本发明公开了一种保温隔热泡棉，泡棉基层，保温层和铝膜层；所述泡棉基层的两侧均设置有保温层；所述保温层的外侧设置有铝膜层；所述保温层为酚醛树脂保温层。本发明采用酚醛树脂保温层具有质轻、无毒、保温的优点，外层有铝膜层能更好的遮光、防紫外线照射阻隔热源，且具有不燃烧的特性，更加安全可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种泡棉，特指一种轻便，环保，无毒保温性能好的用于食品的保温隔热泡棉。
背景技术
保温隔热材料是以提高气相空隙率，降低导热系数和传导系数为主，尤其是生活中使用的保温材料，都要求质轻、无毒、无腐蚀、保温、节能、隔音、价廉等优点，如使用在食品方面的保温材料要求更高。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种轻便，环保，无毒保温性能好的用于食品的保温隔热泡棉。
为达到上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种保温隔热泡棉，包括泡棉基层，保温层和铝膜层；所述泡棉基层的两侧均设置有保温层；所述保温层的外侧设置有铝膜层；所述保温层为酚醛树脂保温层。
优选的，所述铝膜层为聚酯镀铝膜或CPP 镀铝膜。
优选的，所述泡棉基层，保温层采用用胶性热压的方式粘合。
由于上述技术方案的运用，本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点：
本发明方案的一种保温隔热泡棉，采用酚醛树脂保温层具有质轻、无毒、保温的优点，外层有铝膜层能更好的遮光、防紫外线照射阻隔热源，且具有不燃烧的特性，更加安全可靠。

附图1为本发明所述的：一种保温隔热泡棉，包括泡棉基层1，保温层2和铝膜层3；所述泡棉基层1的两侧均设置有保温层2；所述保温层2的外侧设置有铝膜层3；所述保温层3为酚醛树脂保温层；所述铝膜层3为聚酯镀铝膜或CPP 镀铝膜；所述泡棉基层1，保温层2采用用胶性热压的方式粘合。
外层的铝膜层3是遮光、防紫外线照射，既延长了内容物的保质期，又有较好的阻隔性能，酚醛树脂保温层具有不燃烧的特性，防火性能好，且质轻、无毒、无腐蚀、保温，是理想的保温材料，二者结合保温效果更加。

1.一种保温隔热泡棉，其特征在于：包括泡棉基层，保温层和铝膜层；所述泡棉基层的两侧均设置有保温层；所述保温层的外侧设置有铝膜层；所述保温层为酚醛树脂保温层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种消音阻燃泡棉，其特征在于：所述铝膜层为聚酯镀铝膜或CPP 镀铝膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种消音阻燃泡棉，其特征在于：所述泡棉基层，保温层采用用胶性热压的方式粘合。
