Abstract

本发明涉及织物染整技术领域,特别涉及一种罗马布的染整工艺。本发明的一种N/R罗马布黑色染整工艺,采用轧车浸轧染色,染液中含有以织物重量计5%‑8%的活性黑染料,以织物重量计0.5%‑1.5%的中性黑染料,以及80‑100 g/L的食盐和3‑8 g/L的纯碱,轧液率为70‑100%;织物经过轧车浸轧染色后依次进入三个蒸箱进行汽蒸固色处理,其中第一、第二蒸箱的蒸汽温度为60℃‑70℃,进行活性染料的固色,第三蒸箱的蒸汽温度为100℃,进行中性染料的固色;每个蒸箱的停留时间为20‑40分钟;织物最后出蒸箱进行水洗。本发明工艺过程简单,染料用量少,水、蒸汽等原料消耗少,且产品正品率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及织物染整技术领域,特别涉及一种罗马布的染整工艺。
背景技术
现有技术的N/R罗马布黑色染整工艺采用气流缸染色,浴比为1:5;首先为活性染料染色,加入活性黑染料6%,纯碱30g/L,食盐90 g/L,在60℃下染色60min;出水干净后再进行中性染料染色,加入中性黑染料1%,酸性均染剂HLB-10 1g/L,HAC 1 g/L,在100℃下染色30min。上述染整工艺的染料使用量大,用水量及蒸汽用量大,产品正品率低,无法满足高品质黑色N/R罗马布的性能要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种工艺过程简单,染料用量少,水、蒸汽等原料消耗少,且产品正品率高的N/R罗马布黑色染整工艺。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的一种N/R罗马布黑色染整工艺,包括如下具体步骤:
采用轧车浸轧染色,染液中含有以织物重量计5%-8%的活性黑染料,以织物重量计0.5%-1.5%的中性黑染料,以及80-100 g/L的食盐和3-8 g/L的纯碱,轧液率为70-100%;织物经过轧车浸轧染色后依次进入三个蒸箱进行汽蒸固色处理,其中第一、第二蒸箱的蒸汽温度为60℃-70℃,进行活性染料的固色,第三蒸箱的蒸汽温度为100℃,进行中性染料的固色;每个蒸箱的停留时间为20-40分钟;织物最后出蒸箱进行水洗。
作为优选,蒸箱采用封闭式结构,并且保证布在松式悬挂中进行。
作为优选,染液中含有以织物重量计6%的活性黑染料,以织物重量计1%的中性黑染料。
作为优选,染液中含有90 g/L的食盐和5 g/L的纯碱。
作为优选,第一、第二蒸箱的蒸汽温度为60℃,每个蒸箱的停留时间为30分钟。
现有的N/R罗马布黑色染色工艺是活性染料和中性染料分开染色的,即活性染料浸染和固色后再进行中性染料的浸染和固色,由于要浸染两次和汽蒸固色两次,因此用水量和蒸汽用量都较大;同时,活性染料和中性染料两道染色工序是在间歇式设备中进行的,会产生较大的缸差,大大降低了产品的正品率。
本发明在轧车中同时浸染活性染料和中性染料,与分开染色相比大大减少了用水量;同时在轧车后道依次设置3个蒸箱,并且汽蒸温度呈一定梯度分布,其中第一、第二蒸箱是低温汽蒸,蒸箱内发生的是活性染料的固色,首先使活性染料与布料纤维相结合;第三蒸汽是高温汽蒸,在100℃的高温下使中性染料与布料纤维结合固色。
本发明采用的是连续化设备生产,不仅不会产生缸差,而且使用该设备后每吨可节省蒸汽大量蒸汽,减少了厚重织物直皱、鸡爪花的产生,提高了产品的正品率。
本发明与现有工艺的对比效果:
1、现有工艺的原料消耗为:每吨布用水5吨、消耗纯碱150kg,消耗食盐450kg;本发明染整工艺的原料消耗为:每吨布用水1吨、消耗纯碱30kg,消耗食盐90kg;本发明工艺节水80%,节省纯碱80%,节省食盐80%。
2、本发明工艺比现有工艺节省染料10%,节省蒸汽2吨。
具体实施方式
实施例1
采用轧车浸轧染色,染液中含有以织物重量计5%的活性黑染料,以织物重量计1.5%的中性黑染料,以及80g/L的食盐和8 g/L的纯碱,轧液率为70%;织物经过轧车浸轧染色后依次进入三个蒸箱进行汽蒸固色处理,其中第一、第二蒸箱的蒸汽温度为60℃,进行活性染料的固色,第三蒸箱的蒸汽温度为100℃,进行中性染料的固色;每个蒸箱的停留时间为40分钟;织物最后出蒸箱进行水洗。
实施例2
采用轧车浸轧染色,染液中含有以织物重量计8%的活性黑染料,以织物重量计0.5%的中性黑染料,以及100 g/L的食盐和3g/L的纯碱,轧液率为100%;织物经过轧车浸轧染色后依次进入三个蒸箱进行汽蒸固色处理,其中第一、第二蒸箱的蒸汽温度为70℃,进行活性染料的固色,第三蒸箱的蒸汽温度为100℃,进行中性染料的固色;每个蒸箱的停留时间为20分钟;织物最后出蒸箱进行水洗。
实施例3
