本发明属于汽车防撞技术领域,公开了一种汽车机械防撞缓冲装置及方法,设置有前保险杠、后保险杠,所述前保险杠与后保险杠外侧螺钉固定有距离传感器,距离传感器内侧螺钉固定有压力传感器,前保险杠与后保险杠内侧螺钉固定有缓冲橡胶,缓冲橡胶内侧压合有减震弹簧,减震弹簧内侧螺钉固定有***气囊,前保险杠与后保险杠中间螺钉固定有速度传感器与警报器;连接杆内部焊接有加固钢筋块,连接杆内部填充有缓冲液。本发明前后设置有距离传感器,配合警报器可起到很好的预警效果;通过压力传感器可驱动***气囊,配合缓冲弹簧与橡胶垫起到一层缓冲效果;通过连接杆内部的缓冲液与加固钢筋块配合缓冲弹簧,起到二层缓冲效果,提高安全性。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车防撞技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车机械防撞缓冲装置及方法。
背景技术
目前,前防撞杠是用来保护前发动机机仓,在同等高度的轻微碰撞时,对前机仓有一定的保护作用。后防撞杠对同等高度的轻微碰撞时对车后备箱部分有一定的保护作用。汽车自动防撞***,是智能轿车的一部分。汽车防撞***,是防止汽车发生碰撞的一种智能装置。它能够自动发现可能与汽车发生碰撞的车辆、行人、或其他障碍物体,发出警报或同时采取制动或规避等措施,以避免碰撞的发生。
现有的汽车防撞***灵活性较差,不能很好的对前后保险杠进行兼顾,无法利用速度进行预计算,无法提前对驾驶员进行报警警告;撞击后只通过保险杠进行缓冲,撞击震感较强,缓冲性能差,给驾驶员与乘客带来很大安全隐患。
综上所述,现有技术存在的问题是:现有的汽车防撞***灵活性较差,不能很好的对前后保险杠进行兼顾,无法利用速度进行预计算,无法提前对驾驶员进行报警警告;撞击后只通过保险杠进行缓冲,撞击震感较强,缓冲性能差,给驾驶员与乘客带来很大安全隐患。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种汽车机械防撞缓冲装置及方法。
本发明是这样实现的,一种汽车机械防撞缓冲装置及方法设置有:
前保险杠、后保险杠;
所述前保险杠与后保险杠外侧螺钉固定有距离传感器,距离传感器内侧螺钉固定有压力传感器,前保险杠与后保险杠内侧螺钉固定有缓冲橡胶,缓冲橡胶内侧压合有减震弹簧,减震弹簧内侧螺钉固定有***气囊,前保险杠与后保险杠中间螺钉固定有速度传感器与警报器;
连接杆内部焊接有加固钢筋块,连接杆内部填充有缓冲液。
进一步,所述前保险杠和后保险杠通过连接杆焊接,连接杆内部通过加固钢筋块卡接有缓冲弹簧。
进一步,所述速度传感器连接机动车测速表,警报器通过导线连接距离传感器、速度传感器。
进一步,所述***气囊通过导线连接压力传感器。
本发明的优点及积极效果为:本发明前后设置有距离传感器,配合警报器可起到很好的预警效果;通过压力传感器可驱动***气囊,配合缓冲弹簧与橡胶垫起到一层缓冲效果;通过连接杆内部的缓冲液与加固钢筋块配合缓冲弹簧,起到二层缓冲效果,大大提高安全性。

如图1和图2所示,该汽车机械防撞缓冲装置包括:前保险杠1、缓冲橡胶2、距离传感器3、压力传感器4、减震弹簧5、***气囊6、速度传感器7、连接杠8、警报器9、后保险杠10、加固钢筋块11、缓冲液12。
所述前保险杠1与后保险杠10外侧螺钉固定有距离传感器3,距离传感器3内侧螺钉固定有压力传感器4,前保险杠1与后保险杠10内侧螺钉固定有缓冲橡胶2,缓冲橡胶2内侧压合有减震弹簧5,减震弹簧5内侧螺钉固定有***气囊6,前保险杠1与后保险杠10中间螺钉固定有速度传感器7与警报器9;
连接杆8内部焊接有加固钢筋块11,连接杆8内部填充有缓冲液12。
前保险杠1和后保险杠10通过连接杆8焊接,连接杆8内部通过加固钢筋块11卡接有缓冲弹簧。速度传感器7连接机动车测速表,警报器9通过导线连接距离传感器3、速度传感器7。***气囊6通过导线连接压力传感器4。
本发明的工作原理:通过距离传感器3感测前后车辆距离,通过速度传感器7计算出前后方车辆状况,速度过快且距离过近时,警报器9发出警报,警告驾驶员;在撞击后,由压力传感器4感应,***气囊6弹开,配合减震弹簧5与缓冲橡胶2进行缓冲,通过连接杆8内部加固钢筋块11与缓冲液12配合,起到二层缓冲作用,且进一步保护A柱防止过度弯曲。

1.一种汽车机械防撞缓冲装置,其特征在于,所述汽车机械防撞缓冲装置设置有:
前保险杠、后保险杠;
所述前保险杠与后保险杠外侧螺钉固定有距离传感器,距离传感器内侧螺钉固定有压力传感器,前保险杠与后保险杠内侧螺钉固定有缓冲橡胶,缓冲橡胶内侧压合有减震弹簧,减震弹簧内侧螺钉固定有***气囊,前保险杠与后保险杠中间螺钉固定有速度传感器与警报器;
连接杆内部焊接有加固钢筋块,连接杆内部填充有缓冲液。
2.如权利要求1所述汽车机械防撞缓冲装置,其特征在于,所述前保险杠和后保险杠通过连接杆焊接,连接杆内部通过加固钢筋块卡接有缓冲弹簧。
3.如权利要求1所述汽车机械防撞缓冲装置,其特征在于,所述速度传感器连接机动车测速表,警报器通过导线连接距离传感器、速度传感器。
4.如权利要求1所述汽车机械防撞缓冲装置,其特征在于,所述***气囊通过导线连接压力传感器。
