After the garbage is manually sorted, garbage with larger volume or obvious easy pickup is sorted out, then the garbage (such as paper scraps, bags and the like) which is finely crushed and difficult to pick is needed to be sorted out by a machine, most of the existing garbage treatment devices are high in cost, single in function and large in occupied space, and therefore, the garbage treatment and recovery are necessary to be studied deeply.

The invention aims to solve the problems and provide the municipal solid waste separator which can rapidly separate paper scraps, plastic bags and the like in municipal solid waste so as to facilitate secondary recovery treatment; meanwhile, the separator occupies small space and is low in cost.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

The two sides of the shell are provided with a driving shaft and a driven shaft which do relative rotation, the sliding plate can drive the two rotating shafts to reciprocate left and right in the shell sliding groove, when the chip grabbing needle on the driving shaft rotates clockwise, paper chips or plastic chips and the like from the garbage at the feeding hole are inserted into the chip grabbing needle, when the chip grabbing needle rotates to be staggered with the chip unloading needle on the driven shaft rotating anticlockwise, the chip unloading needle or the barb grabs the paper chips or the plastic chips on the chip grabbing needle down randomly and fall into the light garbage outlet, in addition, the two rotating shafts reciprocate horizontally along with the sliding plate, the chip grabbing needle moves relative to the left comb-shaped groove in the garbage inlet of the shell, so that the reciprocating chip grabbing is realized, meanwhile, the insertion of the light garbage or the secondary crushing of part of garbage is facilitated due to the movement generated by the reciprocating rectilinear motion of the sliding plate, and the thorough sorting and discharging of the garbage are facilitated;
3. The rollers rotate together through the scrap grabbing needles, but the scrap grabbing needles rotate around the respective axes, and the scrap grabbing needles continuously penetrate into and withdraw from the through holes of the rollers along with the rotation, so that when the scrap grabbing needles withdraw from the through holes of the rollers, the garbage at the roots of the scrap grabbing needles is brought out through the rollers, the scrap unloading needles are convenient to grab down, in addition, the rollers realize reciprocating extrusion with the inner side walls of the shell along with the horizontal reciprocating motion of the sliding plates, so that larger garbage can be crushed for the second time, and the garbage can be separated thoroughly;
4. when the chip grabbing needle pierces harder substances, the driving shaft spring can effectively play a role in buffering, and meanwhile, the chip grabbing needle is effectively avoided, so that the chip grabbing needle is prevented from being damaged;
5. when the chip discharging needle pierces harder substances, the driven shaft spring can effectively play a role in buffering, and meanwhile, the chip discharging needle is effectively avoided, so that the chip discharging needle is prevented from being damaged;
6. The scrap discharging needle barb arranged on the scrap discharging needle head part can effectively hook the garbage which is pricked on the scrap grabbing needle, so that the garbage is discharged from the light garbage outlet;
7. The separator occupies small space and has low cost.
