Abstract

本发明是涉及开采石油的一种抽油装置,它属于一种曲游梁抽油机。它在游梁的尾端制成弯曲游梁;并在弯曲游梁尾部安装游梁平衡块,其游梁支座安装在游梁的中部、上部或下部构成曲折复合平衡游梁式抽油机。这样可以改善抽油机的平衡效果,减小曲柄输出轴净扭矩峰值,降低四杆机构的受力,增大游梁的摆角,获得长冲程,降低能耗,提高效率。

Description

曲游梁抽油机
本发明是涉及开采石油的一种抽油装置,它属于一种曲游梁抽油机。
目前,对于不能自喷的油井,普遍采用机械式抽油机进行采油,如应用最广泛的游梁式抽油机,它的游梁通过游梁支座铰支在支架上,驴头安装在游梁前端通过悬吊绳悬吊器与抽油杆连接,游梁后端通过横梁与曲柄连杆机构铰接,电动机经减速器驱动曲柄连杆机构工作,曲柄连杆机构通过横梁传动游梁在铅垂面内往复摆动,从而通过驴头、悬吊绳悬吊器带动抽油杆上、下往复运动,实现抽油。游梁式抽油机具有工作可靠、紧固耐用、维护方便、可常年工作在野外而不需专人监护等优点,因此,百余年来,游梁式抽油机在机械采油中用量一直居于首位,但其不足之处在于:普通游梁式抽油机受其“四杆”机构的影响,致使抽油机悬点载荷作用到曲柄上的载荷扭矩不按正弦规律变化,再加上工作中的悬点惯性载荷等附加载荷的影响,使得载荷扭矩曲线出现变形,按正弦规律变化的曲柄平衡扭矩不能很好地与之平衡,曲柄运动一周中所输出的净扭矩出现较大的峰值和较小的谷(负)值,因而增加了抽油机的能耗,降低了抽油机的效率,同时负扭矩还会影响减速器的使用寿命等。
随着油田的开发,油井液面下降,自喷油井日渐减少,抽油机的投入量不断增加,使得长冲深抽和提高抽油机效率,降低能耗等问题越来越显得突出。
本发明的目的在于提供一种曲游梁抽油机,它可避免现有技术中的不足,其抽油机的冲程长、能耗低、效率高,坚固耐用、操作方便。
上述目的是通过以下方案实现的:一种曲游梁抽油机,其支架、减速器均固定在底座上,游梁支座安装在支架上端,连杆组件一端与固定在游梁上的横梁连接,另一端与连接减速器和曲柄平衡的曲柄连接,其技术方案是游梁后端制成弯曲形,并在后端端末处安装游梁平衡块。
游梁平衡块的安装数量和位置可调。
游梁支座可安装在游梁上边、下边或中部的支点上;游梁可制成“弓”字或“Z”字型。
本发明的特点是:
1、改善了抽油机的平衡效果,减少抽油机曲柄轴输出净扭矩的峰值和谷值。
2、减少了四杆机构的受力,相对地增加摇摆角,获得长冲程;提高了构件的可靠性,具有常规抽油机结构简单牢靠,耐用的特点。
3、使抽油机的能耗降低,提高综合效率。
下面结合附图详述本发明的实施例:

图中:1底座,2支架,3游梁支座,4悬吊器,5驴头,6游梁,7横梁,8游梁平衡块,9连杆组件,10曲柄平衡,11曲柄,12减速器。
如图所示,支架2和减速器12均固定在底座1上,游梁支座3安装在支架2的顶端,制成弯曲形的游梁6通过最佳支点与游梁支座3为径向连接并固定于游梁支座3的上边。在游梁6的前端安装驴头5和悬吊器4,游梁6的后端安装一游梁平衡块8;横梁7通过轴承安装在游梁6弯曲部,连杆组件9一端与横梁7连接,另一端固定于连接曲柄平衡10和减速器12的曲柄11上。减速器12驱动曲柄连杆机构工作后,曲柄11和连杆组件9经横梁7带动游梁6在铅垂面内往复摆动,其悬吊器4则在驴头5的作用下上、下运动实现抽油。
在抽油机工作过程中,游梁平衡块8的作用力臂始终处在变化之中,变化的趋势是,在上冲程开始和下冲程末时,因悬点载荷较大,游梁平衡块8的作用力臂较长,以使载荷作用到曲柄轴的载荷扭矩不至于过大;在上冲程末和下冲程开始时,因悬点载荷较小,这时游梁平衡块8的作用力臂较短,以使载荷作用到曲柄轴上的载荷扭矩不至于过小。从而使载荷扭矩随曲柄转角变化而变化的规律尽可能与正弦规律相接近,达到加强抽油机的平衡效果,降低曲柄轴输出净扭矩的峰值,减小谷值深度(绝对值),达到降低能耗的目的。
同样,游梁平衡块8位置的调整是根据工况的需要来确实的(因为一口油井从起初采油到最终,其工况一直在变化,所以说悬点载荷也在变化),当小载荷时,游梁平衡块8的数量要少,位置要接近游梁6的铰支点,即平衡力不需要太大,当载荷变大时,需要的平衡力大,这时游梁平衡块8的数量要增加,位置要后移。
如图2、图3所示游梁6结构型式的变化如弓形、“Z”形等是根据制造和采油现场的需要而设计的,目的是在满足本机型特点的前提下,尽可能使制造工艺简单、现场作业方便,不需要添加复杂的工装和设备等。
游梁支座3的安装位置的变化(上边、中部、下边)是为了实现以下目的。铰支点在游梁6的下边属于常规形式,铰支点位于游梁6的上边同样是处于节能增效的目的。在上冲程末下冲程开始时,前段游梁的重心力臂较长;而在下冲程末长冲程开始时,前段游梁重心力臂较短。
铰支点位于游梁6的中部,可以实现一种变游梁形式,即驴头5为圆形,实现大转角,增大冲程。

Claims (4)

1、一种曲游梁抽油机,其支架、减速器均固定在底座上,游梁支座安装在支架上端,连杆组件一端与固定在游梁上的横梁连接,另一端与连接减速器和曲柄平衡的曲柄连接,其特征在于游梁后端制成弯曲形,并在后端端末处安装游梁平衡块。
2、根据权利要求1所说的曲游梁抽油机,其特征在于所述的游梁平衡块的安装数量和位置可调。
3、根据权利要求1所说的曲游梁抽油机,其特征在于所述的游梁支座可径向固定于游梁的上边、下边或中部支点上。
4、根据权利要求1所说的曲游梁抽油机,其特征在于所述的游梁可制成“弓”字型或“Z”字型。
