Abstract

本发明提供一种立体打印模块,包括盛槽、注料模块、整平模块、固化模块以及控制模块。注料模块设置于所述盛槽以将液态成型材注入所述盛槽内。整平模块可移动地设置于所述盛槽内。固化模块设置于所述盛槽上方。控制模块电性连接所述注料模块、所述整平模块与所述固化模块,其中所述整平模块受控于所述控制模块而在所述盛槽内移动,以整平液态成型材的表面,所述固化模块受控于所述控制模块以固化被整平的液态成型材而形成固化层。

Description

立体打印装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种立体打印装置。
背景技术
随着科技的日益发展,许多利用逐层建构模型等加成式制造技术(additivemanufacturing technology)来建造物理三维(three-dimensional,3-D)模型的不同方法已纷纷被提出。一般而言,加成式制造技术是将利用电脑辅助设计(computer-aideddesign,CAD)等软体建构的3-D模型的设计数据转换为连续堆叠的多个薄(准二维)横截面层。
目前已发展出许多可以形成多个薄横截面层的方式。惟,随着液态成型材的黏度增加,会因其流动性而影响横截面层的平整性,也就是常因受限于成型材的材料特性而无法维持足够的平面度,进而导致固化后的横截面层甚至堆叠后而形成的立体物件并不符所需。
发明内容
随着科技的日益发展,许多利用逐层建构模型等加成式制造技术(additivemanufacturing technology)来建造物理三维(three-dimensional,3-D)模型的不同方法已纷纷被提出。一般而言,加成式制造技术是将利用电脑辅助设计(computer-aideddesign,CAD)等软体建构的3-D模型的设计数据转换为连续堆叠的多个薄(准二维)横截面层。
目前已发展出许多可以形成多个薄横截面层的方式。惟,随着液态成型材的黏度增加,会因其流动性而影响横截面层的平整性,也就是常因受限于成型材的材料特性而无法维持足够的平面度,进而导致固化后的横截面层甚至堆叠后而形成的立体物件并不符所需。

具体实施方式
图1是依据本发明一实施例的立体打印装置的示意图。在此提供直角座标X-Y-X以利于后续的说明。请参考图1,在本实施例中,立体打印装置100包括盛槽110、注料模块120、整平模块130、固化模块140以及控制模块150。注料模块120设置于所述盛槽110旁,以将液态成型材(未显示)注入所述盛槽110内。在此并未限定注料模块120的动作形式,其例如能通过储存容器与泵而达到将液态成型材注入盛槽110的目的。
整平模块130可移动地设置于所述盛槽110内。固化模块140设置于所述盛槽110上方。控制模块150电性连接注料模块120、整平模块130与固化模块140,其中注料模块120受控于控制模块150而将液态成型材注入于盛槽110的内底112的成型区A11,整平模块130受控于控制模块150而在盛槽110内移动,以整平液态成型材的表面,而后让所述固化模块140受控于所述控制模块150以固化被整平的液态成型材而形成固化层。
图2是图1的立体打印装置的局部放大图。图3显示图2的液态成型材被整平的示意图,其中以虚线显示整平模块130于前一时间点的位置,且图2与图3是将图1沿Y-Z平面予以局部剖切而成。请同时参考图1至图3,详细而言,在本实施例中,液态成型材200,例如是光敏树脂,也或是高分子聚合物及陶瓷粉体(或金属粉体)的混合物,所述材料特性即在于其黏度大于或等于1000厘泊(cP),因此如图2与图3所示,当注料模块120将液态成型材200注入至盛槽110内时,由于材料的黏度较高,也就是代表液态成型材200的内聚力较高,因而液态成型材200需要较长的等待时间才能逐渐布满盛槽110内底112的成型区A11。如此一来,立体打印装置100所需的处理时间便会因此而延长,而不利于其制作效能。
据此,本实施例的立体打印装置100通过配置整平模块130,其具有刮刀元件(如图2与图3所示),其具有单侧倾斜轮廓,以在注料模块120注入液态成型材200之后,便让控制模块150驱动整平模块130的刮刀元件随即将液态成型材200的表面予以整平,而后,便能接着让控制模块150驱动固化模块140将已整平的液态成型材200进行固化,而使液态成型材200成型出固化层。如此,便能有效地节省处理时间。在另一未显示的实施例中,所述刮刀元件也可具有双侧倾斜轮廓。此外,在又一未显示的实施例中,整平模块也可以滚轮(或是滚轮同时配合前述的刮刀元件)作为整平液态成型材之用。
另需说明的是,图1所示注料模块120与整平模块130仅为示意,其实质上是能被控制模块150所驱动而在所示直角座标X-Y-Z中的空间进行移动。
再者,请参考图1与图3,在本实施例中,盛槽110的内底112还具有回收区A12,相邻于成型区A11,以让整平模块130在对液态成型材200进行整平之后,多余的液态成型材200能存放在回收区A12,以利于下一次的整平或是回收之用。
此外,当前一个固化层完成之后,控制模块150便能接着控制注料模块120、整平模块130与固化模块140在前一个固化层的基础上进行下一层的固化层的制备,如此重复注料、整平与固化的处理步骤,便能将多个固化层逐渐堆叠出立体物件,而完成立体打印。
图4显示本发明另一实施例的立体打印装置的局部放大图。与前述实施例不同的是,本实施例的盛槽还包括可移除的载体112a,且载体112a具有成型区A11。也就是说,本实施例的盛槽实质上是可分离的构件,以在载体112a装设于内底112之后,方进行前述注料、整平与固化的立体打印处理。当立体物件完成之后,使用者便能仅将载体112a从盛槽移出即能取得所需的立体物件,而无需将整个盛槽拆卸,因此有助于提高立体打印装置的量产性。
图5显示本发明另一实施例的立体打印装置的局部放大图。在本实施例中,注料模块310与整平模块312为一体式结构,且同受控制模块350驱动。如图所示,注料模块310可盛装有液态成型材200,并通过泵340的驱动而透过喷嘴314注入至盛槽的内底112。在注入液态成型材200的同时,随着结构的移动,整平模块312也同时对液态成型材200提供整平其表面的动作,据以能提高注料、整平处理步骤的效率。
另一方面,请再参考图1,本实施例的固化模块140包括光源142与移动组件,且所述移动组件包括移动部144与轨道146,如图1所示,其中光源142配置在移动部144上。控制模块150分别电性连接光源142与移动部144,并依据整平后的液态成形材200在盛槽110内的位置而经由移动部144驱动光源142沿Z轴移动,以藉此调整光源142相对于在成型区A11整平后液态成形材200的相对距离(高度),以使光源142能提供足够能量的光线而固化液态成形材200。
图6显示本发明另一实施例的固化模块的示意图。请参考图6,固化模块440包括固设在盛槽110上方的光源442与调焦组件,其中调焦组件包括调整部446与镜头组444(在此仅作为示意之用而省略部分镜片),光源442与镜头组444配置于调整部446中,调整部446因此能调整镜头组444的配置,而使光源442所产生的光线路径(及焦距)能因调整部446的结构运动而被调整。当本实施例的固化模块440被设置在盛槽110上方后,控制模块150能依据盛槽110中被整平的液态成形材200的位置而驱动光源442与调整部446,以让光源所产生光线能聚焦在成型区A11的液态成形材200上,以达到固化效果。
综上所述,在本发明的上述实施例中,立体打印装置通过整平模块能对注入盛槽的液态成型材提供整平动作,因此能不受限于液态成型材的材料特性,而有效地提高立体打印效能。也就是说,随着液态成型材注入至盛槽之后,整平模块便能随着启动而将液态成型材的表面予以整平,因此在液态成型材的黏度较高时,此举能节省液态成型材在固化之前的等待时间,且整平之后的液态成型材经过固化后也能因其具有较佳的平整度,而让后续堆叠形成的立体物件具有较佳的结构性及强度。
再者,随着将盛槽形成为可分离构件,而使载体能从盛槽的内底予以分离,以有助于立体打印处理的量产性。此外,将整平模块及注料模块予以一体结构化,除能节省控制模块分别驱动两个的动作,也能更进一步地提高整平效率。
虽然本发明已以实施例揭示如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何所属技术领域中技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作些许的更改与润饰,故本发明的保护范围当视权利要求所界定的为准。

Claims (8)

1.一种立体打印装置,其特征在于,包括:
盛槽;
注料模块,设置于所述盛槽以将液态成型材注入所述盛槽内;
整平模块,可移动地设置于所述盛槽内;
固化模块,设置于所述盛槽上方,以及
控制模块,电性连接所述注料模块、所述整平模块与所述固化模块,其中所述整平模块受控于所述控制模块而在所述盛槽内移动,以整平所述盛槽内的液态成型材的表面,所述固化模块受控于所述控制模块以固化被整平的液态成型材而形成固化层于所述盛槽的内底,其中所述液态成型材的所述表面相对于所述盛槽的所述内底逐渐上升。
2.根据权利要求1所述的立体打印装置,其特征在于,液态成型材的黏度大于或等于1000厘泊。
3.根据权利要求1所述的立体打印装置,其特征在于,所述盛槽具有成型区,所述注料模块受控于所述控制模块而将液态成型材注入于所述成型区。
4.根据权利要求3所述的立体打印装置,其特征在于,所述盛槽还具有回收区,相邻于所述成型区,所述整平模块整平位在所述成型区的所述液态成型材后,将多余的液态成型材驱动至所述回收区。
5.根据权利要求1所述的立体打印装置,其特征在于,所述整平模块具有刮刀元件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的立体打印装置,其特征在于,所述固化模块包括光源与调焦组件,固定于所述盛槽的上方,所述控制模块依据盛槽内已被整平的液态成型材的位置而驱动所述光源及所述调焦组件,以对焦于已被整平的液态成型材。
7.根据权利要求1所述的立体打印装置,其特征在于,固化模块包括光源与移动组件,所述控制模块依据盛槽内已被整平的液态成型材的位置而通过所述移动组件驱动所述光源,以调整所述光源相对于所述已被整平的液态成型材的距离。
8.根据权利要求1所述的立体打印装置,其特征在于,所述注料模块与所述整平模块为一体式结构。
