本发明涉及一种高强度复合电瓷配方,其特征在于:包括由以下重量分数的各组分组成:钠长石69~73份,石英11~17份,界牌泥9~14份,滑石7~10份,白泥32~39份,氮化硼2~4份,氧化铍0.8~1.4份,白干石2~5份,蓝晶石0.4~0.7份,铝矾土15~20份,硅酸锆5~10份,叶腊石2~4份,氮化硅2~4份;本发明提供了一种高强度复合电瓷配方,按该配方生产的电瓷抗折强度大于150 MPa,耐冷热急变性能大于220℃,耐受电压大于等于35KV/mm,适用于各种电力产业。

一种高强度复合电瓷配方
技术领域
本发明涉及电瓷技术领域,尤其涉及一种高强度电磁配方。
背景技术
电瓷是电力***中主要起支持和绝缘作用的部件,主要应用于电力***中各种电压等级的输电线路、变电站、电器设备,以及其他的一些特殊行业如轨道交通的电力***中,将不同电位的导体或部件连接并起绝缘和支持作用,有时兼做其它电气部件的容器,对其机械性能、电气性能、耐环境性能(冷热、抗污秽、老化等)有较高的要求,若电瓷质量不过关危害极大,因此,开发出一种高强度的电瓷则成为重大难题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种高强度复合电瓷配方,能够解决一般的电瓷强度差,耐电压小的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种高强度复合电瓷配方,其创新点在于:包括由以下重量分数的各组分组成 :钠长石 69~73 份,石英 11~17份,界牌泥 9~14 份,滑石7~10份,白泥 32~39 份,氮化硼 2~4 份,氧化铍 0.8~1.4 份,白干石 2~5 份,蓝晶石 0.4~0.7 份,铝矾土15~20 份,硅酸锆5~10份,叶腊石2~4份,氮化硅2~4份。
进一步的,所述石英中 SiO 2的质量含量大于98%,Fe2O3和 TiO 2的质量总量小于0.4%。
本发明的优点在于:
1)本发明提供了一种高强度复合电瓷配方,按该配方生产的电瓷抗折强度大于 150MPa,耐冷热急变性能大于 220℃,耐受电压大于等于 35KV/mm,适用于各种电力产业。

实施例1:
一种高强度复合电瓷配方,包括由以下重量分数的各组分组成 :钠长石 69份,石英11份,界牌泥 9份,滑石7份,白泥 32份,氮化硼 2份,氧化铍 0.8份,白干石2份,蓝晶石0.4份,铝矾土15份,硅酸锆5份,叶腊石2份,氮化硅2份。
石英中 SiO 2的质量含量大于98%,Fe2O3和 TiO 2的质量总量小于0.4%。
实施例2:
一种高强度复合电瓷配方,包括由以下重量分数的各组分组成 :钠长石 71份,石英14份,界牌泥 12 份,滑石8份,白泥 35 份,氮化硼 2~份,氧化铍 1.1 份,白干石 3.5份,蓝晶石 0.45 份,铝矾土15~份,硅酸锆7.5份,叶腊石3份,氮化硅3份。
石英中 SiO 2的质量含量大于98%,Fe2O3和 TiO 2的质量总量小于0.4%。
实施例3:
一种高强度复合电瓷配方,包括由以下重量分数的各组分组成 :钠长石 73 份,石英17份,界牌泥14 份,滑石10份,白泥 39 份,氮化硼 4 份,氧化铍 1.4 份,白干石5 份,蓝晶石.7 份,铝矾土20 份,硅酸锆10份,叶腊石4份,氮化硅4份。
石英中 SiO 2的质量含量大于98%,Fe2O3和 TiO 2的质量总量小于0.4%。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度复合电瓷配方,其特征在于:所述石英中 SiO 2的质量含量大于98%,Fe2O3和 TiO 2的质量总量小于0.4%。
