A box body forming device is characterized by comprising a taking and placing module, a bearing seat, two tongue plate folding modules and two second side wall folding modules, wherein the box body forming device is used for folding a plate into a box body through the mutual matching of the taking and placing module, the bearing seat, the two tongue plate folding modules and the two second side wall folding modules;
the box body is provided with a bottom surface part, two first side wall parts corresponding to each other and two second side wall parts corresponding to each other, two sides of each first side wall part are respectively provided with a tongue plate, each second side wall part comprises an outer wall part and an inner wall part, and the outer wall part and the inner wall part of the box body are respectively coated on the outer side and the inner side of the tongue plate;
each second side wall folding module comprises an outer wall portion pushing and supporting piece and an inner wall portion pushing and supporting piece, the outer wall portion pushing and supporting piece pushes and supports the outer wall portion of the plate, so that the outer wall portion is coated on the outer side of the tongue plate, the inner wall portion pushing and supporting piece pushes and supports the inner wall portion of the plate, and the inner wall portion pushing and supporting piece can move up and down relative to the outer wall portion pushing and supporting piece to push and support the inner wall portion coated on the inner side of the tongue plate.

The box forming device according to claim 8, wherein the bottom of the pick-and-place module has a plate fixing member for fixing the plate, the carrying seat includes two first sidewall pushing components respectively disposed on the left and right opposite sides and a receiving space formed between the two first sidewall pushing components, the two tongue plate folding modules are respectively disposed on the outer sides of the two first sidewall pushing components, and the two second sidewall folding modules are respectively disposed on the front and back opposite sides of the carrying seat.
10. The cassette body molding device according to claim 9, further comprising:
the plate presetting seat is used for placing a plurality of plates which are not folded;
the taking and placing module can move to the position above the plate presetting seat, fix one plate at the bottom of the plate fixing piece and move the fixed plate into the accommodating space.
