(2)将上述粉碎后的原料按配比混合，加入原料总重量13倍的水，并在62℃下浸泡2.5h，加热煎煮2.5min，过滤，滤液备用；滤渣中加入滤渣质量9倍的水，加热煮沸2.5min，过滤，滤液备用；合并两次滤液；
(3)将淀粉加入合并的滤液中，加热煮沸22min，冷却，在53℃下减压浓缩成相对密度为1.30～1.40的稠膏，冷却至室温，紫外线照射杀菌，即可。
实施例3
用于治疗骨折及扭伤的外用中药膏剂，由以下重量的原料制备而成：藏红花16g，土贝母10g，鬼针草24g，金铁锁16g，丁公藤15g，马钱子12g，地枫皮17g，滴血根8g，徐长卿8g，丹参6g，三七19g，香加皮11g，走马箭11g，半枫荷9g，银线草10g，风寒草6g，沙棘16g，独活12g，补骨脂14g，马比木13g，海参14g，牛膝5g，何首乌12g，血竭4g，穿山甲6g，乌梢蛇3g，淀粉40g。
上述中药制剂的制备步骤如下：
(1)将上述中药原料分别洗净晾干，然后粉碎至80目，过筛后，备用；
(2)将上述粉碎后的原料按配比混合，加入原料总重量14倍的水，并在64℃下浸泡3h，加热煎煮3h，过滤，滤液备用；滤渣中加入滤渣质量10倍的水，加热煮沸3h，过滤，滤液备用；合并两次滤液；
(3)将淀粉加入合并的滤液中，加热煮沸24min，冷却，在56℃下减压浓缩成相对密度为1.30～1.40的稠膏，冷却至室温，紫外线照射杀菌，即可。
治疗效果:
本发明中药组合物通过随机抽取200例患者中，男80例，女70例，年龄最小16岁，最大80岁，病程最短的10天，最长50天。以及对照组的采用现有骨折外敷药治疗50例患者，男30例，女20例，年龄最大60岁，最小20岁，病程最短7天，最长3年。患者均具有典型的临床症状和体征。
将制得的药膏外敷于患处，每次一贴，两日更换，3天一个疗程。根据患者病情轻重计算治疗时间，轻度患者贴1-3疗程左右，重病患者连贴3-10疗程即可痊愈。
疗效判定标准
痊愈：骨折处以及筋骨损伤处疼痛明显缓解，红肿消失，疲血消解，肌肉紧张、痉挛症状缓解、消失，能正常活动；骨科炎症患者疼痛明显缓解，红肿部位变小、明显缓解，肌肉酸痛无力症状明显缓解。
好转：骨折处以及筋骨损伤处疼痛有所缓解；骨科炎症患者疼痛有所缓解。
无效：骨折处伤口、疼痛以及损伤的痊愈时间不随用药而发生改变。

典型案例:
1、连某，男，39岁，因外伤导致胫腓骨骨干骨折，后经手术复位，之后创伤处一直疼痛难忍，术后15天采用本发明膏剂外敷于患处，使用2个疗程后，患处疼痛减轻，继续使用3个疗程，可支撑拐杖行走，行走时患处有疼痛感，继续服用2个疗程，患处基本无疼痛感，可脱离拐杖支撑行走，痊愈后患处无任何后遗症。
2、时某，女，20岁，因工导致胳膊骨折，术后复位，住院治疗3天后出院回家，之后通过止疼片止痛，停药后疼痛难忍，后使用本发明膏剂进行治疗，1个疗程后疼痛减轻，后续使用2个疗程，胳膊可做小范围活动，再使用两个疗程，可正常生活，骨折处愈合良好。
3、刘某，男，45岁，农民，常年患有风湿性关节炎，病情时有反复，发作起来疼痛难忍、彻夜难眠，遇到阴雨天气全身骨骼如裂，痛不欲生，来本院问诊时，发现多数骨节有水肿现象，膝关节部位肌肉萎缩，全身无力感严重，以本发明膏剂敷于患处后以绷带绑扎，正常在田间劳作，每2日换药一次，3个疗程9天后复诊，明显感到敷药处发热，但疼痛感未见减少。继续敷用，第6个疗程结束，疼痛感完全消失，能正常劳动，风湿性关节炎基本痊愈。
对于本领域技术人员而言，显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节，而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下，能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此，无论从哪一点来看，均应将实施例看作是示范性的，而且是非限制性的，本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定，因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。

1.一种用于治疗骨折及扭伤的外用中药膏剂，其特征在于，由以下重量份的原料制备而成：藏红花12～16份，土贝母10～14份，鬼针草18～24份，金铁锁16～18份，丁公藤11～15份，马钱子12～16份，地枫皮13～17份，滴血根8～12份，徐长卿6～8份，丹参6～8份，三七15～19份，香加皮11～13份，走马箭9～11份，半枫荷9～13份，银线草6～10份，风寒草6～8份，沙棘10～16份，独活12～16份，补骨脂10～14份，马比木13～15份，海参10～14份，牛膝5～9份，何首乌8～12份，血竭4～6份，穿山甲4～6份，乌梢蛇3～5份，淀粉30～40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗骨折及扭伤的外用中药膏剂，其特征在于，由以下重量份的原料制备而成：藏红花14份，土贝母12份，鬼针草21份，金铁锁17份，丁公藤13份，马钱子14份，地枫皮15份，滴血根10份，徐长卿7份，丹参7份，三七17份，香加皮12份，走马箭10份，半枫荷11份，银线草8份，风寒草7份，沙棘13份，独活14份，补骨脂12份，马比木14份，海参12份，牛膝7份，何首乌10份，血竭5份，穿山甲5份，乌梢蛇4份，淀粉35份。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的用于治疗骨折及扭伤的外用中药膏剂的制备方法，其特征在于，具体步骤如下：
(1)将上述中药原料分别洗净晾干，然后粉碎至60～80目，过筛后，备用；
(2)将上述粉碎后的原料按配比混合，加入原料总重量12～14倍的水，并在60～64℃下浸泡2～3h，加热煎煮2～3h，过滤，滤液备用；滤渣中加入滤渣质量8～10倍的水，加热煮沸2～3h，过滤，滤液备用；合并两次滤液；
(3)将淀粉加入合并的滤液中，加热煮沸20～24min，冷却，在50～56℃下减压浓缩成相对密度为1.30～1.40的稠膏，冷却至室温，紫外线照射杀菌，即可。
