coiled material at the lap joint, so that the lap joint of the coiled material in the self-adhesive area is firmer.
