背景技术
关节疼痛是关节疾病最常见的症状，疾病起因多样。许多人被关节痛所困扰，甚至影响工作生活乃至丧失生命。人们会经常碰到或亲身经历各种各样的关节痛，比如颈椎痛、腰椎痛、肩周、肘部及膝关节等。有众多疾病可引起关节痛，如骨关节炎、骨质疏松症、外伤性骨折、病理性骨折、骨肿瘤、骨转移癌等，病因复杂多变。外用治疗药物针对性强，但存在药效不易吸收，药效时间段，中药贴与皮肤贴合性差、易过敏的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有治疗关节疼痛的外用药物的缺点，而提供的一种可以快速渗透、易吸收、药效持久，与皮肤贴合性强、不易过敏的治疗关节肿胀疼痛的中药贴及其制备方法。

所述中药贴的制备方法如下：
1）研磨步骤：取天南星、川芎、川乌、草乌、马钱子、土元、蝎子、蜈蚣、百花蛇、水蛭、自然铜、乳香、没药、羌活、独活、地龙、丁香、川椒、白芷、杜仲、鸡血藤、海风藤、威灵仙、续断、防风、生半夏、接骨草、元胡、蛇床子、三七、虎杖、木香、穿破石、甘草、红花、血竭、延胡索、补骨脂、牛膝、龟板、细辛、骨碎补、冰片、樟脑、氮同、穿山甲、全虫、白芥子混合后，加入研磨机研磨成140目的药粉；
2）熬制步骤： 取热熔压敏胶、石膏粉和步骤1）中制得的中药粉混合后，在120℃下熬制40小时，得中药膏；
3）制贴步骤：取步骤2）中制得的中药膏，用涂布机涂在覆布上，晾凉后分切，即得中药贴。

3）制贴步骤：取步骤2）中制得的中药膏，用涂布机涂在覆布上，晾凉后分切，即得中药贴。
本发明选用48味中药材，采用熬制工艺制备而成。其中，川芎，可以行气开郁、法风燥湿、活血止痛，用于治疗气滞血瘀所致的疼痛；乳香、没药、红花，可以活血化瘀止痛，主治血瘀为主的疼痛；细辛、羌活、独活，主治瘀阻夹表所致的疼痛，达到通络止痛的目的；防风、白芷，用于伤科兼风邪所致疼痛的治疗；川乌、草乌，用于伤科兼寒邪所致疼痛的治疗；生半夏、白芥子、天南星，可以益气活血、化痰通络，主治瘀阻夹痰所致疼痛；甘草、三七、鸡血藤、补骨脂，可以用于治疗宿瘀气虚导致的疼痛；穿山甲，可以活血散结、消痈溃坚,用于治疗风湿痹痛；全虫，可以息风镇痉、攻毒散结、通络止痛，用于风湿顽痹等的治疗；白芷，可以祛风湿、活血排脓、生肌止痛；全虫，可以息风镇痉、攻毒散结、通络止痛；龟板，可以滋肾潜阳，益肾健骨，养血补心；续断，可以补肝肾、续筋骨、调血脉，用于治疗腰背酸痛、足膝无力、跌打损伤；马钱子，可以通络散结、消肿止痛；水蛭，可以破血通经、消积散症、消肿解毒，用于治疗跌打损伤；蝎子，可以解毒、消炎止痛；蜈蚣，可以息风镇痉、攻毒散结、通络止痛，用于风湿顽痹等的治疗。配方中中药种类多样，结合活血、理气、止痛三方面的药物，以活血形气、疏通经络为基本治疗原则，全方位治疗关节肿胀疼痛，疗效显著。
本发明采用熬制工艺，将配方中的中药打磨成细粉，经过高温慢熬，将各中药组分中的有效成分提炼出来并充分混合，使药效更易被人体吸收。将中药完全保留在药膏中，可以确保药效持久。配合热熔亚敏胶和石膏粉，制备成的膏药贴与皮肤结合性好、防水防汗、不易过敏。因此，本发明具有快速渗透、易吸收、药效持久，以及使用方便、防水防汗、不易过敏的优点。
