Further, each of the mounting rods 41 is provided with a sliding rod 45 connected to each clamping plate 42 and a rotating member 46 connected to the second driving assembly 43, each of the clamping plates 42 is provided with a sliding slot 420, the rotating member 46 is accommodated in the sliding slot 420 and slidably connected to the sliding slot 420, the second driving assembly 43 drives the rotating member 46 to rotate, and the rotating member 46 slides along the sliding slot 420 to drive the clamping plate 42 to slide up and down along the sliding rod 45.
It can be understood that the second driving member 432 of the second driving assembly 43 drives the rotating member 46 to rotate, the rotating member 46 slides along the sliding slot 420 to drive the clamping plate 42 to slide up and down along the sliding rods 45, and in order to ensure the stability of the operation of the clamping plate 42, two sliding rods 45 are provided between each clamping plate 42 and one mounting rod 41, and the two sliding rods 45 are arranged in parallel relatively.
Based on the above structure, the second driving member 432 is a servo motor or a stepping motor, and is not limited herein.
Further, the positioning mechanism 40 further includes a sliding block 44, one end of the sliding block 44 is connected to the mounting rod 41, and the other end of the sliding block 44 is connected to the rack 10 in a sliding manner, and the second driving assembly 43 drives the sliding block 44 to drive the mounting rod 41 to slide and drive the two clamping plates 42 to approach each other to clamp the backboard 50, or to move away from each other to release the backboard 50.
It can be understood that the first driving member 431 of the second driving assembly 43 drives the sliding block 44 to slide the mounting rod 41 and move the two clamping plates 42 toward each other to clamp the backboard 50 or away from each other to release the backboard 50, so that the backboard 50 is clamped and positioned at the designated position.

The operation process of the light bar mounting apparatus 100 of the present invention is:
1. the back plate 50 flows to a position opposite to the positioning mechanism 40 by the conveyor belt 70;
2. the dispensing mechanism 30 performs dispensing operation on the light bar 31 on the tray 38, and detects the dispensing effect of the light bar 31 through the first camera device 37 to see whether the light bar is qualified;
3. if the light bar 31 is qualified in dispensing, the back plate 50 is clamped and positioned through the positioning mechanism 40, and meanwhile, the sliding assembly 39 drives the tray 38 to turn over for a certain angle;
4. the manipulator 20 clamps the light bar 31 and detects the attachment position of the light bar 31 and the back plate 50 through the second camera device 60;
5. the manipulator 20 attaches the light bar 31 to the back plate 50, and presses the light bar 31 through the ejector rod 24;
6. the positioning mechanism 40 releases the back plate 50, and the back plate 50 flows out from the positioning mechanism 40 to perform the next attaching operation of the back plate 50.

1. A light bar mounting apparatus, comprising:

the dispensing mechanism is provided with a tray, and a light bar is placed on the tray; the glue dispensing mechanism comprises a first driving assembly, a supporting frame arranged on the rack, a lifting assembly, a sliding rail connected with the supporting frame and a sliding assembly arranged on the sliding rail, the tray is rotatably and slidably connected with the supporting frame, one end of the lifting assembly is connected with the supporting frame, the other end of the lifting assembly is connected with a nozzle, the first driving assembly drives the lifting assembly to drive the nozzle to be close to the light bar, and the nozzle coats sticky matters on the light bar; the sliding assembly is rotatably connected with the tray and is slidably connected with the sliding rail;
the positioning mechanism is arranged on the rack and corresponds to the conveying belt, the positioning mechanism and the glue dispensing mechanism are arranged at intervals, and the positioning mechanism is used for clamping and positioning the back plate on the conveying belt;
the manipulator is fixed on the rack and is arranged close to the dispensing mechanism, the manipulator comprises a rotating arm component which is rotatably connected with the rack and an adsorption jig which is arranged at one end of the rotating arm component, the adsorption jig is provided with a suction head, the rotating arm component drives the adsorption jig to move, the adsorption jig drives the suction head to adsorb the surface of the light bar which is not provided with the adhesive, and the light bar is attached to a back plate, the adsorption jig is also provided with a push rod which is elastically connected with the suction head, when the light bar is attached to the back plate by the suction head, the push rod moves towards the direction close to the suction head, the surface of the light bar coated with the adhesive is pressed to the back plate by the suction head, and when the suction head leaves the back plate, the push rod moves towards the direction far away;
the controller is electrically connected with the manipulator, the first driving assembly, the ejector rod and the positioning mechanism, the controller controls the positioning mechanism to position and clamp the back plate, and the manipulator clamps the light bar on the tray and attaches the light bar to the back plate.
2. The light bar mounting apparatus of claim 1, wherein the dispensing mechanism further comprises a first camera device connected to the controller, the first camera device is disposed on the support frame and opposite to the tray, and the first camera device detects stickies on the light bar.

The light bar mounting apparatus of claim 1 or 2, further comprising a second camera device disposed on the frame, wherein the second camera device is connected to the controller and disposed opposite to the positioning mechanism for detecting an attachment position of the light bar to the back plate.

The light bar mounting apparatus of claim 1 or 2, wherein the positioning mechanism comprises two mounting rods and two clamping plates slidably coupled to the housing, and a second driving assembly coupled to the controller, wherein one of the mounting rods slidably couples to one of the clamping plates, the two mounting rods are disposed in parallel and opposite to each other, the two mounting rods are disposed corresponding to the conveyor belt, and the second driving assembly drives the two mounting rods to slide relative to the housing and drives the two clamping plates to slide relative to the mounting rods, so that the two clamping plates position and clamp the back plate.
5. The light bar mounting apparatus of claim 4, wherein each mounting bar has a sliding bar connected to each clamping plate and a rotating bar connected to the second driving assembly, each clamping plate having a sliding slot, the rotating bar being received in and slidably connected to the sliding slot, the second driving assembly driving the rotating bar to rotate, the rotating bar sliding along the sliding slot to move the clamping plates up and down along the sliding bar.

The light bar mounting apparatus of claim 5, wherein the positioning mechanism further comprises a slider, one end of the slider is connected to the mounting rod, the other end of the slider is slidably connected to the frame, and the second driving assembly drives the slider to slide the mounting rod and the two clamping plates to move toward each other to clamp the back plate or move away from each other to release the back plate.
