本发明公开了一种高倍率稀释、50MPa超高压数控清洗中心专用水性清洗剂,由十二碳二元酸、异壬酸、三异丙醇胺、2‑氨基‑2‑甲基‑1‑丙醇、苯并三氮唑、D2000聚醚胺、聚醚、N‑氨乙基‑r‑氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、聚乙烯亚胺、硅乳液、水组成。本发明制造方便、工作性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种超高压数控清洗中心用水性清洗剂。
背景技术
随着金属加工工业的发展,金属加工的工况及金属材质越来越复杂,对清洗设备的综合性能要求越来越高,同时对配套使用的水性清洗剂的综合性能要求也越来越高。
传统的通过式喷淋清洗方式,由于对复杂的工件清洗效果不佳,无法达到彻底清洗干净的目的,正逐步淡出市场。随着清洗设备逐渐职能化,多关节机器人前段装喷嘴的清洗方式开始进入市场,从而解决了可多面翻转清洗,比通过式清洗方式清洗的更干净。但多关节机器人前段装喷嘴方式的清洗设备存在不擅长直线动作,如果将喷嘴***细孔孔内清洗的话,它的速度只能降低到原有1/10左右的程度,效率降低;喷嘴精度较低,由于喷嘴安装在长臂的最前端,导致位置精度不好。因此用于航空航天、汽车、建设机械等的各种结构复杂的精密部件,一般都有盲孔、斜孔、精密面等残留毛刺、切屑等,采用上述两种喷淋方式都无法达到一次性的清洗效果,但直交多关节复合型清洗中心可满足各种结构复杂的精密部件的清洗要求。直交多关节复合型清洗中心可根据被清洗工件的结构切换不同的清洗喷嘴,并可进行5维操作、六面清洗;当该清洗中心配置高压泵可提供30MPa--50MPa的超高压清洗功率,就可达到除切屑、去除毛刺、除砂三合一一体完成的效果,可省掉人工除砂或人工去毛刺的工序,从而大大降低生产成本,并且因该设备具有的超高压清洗能力,对配套使用的水性清洗剂的清洗能力要求大大降低,所以可采用高稀释倍率的清洗剂。但该设备因配置有高精度的过滤***(过滤精度在10微米-5微米之间),所以对配套使用的水性清洗剂的消泡性能以及消泡持久性能要求很高;为了节约生产成本,充分利用该先进清洗设备,客户通常会在同台清洗中心上清洗不同结构、不同材质(黑色金属、有色金属)的工件,所以要求配套使用的水性清洗剂通用性要强(既要对黑色金属有很好的防锈性同时也要防止有色金属变色)。
目前市售的水性清洗剂还存在诸多弊端,不能满足直交多关节复合型清洗中心客户的综合使用要求。一是耐金属腐蚀抑止性差(清洗黑色金属时易生锈、清洗有色金属时易变色),且不能兼顾清洗黑色金属和有色金属,通用性差;二是消泡性能和消泡维持性差(消泡时间>60s;消泡性能维持性差,经过滤后消泡时间>300s),难于满足超高压消泡需求;三是只能稀释20--30倍使用,生产使用成本居高不下。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种制造方便、工作性能好的高倍率稀释、50MPa超高压数控清洗中心专用水性清洗剂。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种高倍率稀释、50MPa超高压数控清洗中心专用水性清洗剂,其特征是:由下列重量百分比的成分组成:
十二碳二元酸 7.0%
异壬酸 5%
三异丙醇胺 3.0%
2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇 6.0%
苯并三氮唑 0.8%
D2000聚醚胺 0.5%
聚醚 3%
N-氨乙基-r-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷 2%
聚乙烯亚胺 0.8%
硅乳液 0.5%
其余成分为水。
所述D2000聚醚胺可用T3000聚醚替换。
本发明有益效果是:
1.可大幅提高产品的耐腐蚀能力(有色金属腐蚀测试:55℃恒温24h条件下紫铜测试片和ADC12铝测试片均不变色,光亮如新;黑色金属腐蚀测试:35℃恒温24h条件下铸铁切屑无锈点)。而且黑色金属、有色金属均可清洗,通用性强;可稀释100倍使用,为用户大幅降低生产成本。
2.产品消泡性强(在1L的高脚烧杯中配制600ml该产品的浓度1%稀释液,搅拌转速8000rpm,搅拌5min,停止搅拌后记录完全消泡的时间<10s)。消泡性能维持性好(在1L的高脚烧杯中配制600ml该产品的浓度1%稀释液,搅拌转速8000rpm,搅拌5min,停止搅拌后记录完全消泡的时间,然后加入1%的石墨粉,搅拌均匀后,将混合液经过0.45µ 混合纤维素酯膜进行抽滤,将滤液再进行高速搅拌评价消泡性能,再加石墨粉混匀后再过滤再评价,经过三次重复过滤后,消泡时间≤15s。),从而满足了超高压消泡需求,并且本产品通过高精度过滤***后仍然具有均匀优良的消泡性能)。
3. 本产品中加入生物稳定型成分异丙醇胺,该成分不是杀死微生物,而是受微生物的攻击不会迅速的被分解,维持加工液的pH值稳定,从而避免微生物过度繁殖造成加工液有效成分的降解造成加工液性能的下降和寿命缩短的问题。(耐腐败性能测试:耐腐败测试30天开始生菌数103,测试至60天时生菌数仍为103)。
4. 配方不使用重金属、芳香烃等有毒有害物质,产品安全卫生质量高(急性经口毒性LD50≥5000mg/kg,急性吸入毒性LC50≥5000mg/m3,呼吸道粘膜刺激≤1级),对人和环境友好。

异壬酸 5%
三异丙醇胺 3.0%
2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇 6.0%
苯并三氮唑 0.8%
D2000聚醚胺 0.5%
聚醚 3%
N-氨乙基-r-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷 2%
聚乙烯亚胺 0.8%
硅乳液 0.5%
其余成分为水。
所述D2000聚醚胺可用T3000聚醚替换。
