本实施例提供一种光谱吸光涂料,其按重量份数计包括:
金属色浆59份、合成树脂40份、助剂5份。
其中,金属色浆按重量份数计包括:
银色金属颜料40份、黄色金属颜料8份、红色金属颜料2份、蓝色金属颜料6份、绿色金属颜料3份。
这种光谱吸光涂料的制备方法为:
a.将树脂包裹型银片研磨成细粉,制得银色金属颜料。
b.分别将黄色光色膜、红色光色膜、蓝色光色膜和绿色光色膜贴附于金属银片的表面,金属银片与光色膜的厚度之比为25:1,撕除膜皮后,研磨成粉,分别得到黄色金属颜料、红色金属颜料、蓝色金属颜料和绿色金属颜料;
c.再将制得的不同颜色的金属颜料按照上述配比进行调配混合,得到金属色浆;
d.再将所得的金属色浆与合成树脂和助剂混合。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种光谱吸光涂料,其按重量份数计包括:
金属色浆61份、合成树脂35份、助剂5份。
其中,金属色浆按重量份数计包括:
银色金属颜料35份、黄色金属颜料12份、红色金属颜料4份、蓝色金属颜料4份、绿色金属颜料6份。
其制备方法与实施例1一致。
实施例5
本实施例提供一种光谱吸光涂料,其按重量份数计包括:
金属色浆72份、合成树脂36份、助剂4份。
其中,金属色浆按重量份数计包括:
银色金属颜料60份、蓝色金属颜料4份、绿色金属颜料8份。
其制备方法与实施例1一致。
实施例6
本实施例提供一种光谱吸光涂料,其按重量份数计包括:
金属色浆75份、合成树脂33份、助剂4份。
其中,金属色浆按重量份数计包括:
银色金属颜料62份、蓝色金属颜料8份、绿色金属颜料5份。
其制备方法与实施例1一致。
实施例7~13
本实施例提供一种投影玻璃屏幕,其制备方法包括:
a.采用蚀刻法将透明玻璃基片的第一表面进行表面粗糙处理后,使得第一表面的粗糙度为0.05μm后,进行钢化处理,再喷涂具有光催化作用的纳米自清洁涂层,其为厚度为2μm的纳米氧化钛涂层;
b.在透明玻璃的第二表面(即第一表面的相对面)喷涂实施例1~6提供的光谱吸光涂料,形成光谱吸光涂层;
c.最后再在光谱吸光涂层的表面贴防爆膜,形成防爆层。
这种投影玻璃屏幕及其制备方法,为层状结构,从光源照射的方向由近至远依次为纳米自清洁涂层、透光玻璃基片和光谱吸光涂层,其中,纳米自清洁涂层具有光催化功能,在紫外线的照射下具有自清洁能力,可以将该投影玻璃屏幕表面残留的有机物进行分解;透光玻璃基片,其具有粗糙平面,能够有效降低反射光的强度,减小炫光,有利于保护观看者的眼睛,减弱其视觉疲劳感;光谱吸光涂层,其能够对不同波长的光进行有效吸收,是的成像画面清晰。因此该投影玻璃屏幕,能够有效解决现有的全息投影玻璃的成像效果差、容易视觉疲劳的缺陷。
尽管已用具体实施例来说明和描述了本发明,然而应意识到,在不背离本发明的精神和范围的情况下可以作出许多其它的更改和修改。因此,这意味着在所附权利要求中包括属于本发明范围内的所有这些变化和修改。

Claims (10)

1.一种光谱吸光涂料,其特征在于,其按重量份数计包括:
金属色浆45~90份、合成树脂30~50份、助剂3~6份;
所述金属色浆是通过将不同颜色的金属颜料混合制得,所述金属色浆按重量份数计包括:
银色金属颜料35~65份、黄色金属颜料0~13份、红色金属颜料0~5份、蓝色金属颜料2~10份、绿色金属颜料2~9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光谱吸光涂料,其特征在于,按重量份数计,所述银色金属颜料为35~45份、所述黄色金属颜料为7~13份、所述红色金属颜料为1~5份、所述蓝色金属颜料为2~8份、所述绿色金属颜料为2~6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的光谱吸光涂料,其特征在于,按重量份数计,所述银色金属颜料为55~65份、所述黄色金属颜料为0~2份、所述红色金属颜料为0~2份、所述蓝色金属颜料为2~10份、所述绿色金属颜料为4~9份。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的光谱吸光涂料,其特征在于,所述银色金属颜料是通过将树脂包裹型银片研磨成细粉制得。
5.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的光谱吸光涂料,其特征在于,所述黄色金属颜料、所述红色金属颜料、所述蓝色金属颜料、所述绿色金属颜料均是通过将用不同颜色着色后的银片研磨成细粉制得。
6.根据权利要求5所述的光谱吸光涂料,其特征在于,着色后的所述银片包括金属银层和均匀涂覆于所述金属银层上的着色层,所述金属银层与所述着色层的厚度比为10~30:1。
7.根据权利要求6所述的光谱吸光涂料,其特征在于,所述着色层是通过将不同颜色的光色膜贴附于金属银层的表面形成的。
8.根据权利要求1所述的光谱吸光涂料,其特征在于,所述助剂包括粘合剂、消泡剂、流平剂、抗刮剂、固化剂及其群组中的至少一种。
9.一种光谱吸光涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,其包括:
将树脂包裹型银片研磨成细粉,制得银色金属颜料;
分别将黄色光色膜、红色光色膜、蓝色光色膜和绿色光色膜贴附于金属银片的表面,撕除膜皮后,研磨成粉,分别得到黄色金属颜料、红色金属颜料、蓝色金属颜料和绿色金属颜料;
再将制得的不同颜色的金属颜料按照权利要求1~3任一项所述的光谱吸光涂料中的配比混合,得到金属色浆;以及
将所述金属色浆与合成树脂、助剂混合。
10.一种如权利要求1~8任一项所述的光谱吸光涂料在制备投影玻璃屏幕中的应用。
