技术领域
本发明涉及层压用粘接剂组合物、层叠体和二次电池。
背景技术
以锂离子电池为代表的二次电池采用正极、负极和其间封入有电解液等而得的构成。另外,作为用于封入为了将正极和负极的电力取出至外部的引线的密封袋,使用将铝箔等金属箔、金属蒸镀层与塑料贴合而得的层叠体。
对该层叠体要求作为二次电池所要求的耐湿性、耐热性、耐溶剂性、耐久性等,然而,特别是难以由低温固化来获得不溶于电解质的耐电解质性,从而成为需要解决的技术课题。
例如,在专利文献1中提出了一种封入袋,其中,层叠体的最内层使用马来酸改性聚烯烃树脂,热封部以同样的马来酸改性聚烯烃树脂构成,从而使密封可靠性提高。由于马来酸改性聚烯烃树脂与金属粘接的粘接性和热封性优异,因此通常作为粘接性树脂使用。然而,若作为上述那样的电池的密封膜使用,则在高温下刚层叠之后显示出优异的粘接力,但耐电解质性低,随着时间经过而发生层间剥离,无法作为密封膜使用。
专利文献2记载了一种电池电解液密封膜用层叠体或电池电极部保护膜用层叠体,其包含金属层、在金属层的表面形成的表面处理层、以及在表面处理层上形成的由羧酸基或其衍生物改性的聚烯烃形成的粘接性树脂层。
专利文献3记载了一种粘接性树脂组合物,其包含(A)具有选自酸酐基、羧基和羧酸金属盐中的至少1种官能团的聚烯烃系树脂和(B)具有2个以上环氧基且分子量为3000以下的环氧化植物油,(B)成分相对于(A)成分100质量份的配合量为0.01质量份~5质量份。
专利文献4记载了一种二次电池电极用粘结剂用树脂组合物,其特征在于,其含有酸改性聚烯烃树脂(A)及聚氨酯树脂(B),相对于(A)100质量份,(B)为0.5质量份~100质量份。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
在现有技术中,作为二次电池层叠体用粘接剂,申请了大量使用含有酸基的聚烯烃树脂的专利。
然而,仅存在仅含有酸基的聚烯烃树脂时,因高温老化及挤出层压等工序而使其对烯烃片材的密合性优异,但对金属层的粘接性不足。其结果是,作为层叠体用粘接剂的粘接强度不充分。进而,在二次电池中使用时,耐电解质性也不充分,存在随着时间经过而发生层间剥离等的问题点。
因此,本发明的课题在于,提供层叠体的金属层与塑料层的粘接性优异、即使低温养护也兼具耐电解液性、其保持率高、随着时间经过也不会发生层间剥离的层压层叠体用粘接剂组合物、使用了利用该粘接剂组合物的粘接剂而得的层叠体、及二次电池。
用于解决问题的方法
本发明人等进行了研究,结果通过一种层压用粘接剂组合物而解决了上述课题,所述层压用粘接剂组合物含有改性聚烯烃树脂(A)、非晶性聚烯烃树脂(B)和固化剂(C),其中,
非晶性聚烯烃树脂(B)的含量相对于改性聚烯烃树脂(A)和非晶性聚烯烃树脂(B)的固体成分的总质量为0.1质量%以上且小于20质量%。
发明的效果
根据本发明,能够提供层叠体的金属层与塑料层的粘接性优异、即使低温养护也兼具耐电解液性、其保持率高、随着时间经过也不会发生层间剥离的层压层叠体用粘接剂组合物、使用了利用该粘接剂组合物的粘接剂而得的层叠体、及二次电池。
具体实施方式
为了解决上述课题,本发明由以下的项目构成。
1.一种层压用粘接剂组合物,其含有改性聚烯烃树脂(A)、非晶性聚烯烃树脂(B)和固化剂(C),其中,
非晶性聚烯烃树脂(B)的含量相对于改性聚烯烃树脂(A)和非晶性聚烯烃树脂(B)的固体成分的总质量为0.1质量%以上且小于20质量%;
2.根据1.所述的层压用粘接剂组合物,其中,固化剂(C)包含选自环氧化合物、多异氰酸酯、碳二亚胺、噁唑啉及氨基树脂中的至少1种以上;
3.根据2.所述的层压用粘接剂组合物,其中,环氧化合物在1分子中具有2个以上的环氧基且在1分子中具有1个以上的羟基,重均分子量为3000以下;
4.根据1.~3.中任一项所述的层压用粘接剂组合物,其还添加有热塑性弹性体、增粘剂、催化剂、磷酸化合物、反应性弹性体或硅烷偶联剂;
5.一种层叠体,其具有金属层和聚烯烃树脂层,其中,使用1.~4.中任一项所述的层压用粘接剂组合物作为金属层与聚烯烃树脂层的粘接剂;
6.一种二次电池,其使用5.所述的层叠体作为电解液密封膜或电极部保护膜。
(改性聚烯烃树脂(A))
在本发明中,只要是能够解决本发明的课题且具有结晶性的聚烯烃树脂,就可以没有特别限制地使用。
在本发明中,特别优选在聚烯烃树脂中导入了各种官能团(例如羧基、羟基等)而得的改性聚烯烃树脂。进而,在这些改性聚烯烃树脂之中,从金属层的密合性进一步提高、耐电解液性优异的方面出发,更优选具有1mgKOH/g~200mgKOH/g的酸值的改性聚烯烃树脂(以下,记为酸改性聚烯烃树脂)和/或具有1mgKOH/g~200mgKOH/g的羟值的改性聚烯烃树脂(以下,记为羟基改性聚烯烃树脂)。
另外,熔点优选为60℃~100℃。
酸改性聚烯烃树脂是指分子中具有羧基、羧酸酐基的聚烯烃树脂,将聚烯烃用不饱和羧酸或其衍生物改性而合成。作为其改性方法,可以使用接枝改性、共聚化。
酸改性聚烯烃树脂是将至少1个可聚合的烯属不饱和羧酸或其衍生物接枝改性或共聚化至改性前的聚烯烃树脂而得的接枝改性聚烯烃。作为改性前的聚烯烃树脂,可举出上述聚烯烃树脂,其中,优选丙烯的均聚物、丙烯与α-烯烃的共聚物等。它们可以单独使用1种,也可以组合使用2种以上。
作为要对改性前的聚烯烃树脂进行接枝改性或共聚化的烯属不饱和羧酸或其衍生物,可举出例如丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、马来酸、衣康酸、柠康酸、中康酸、马来酸酐、4-甲基环己-4-烯-1,2-二羧酸酐、双环[2.2.2]辛-5-烯-2,3-二羧酸酐、1,2,3,4,5,8,9,10-八氢萘-2,3-二羧酸酐、2-辛-1,3-二酮螺[4.4]壬-7-烯、双环[2.2.1]庚-5-烯-2,3-二羧酸酐、马来海松酸、四氢邻苯二甲酸酐、甲基-双环[2.2.1]庚-5-烯-2,3-二羧酸酐、甲基-降冰片-5-烯-2,3-二羧酸酐、降冰片-5-烯-2,3-二羧酸酐等。优选使用马来酸酐。这些物质可以单独使用或者组合使用2种以上。
为了使选自烯属不饱和羧酸或其衍生物中的接枝单体接枝于改性前的聚烯烃树脂,可以采用各种方法。可举出例如将聚烯烃树脂熔融、向其中添加接枝单体并使其发生接枝反应的方法;将聚烯烃树脂溶解于溶剂来制成溶液,向其中添加接枝单体并使其发生接枝反应的方法;将溶解于有机溶剂的聚烯烃树脂与上述不饱和羧酸等混合,在上述聚烯烃树脂的软化温度或熔点以上的温度进行加热,在熔融状态下同时进行自由基聚合和脱氢反应的方法等。为了在任意情况下均使上述接枝单体高效地进行接枝共聚,优选在自由基引发剂的存在下实施接枝反应。接枝反应通常在60℃~350℃的条件下进行。自由基引发剂的使用比例相对于改性前的聚烯烃树脂100质量份通常为0.001质量份~1质量份的范围。
作为本发明的改性聚烯烃树脂(A),可举出例如将以下的碳数2~8的烯烃的共聚物、碳数2~8的烯烃与其他单体的共聚物如上所述地进行改性而得的产物。
具体而言,可举出例如高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、线性低密度聚乙烯树脂等聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚异丁烯、聚(1-丁烯)、聚4-甲基戊烯、聚乙烯基环己烷、聚苯乙烯、聚(对甲基苯乙烯)、聚(α-甲基苯乙烯)、乙烯-丙烯嵌段共聚物、乙烯-丙烯无规共聚物、乙烯-1-丁烯共聚物、乙烯-4-甲基-1-戊烯共聚物、乙烯-己烯共聚物等α-烯烃共聚物;乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物、乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物、离聚物树脂等。进而,也可以使用将这些聚烯烃进行氯化而得的氯化聚烯烃。
作为在本发明中使用的酸改性聚烯烃树脂,可举出例如马来酸酐改性聚丙烯、乙烯-(甲基)丙烯酸共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸酯-马来酸酐三元共聚物、或者乙烯-甲基丙烯酸酯-马来酸酐三元共聚物。具体而言,作为三菱化学(株)制造的“Modic”、三井化学(株)制造的“Admer”、“Unistole”、东洋纺(株)制造的“Toyotac”、三洋化成(株)制造的“Youmex”、日本聚乙烯(株)制造的“Rexpearl EAA”、“Rexpearl ET”、陶氏化学(株)制造的“Primacor”、DuPont-MITSUI Polychemicals Co.,Ltd.制造的“Nucrel”、ARKEMA公司制造的“Bondine”而进行市售。
羟基改性聚烯烃树脂是分子中具有羟基的聚烯烃树脂,是将聚烯烃用后述的含羟基(甲基)丙烯酸酯或含羟基乙烯基醚进行接枝改性或共聚化而合成的。改性前的聚烯烃树脂、改性方法与酸改性聚烯烃树脂的情况相同。
作为上述含羟基(甲基)丙烯酸酯,可举出(甲基)丙烯酸羟乙酯;(甲基)丙烯酸羟丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸甘油酯;内酯改性(甲基)丙烯酸羟乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸聚乙二醇酯、(甲基)丙烯酸聚丙二醇酯等,作为上述含羟基乙烯基醚,可举出2-羟基乙基乙烯基醚、二乙二醇单乙烯基醚、4-羟基丁基乙烯基醚等。
(非晶性聚烯烃树脂(B))
在本发明中,只要能够解决本发明的课题,则可以没有特别限制地使用非晶性的聚烯烃树脂。
作为这样的烯烃树脂,优选为非晶性,具体而言,可举出APEL(环状烯烃共聚物/三井化学公司制)、TOPAS(环状烯烃共聚物/Polyplastics公司制)、Zeonor(环烯烃共聚物/Zeon Corporation制)、ARTON(环状烯烃共聚物/JSR公司制)、Asahimelt(非晶性聚ɑ-烯烃/旭化学合成公司制)、RT(非晶性聚ɑ-烯烃/KF Chemicals公司制)等聚烯烃树脂。
本发明的粘接剂可以使用自由基引发剂,作为优选的引发剂,可以举出咪唑系自由基引发剂,但不限于它们。
例如,可举出三苯基膦、1,8-二氮杂双环(5.4.0)十一碳烯-7(DBU)-酚盐、DBU-辛酸盐等。
(固化剂(C))
在本发明中使用的固化剂(C)可以举出选自环氧化合物、多异氰酸酯、碳二亚胺、噁唑啉及三聚氰胺树脂中的固化剂。作为优选的固化剂的含量,可以举出满足固化剂(C)相对于改性聚烯烃树脂(A)和改性聚烯烃树脂(B)的固体成分的总质量的质量%(固化剂(C)的质量/(改性聚烯烃树脂(A)的质量+改性聚烯烃树脂(B)的质量))为0.5~5(质量%)这一范围的条件。小于0.5质量%的情况下,得到耐电解液性劣化的结果,大于5质量%时,初始强度以及耐电解液性劣化,无法解决本发明的课题。
作为本发明的固化剂,特别优选环氧化合物。
例如,可以举出乙二醇、丙二醇、己二醇、新戊二醇、三羟甲基乙烷、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇、甘油、双甘油、山梨糖醇、螺二醇或氢化双酚A等多元醇的二缩水甘油醚型环氧树脂。
进而,可举出双酚A、双酚F、双酚S、双酚AD等二缩水甘油醚型环氧树脂;作为苯酚酚醛树脂、甲酚酚醛树脂的缩水甘油醚的酚醛型环氧树脂等芳香族环氧树脂;芳香族系多羟基化合物的环氧乙烷或环氧丙烷加成物等多元醇类的二缩水甘油醚型环氧树脂。
进而,可举出聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇或聚四亚甲基二醇等聚醚多元醇的聚缩水甘油醚型环氧树脂;己二酸双(3,4-环氧环己基甲基)酯、3,4-环氧环己基甲基-3’,4’-环氧环己基羧酸酯等环状脂肪族型聚环氧树脂。
进而,可举出丙烷三羧酸、丁烷四羧酸、己二酸、邻苯二甲酸、对苯二甲酸或偏苯三酸等多元羧酸的聚缩水甘油酯型环氧树脂;丁二烯、己二烯、辛二烯、十二碳二烯、环辛二烯、α-蒎烯或乙烯基环己烯等烃系二烯的双环氧树脂。
进而,可举出聚丁二烯或聚异戊二烯等二烯聚合物的环氧树脂;或者四缩水甘油基二氨基二苯基甲烷、四缩水甘油基双氨基甲基环己烷、二缩水甘油基苯胺或四缩水甘油基间苯二甲胺等缩水甘油胺型环氧树脂、或者三嗪或乙内酰脲之类的含有各种杂环的环氧树脂等。
这些物质之中,若使用双酚A型环氧树脂等芳香族环氧树脂,则密合性及耐腐蚀性良好,因此优选。
作为具体例,作为双酚A型环氧树脂,可举出DIC(株)制造的“EPICLON 850、860、1050、1055、2055”、三菱化学(株)制造的“jER828、834、1001、1002、1004、1007”等。
另外,也可以是以1分子中具有2个以上的环氧基且1分子中具有1个以上的羟基、重均分子量为3000以下的环氧化合物作为必需成分的环氧树脂。
作为多异氰酸酯,可以优选地使用公知的二异氰酸酯及由它们衍生得到的多种化合物。
例如,可举出2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、2,6-甲苯二异氰酸酯、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、1,5-萘二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、双(4-异氰酸酯环己基)甲烷或氢化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯等二异氰酸酯及由它们衍生得到的化合物、即上述二异氰酸酯的异氰脲酸酯体、加合体、缩二脲型、脲二酮体、脲基甲酸酯体、具有异氰酸酯残基的预聚物(由二异氰酸酯和多元醇得到的低聚物)、或者它们的复合物等,另外,也可以使用使上述异氰酸酯化合物的一部分异氰酸酯基与对异氰酸酯基具有反应性的化合物发生反应而得的化合物作为固化剂。
作为对异氰酸酯基具有反应性的化合物,可举出丁胺、己胺、辛胺、2-乙基己胺、二丁胺、乙二胺、苄胺、苯胺等含有氨基的化合物类;甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇、丁醇、己醇、辛醇、2-乙基己醇、十二烷醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、苯甲醇、苯酚等含有羟基的化合物类;烯丙基缩水甘油醚、2-乙基己基缩水甘油醚、苯基缩水甘油醚、新戊二醇二缩水甘油醚、1,6-己二醇缩水甘油醚、环己烷二甲醇二缩水甘油醚等具有环氧基的化合物类;乙酸、丁酸、己酸、辛酸、琥珀酸、己二酸、癸二酸、邻苯二甲酸等含有羧酸的化合物等。
作为碳二亚胺,可举出N,N’-二邻甲苯酰基碳二亚胺、N,N’-二苯基碳二亚胺、N,N’-二-2,6-二甲基苯基碳二亚胺、N,N’-双(2,6-二异丙基苯基)碳二亚胺、N,N’-二辛基癸基碳二亚胺、N-甲苯酰基-N’-环己基碳二亚胺、N,N’-二-2,2-叔丁基苯基碳二亚胺、N-甲苯酰基-N’-苯基碳二亚胺、N,N’-二对氨基苯基碳二亚胺、N,N’-二对羟基苯基碳二亚胺、N,N’-二环己基碳二亚胺、N,N’-二对甲苯酰基碳二亚胺等。
作为噁唑啉,可举出2-噁唑啉、2-甲基-2-噁唑啉、2-苯基-2-噁唑啉、2,5-二甲基-2-噁唑啉、2,4-二苯基-2-噁唑啉等单噁唑啉化合物;2,2’-(1,3-亚苯基)双(2-噁唑啉)、2,2’-(1,2-亚乙基)双(2-噁唑啉)、2,2’-(1,4-亚丁基)双(2-噁唑啉)、2,2’-(1,4-亚苯基)双(2-噁唑啉)等。
作为氨基树脂,可举出三聚氰胺树脂、苯并胍胺树脂、尿素树脂等。
(其他添加剂)
在本发明中,作为其他添加剂,可以使用公知惯用的热塑性弹性体、增粘剂、催化剂、磷酸化合物、反应性弹性体或硅烷偶联剂。这些添加剂的含量可以在不损害本发明粘接剂的功能的范围内适当调节并使用。
(层叠体)
本发明的层叠体是利用本发明的层压用粘接剂组合物将铝箔等金属层与聚乙烯、聚丙烯等聚烯烃片材、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯等聚酯等中的1种或多种塑料层进行贴合而得的。
并且,本发明的层压用粘接剂组合物例如可以通过以下方式而形成粘接层:使其以任意的比例溶解/分散于酯系溶剂、酮系溶剂、芳香族系烃、脂肪族烃、脂环族烃等合适的溶剂或分散剂,利用辊涂法、凹版涂布法、棒涂法等公知的涂布方法涂布于金属箔并干燥。
本发明的层压用粘接剂组合物的干燥涂布重量优选为0.5g/m2~20.0g/m2的范围内。小于0.5g/m2时,涂布膜厚的均匀性方面存在难处,另一方面,大于20.0g/m2时,涂布后的溶剂去除性也降低,操作性显著降低,并且产生残留溶剂的问题。
通过在上述金属箔的一侧涂布本发明的层压用粘接剂组合物后,重叠塑料层并通过干式层压(干式层叠法)来进行贴合,从而可得到本发明的层叠体。优选层压辊的温度为室温~120℃左右、压力为3kg/cm2~300kg/cm2左右。
另外,本发明的层叠体优选在制作后进行老化。老化条件的优选温度为25℃~80℃、时间为12小时~240小时,在此期间产生粘接强度。
(二次电池)
本发明的层叠体可以作为一次电池或二次电池的电解液密封膜或电极部保护膜使用,在该情况下,使塑料层侧与极性有机溶剂和/或盐类等接触而使用。特别是通过在使其与含有极性有机溶剂及盐的非水电解质接触的状态下使用,特别是能够作为非水电解质电池、固体电池等的二次电池电解液密封膜或二次电池电极部保护膜来合适地使用。该情况下,通过以使塑料层彼此相对的方式进行折叠并热封,从而可以作为电池用密封袋使用。由于在本发明中使用的粘接剂的热封性优异,因此可以防止非水电解质的泄漏,可以作为电池而长期使用。
作为上述极性有机溶剂,可举出非质子性的极性溶剂,例如碳酸烷基酯、酯、酮等。具体而言,可举出碳酸乙烯酯、碳酸丙烯酯、碳酸丁烯酯、碳酸二甲酯、碳酸甲乙酯、碳酸二乙酯、γ-丁内酯、1,2-二甲氧基乙烷、四氢呋喃、2-甲基四氢呋喃、1,3-二氧戊环、4-甲基-1,3-二氧戊环、甲酸甲酯、甲酸4-甲基-1,3-二氧甲酯、乙酸甲酯、丙酸甲酯等。
作为盐,可举出锂盐、钠盐、钾盐等碱金属盐。用于电池用途时,通常使用LiPF6、LiBF4、Li-酰亚胺等锂盐。
非水电解质为将上述碱金属盐以0.5mmoL~3mmoL溶解于环状碳酸酯、链状碳酸酯、它们的混合物等非质子性极性有机溶剂而得的。
本发明的层叠体即使在与上述极性溶剂和/或盐类、特别是作为它们的混合物的非水电解质接触的状态下使用,也不会发生金属层、粘接层、塑料层的层间剥离,能够长期地使用。
本发明的电池是具有由上述层叠体形成的电池电解液密封膜或电池电极部保护膜的电池。本发明的电池由于上述膜不会发生层间剥离,并且能够防止非水电解质的泄漏,因此能够作为电池而长期稳定地使用。
如以上所示地,本发明的层叠体的金属层与塑料层的粘接力优异,并且,对于极性有机溶剂或盐的耐久力优异,即使与非水电解质等接触也不会发生层间剥离。因此,将这样的层叠体用作电池电解液密封膜或电池电极部保护膜的电池、以及用作二次电池电解液密封膜或二次电池电极部保护膜的二次电池能够长期稳定地使用。
实施例
以下,通过实施例来具体地说明本发明。表述“份”表示质量份。
(实施例1)
在100份Hardren NS-2002、0.4份TOPAS5013S-04、0.01份Curezol1B2MZ、0.01份三苯基膦、0.2份FTR-8120、0.2份Epiclon N-695中以不挥发成分达到20%的方式加入甲苯并充分搅拌,用棒涂机在铝箔上(干式)涂布5g/m2,使其在80℃干燥1分钟后,以100℃与CPP膜(聚烯烃膜“ZK-93KM”、70μm(东丽膜加工(株)制))进行贴合,制作涂布物(层叠体1)。使该层叠体1在70℃下老化5天后,测定初始粘接强度。
(实施例2)~(实施例7)
除了表1所述的成分配比以外,与实施例1同样地制作粘接剂。进而,利用与层叠体1同样的制作方法,制作各实施例中的层叠体。
对于在各例中得到的层叠体,评价粘接性能、耐电解液性(保持率),表1示出其结果。需要说明的是,各试验的条件如下所示。
(初始粘接强度的测定)
在A&D公司制的Tensilon试验中,将试样切割为15mm宽,测定180°剥离强度(N/15mm)。
(耐电解液性的保持率)
使层叠体在电解液“碳酸乙烯酯:碳酸甲乙酯:碳酸二甲酯=1:1:1(wt%)+LiPF6:1moL+碳酸亚乙烯酯:1wt%”中以85℃浸渍7天,由浸渍前后的粘接强度的保持率如下实施评价。

根据以上的结果:本发明的粘接剂组合物通过在铝箔等金属层与极性低的烯烃片材之间使用,即使在低温下进行老化也表现出优异的粘接性。
另外,将该层叠体用作二次电池用层叠体的情况下,对于碳酸丙烯酯、碳酸乙烯酯之类的溶剂、六氟磷酸锂之类的电解质具有优异的耐性,因此,随着时间经过也未发生层间剥离。
由以上的结果可知:满足本发明的构成要件的层压用粘接剂组合物是层叠体的金属层与塑料层的粘接性优异、即使低温养护也兼具耐电解液性、其保持率高的层压用粘接剂组合物。
产业上的可利用性
使用本发明的层压用粘接剂而得的层叠体兼具耐电解液性,随着时间经过也不会发生层间剥离,因此可以作为二次电池用的层叠体而合适地使用。
Claims (6)
1.一种膜,其是电池的电解液密封膜或电极部保护膜,其包含使用层压用粘接剂组合物将金属层和聚烯烃树脂层贴合而得的层叠体,所述层压用粘接剂组合物含有结晶性改性聚烯烃树脂(A)、非晶性聚烯烃树脂(B)和固化剂(C),其中,
所述非晶性聚烯烃树脂(B)的含量相对于所述结晶性改性聚烯烃树脂(A)和所述非晶性聚烯烃树脂(B)的固体成分的总质量为0.1质量%以上且9质量%以下。
2.根据权利要求1所述的膜,其中,所述固化剂(C)包含选自环氧化合物、多异氰酸酯、碳二亚胺、噁唑啉和氨基树脂中的至少1种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的膜,其中,所述环氧化合物在1分子中具有2个以上的环氧基且在1分子中具有1个以上的羟基,重均分子量为3000以下。
4.根据权利要求1所述的膜,其中,所述层压用粘接剂组合物中还添加有选自热塑性弹性体、增粘剂、催化剂、磷酸化合物、反应性弹性体和硅烷偶联剂中的至少1种。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的膜,其中,所述金属层为铝箔,所述聚烯烃树脂层为聚丙烯膜。
6.一种二次电池,其使用权利要求1~5中任一项所述的膜作为电解液密封膜或电极部保护膜。
