发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种医用人造板表面装饰纸的输送机器人,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

2.一种医用人造板表面外壳,所述外壳(1)材料组分包括:PVC树脂30-50重量份、聚芳砜15-25重量份、PFA树脂15-20重量份、偏苯三酸三甘油酯15-20重量份、四乙二醇二庚酸酯5-10重量份、对甲苯磺酰氨基脲8-16重量份、贝得石12-16重量份、氟烃基硅油8-14重量份、4,4'-氧代双苯磺酰肼10-18重量份;制备方式为:将贝得石粉碎,过150-200目筛,然后在30-35℃的适量水中搅拌50-60min,制成质量浓度为40-50%的悬浮液,然后加入PVC树脂、聚芳砜、PFA树脂,再将悬浮液加热到65-70℃后高速搅拌30-40in,然后加入偏苯三酸三甘油酯搅拌均匀后保温30min,冷却后烘干;将其余原料粉碎后倒入混炼机混合均匀后得到材料。
