Because the rubber tree is not an ideal cylinder, the surface of the rubber tree is uneven, the bark thickness is relatively uniform, and when in manual rubber tapping, rubber tapping workers can keep the rubber tapping depth consistent according to experience, so that the trunk is not damaged. In the embodiment, a rubber cutting knife 330 with adjustable extension length and a depth fixing rod 331 are fixed on a cutting knife base 329, a depth fixing roller 332 is fixed on the end of the depth fixing rod 331, because the extension lengths of the rubber cutting knife 330 and the depth fixing rod 331 can be adjusted, the rubber cutting device can adapt to rubber trees with different diameters in a certain range to complete rubber cutting action, the cutting knife base 329 is fixed on a sliding block 327, the sliding block 327 is sleeved on a linear guide column 326, the linear guide column 326 is fixed on a trolley base 324 through a guide column seat 325, the sliding block 327 can slide on the linear guide column 326, the linear guide column 326 is sleeved with a pressure spring 328, the pressure spring 328 always compresses the sliding block 327, the extension lengths of the rubber cutting knife 330 and the depth fixing rod 331 are adjusted, the depth fixing roller 332 always clings to a trunk of the rubber tree under the pressure of the pressure spring 328, when the rotary motor 11 drives the whole rubber tapping trolley 32 and the rubber tapping knife 330 thereon to rotate the rubber tapping, the depth of cut bark can be controlled by the fixed depth roller 332 under the pressure of the pressure spring 328, because the motion track of the rubber tapping trolley 32 is determined by the designed spiral double guide rail 9 and is a standard spiral lifting track, but in the spiral lifting process, the fixed depth roller 332 always moves along the concave-convex fluctuation of the natural rubber tree trunk under the pressure of the pressure spring 328, and the relative distance between the rubber tapping knife 330 and the fixed depth rod 331 is adjusted, so that the depth of cut bark can be controlled, and the design purpose that the depth of cut bark is consistent and the trunk is not hurt is always kept when the rubber tapping is achieved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bottom of the outer frame 1 is provided with a foot 16, and the weight of the whole equipment is fixedly supported by the foot 16. The top and the bottom of the outer frame 1 are respectively provided with an upper concentric adjusting device and a lower concentric adjusting device at positions corresponding to the trunk fixing positions 4. The upper concentric adjusting device and the lower concentric adjusting device comprise adjusting nuts 17 which are uniformly distributed around the trunk fixing position 4 and adjusting screws 18 which are matched with the adjusting nuts 17. The rubber tapping device can adapt to rubber trees within a certain diameter range by adjusting the upper concentric adjusting device and the lower concentric adjusting device, so that the rubber tapping working center of the rubber tapping device is concentric with the center of the trunk 19 of the rubber tree. The adjusting step comprises the steps of firstly removing the movable baffle 5 on the outer frame 1, placing the trunk 19 of the rubber tree in the trunk fixing position 4, then re-fixing the movable baffle 5, adjusting the adjusting screw rods 18 on two opposite sides of the top and the bottom of the outer frame 1 to make the center of the trunk 19 of the rubber tree concentric with the tapping center of the tapping device in the direction, namely the center of the spiral tapping device 3, which is also the center of the tapping blade 330 for rotating the tapping, adjusting the position of the adjusting nut 17 on the outer frame 1 to align the center of the trunk 19 of the rubber tree, and adjusting the adjusting screw rods 18 on the other set of opposite sides of the top and the bottom of the outer frame 1 to make the center of the trunk 19 of the rubber tree concentric with the tapping center of the tapping device in the direction.
As shown in fig. 8, the tapping blade 330 includes a shank 3301 and a blade 3302 fixedly connected to the shank 3301; an adjustable cavity structure 3303 is arranged on the knife handle 3301, and the cavity structure 3303 is fixedly connected with the knife base 329; the blade 3302 comprises a front blade 3304 and a back blade 3305 which are symmetrically arranged, and the front blade 3304 and the back blade 3305 are arc-shaped structures; the front blade 3304 and the rear blade 3305 are formed in a herringbone structure in cross section. The rubber tapping knife adopts the double-edge structure arrangement of the front cutting edge 3304 and the back cutting edge 3305, so that when the rubber tree is cut, the rubber tree below the rubber tapping knife can be effectively cut, and the cutting efficiency of the rubber tree in a single stroke of the rubber tapping knife is improved.
In fig. 1, the artificial pre-cut groove 35 is manually cut on the rubber tree, the vertical lifting system of the machine controls the vertical feeding cutting movement of the rubber cutter as shown in fig. 9, the circular cutting system of the machine controls the rubber cutter to move along the surface of the rubber tree in a rolling way to perform spiral cutting movement, the control system is programmed to control the rubber cutter to move along the path 0-1-2-3-4 as shown in fig. 9, after the movement is completed, the positive cutting of the rubber surface is completed, the cutting effect is shown in fig. 10, at the moment, the tree surface below the cutter is not cut due to the width of the rubber cutter, therefore, the specially designed rubber cutter is provided with two-sided cutting edges, as shown in fig. 10 and 8, the positive cutting edge 3304 is used as a main cutting edge for rubber cutting, the back cutting edge 3305 is used for cutting the tree surface below the cutter, the control system controls the rubber cutter to move along the path 4-5-6-7 as shown in fig. 11, and after the movement is completed, the complete cutting effect is shown in fig. 12, and the cutting thickness is shown in fig. 12.
