用于联结接触器和断路器的装置
本发明涉及用于机械联结接触器和断路器的装置，它同时把这两个设备电气上互联。
一个断路器和一台接触器通常被安装在一块公共底板上并由导线互联，以形成叫做“电机起动器”的盒装控制单元，用于电动机或其它低压电力负荷。所述底板通常是一个扁平构件，它被垂直地固定在一个支撑上，并包括各自的标准化的轮廓构件，用来联结断路器和接触器。
在某些情况下，需要减化盒控制单元的制造。
本发明的目的在于，在这种用于电气负荷的盒装控制单元件中，借助于一个中间装置把接触器固定在断路器上，该装置虽然设计简单且尺寸紧凑，但能使装配体承受机械负载。
按照本发明，这种机械联结装置是一中间联结基板，它包括：
用于互联接触器和断路器相同极的导体，这些导体包括第一第二插头，用来直接连接断路器和接触器的各端子，这些插头从装置的各相对侧伸出，
位于断路器和接触器各自壳体上的第一第二定位和/或固定件，用来承受垂直的和水平的载荷。
所述联结装置最好是扁的并插在断路器壳体下面，用来实现接触器和断路器的机械固定并同时以简单的方式实现两设备间的连接。

所示的用于电气负载的盒装控制单元包括一个断路器10，一个接触器20和一个中间联结装置30。
断路器10包括壳体11，在其前面具有几个操作和可选择显示件12和几个端子13，在其后面有结构14，用来把它固定在支撑15上，例如是一个多孔板或一种标准化的轮廓构件，它又被固定在垂直支撑16上。端子13包括从前面通过开孔13b可进入的螺钉13a，开孔13b被隔板13c分隔；端子13还包括指向壳体的水平表面17的开孔13d。
如果接触器与断路器独立安装置的话，接触器20具有壳体21，在其前面有几个主端子22的几个辅助端子或线圈端子27；在其后面，在底部23，壳体具有结构24用来把它固定到例如轨道的支撑上，并有螺孔25，用来把它固定到垂直支撑上。几个端子22包括通过被几个隔板22c分隔开的几个孔22b从前面进入的几个螺钉22a；它们还包括指向接触器壳体的几个水平表面26的几个孔22d。
中间联结装置30是一个压制的总体呈扁平的基板，它具有上侧31的底侧32，它包括导体33，用来互联断路器和接触器的相同极，此例中有三个这种电极。每个导体33有一在压制过程期间预置于装置30中的中间部分以及与其垂直的两个插头34、35，用来插进并夹紧在断路器端子和接触器主端子各自的开孔13d和22d中。当插头夹紧在端子中时，起机械固定两个设备的作用。
装置30包括凸榫36，用来定位或选择地联结在断路器的水平底面17上的开孔37中。这些凸榫阻止沿水平方向，即垂直于支撑16的垂直平面的方向，和沿垂直方向的分离；例如，这些力在接触器外部接线期间增加。开孔37可以是断路器端子13的开孔13b的一部分。
中间基板的上表面31包括支撑或嵌套或扣紧在断路器壳体的底部的部分。
中间装置30的下端面32包括支承或嵌套或扣紧在接触器壳体的上表面28上的部分，具体地说，有嵌套在隔板22c之间的开孔22d内的突起部分38，简单的承载面39，凸肩40和两个对着接触器底板后面施加的爪41，伸进底板现有的孔25中。
插头234、35是错开的，从而允许接触器和断路器的端子有不同的间距和深度尺寸。不过应该指出，对各个电极而言，导体33是相同的，这就简化了该联结装置的制造。该导体借助于埋入装置30中的绝缘材料彼此绝缘。上述的定位和固定件适合于把接触器的壳体21的后表面29置于断路器壳体11的后表面的前方；这便留出了用于已固定在支撑16的任何轮廓构件的间隙42。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于机械联结接触器壳体和断路器壳体的装置，其特征在于该装置是一个中间基板，包括：
用来联接接触器和断路器相同极的导体(33)，这些导体包括第一插头(34)和第二插头(35)，用来直接与断路器和接触器的各端子(13，22)电气连接，该插头从所述装置的各相对侧(31，32)伸出，
在断路器和接触器壳体(11，21)上的第一(36)和第二(38-41)定位和/或固定件，用来承受水平和垂直方向的负荷。
2.按照权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于，该装置大体上是呈扁平的，并***在断路器壳体的下表面(17)和接触器壳体的上表面(28)之间。
3.按照权利要求2所述的装置，其特征在于，所述第二定位和/或固定件(38-41)包括至少一个爪(41)，它与接触器壳体(21)的后基板上的孔(25)相配合。

5.按照权利要求1至权利要求4中任一权利要求所述的装置，其特征在于，所述定位和/或固定件包括适合于嵌套在断路器和接触器端子开孔(13d，22d)内的构件(36，38)。
