本发明提供了一种单芯片LED灯,包括LED发光芯片、玻璃泡壳、连接在玻璃泡壳下端的灯头、设置在玻璃泡壳内的芯柱,LED发光芯片设于玻璃泡壳内,LED发光芯片两侧均粘接有透光板,LED发光芯片下端具有两个分别为正负极的搭接头,搭接头焊接有导电脚,芯柱上端固定有两个导电柱,导电脚下端与导电柱焊接固定,灯头内设有驱动器,导电柱与驱动器之间通过通电导丝连通,所述芯柱上端具有向上竖直延伸的支撑柱,所述支撑柱上端开有供LED发光芯片***的卡槽。本单芯片LED灯位于玻璃泡壳中心,可360°发光,依靠芯柱上的支撑柱支撑,同时配合两侧导电脚与导电柱的连接,LED发光芯片的位置更加稳定,结构更加牢固,不容易摆动或分离。

技术领域
本发明属于LED灯技术领域,涉及一种单芯片LED灯。
背景技术
有些LED灯泡需要在晃动的环境下进行照明,比如在大海中航行的船里、在大风里的吊灯等,受这些恶劣环境影响,泡壳里的LED发光源容易摆动而与芯柱分离,导致断路或短路,灯泡损坏无法照明。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种单芯片LED灯,LED发光芯片稳定性好,
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种单芯片LED灯,包括LED发光芯片、玻璃泡壳、连接在玻璃泡壳下端的灯头、设置在玻璃泡壳内的芯柱,其特征在于,LED发光芯片设于玻璃泡壳内,LED发光芯片两侧均粘接有透光板,LED发光芯片下端具有两个分别为正负极的搭接头,搭接头焊接有导电脚,芯柱上端固定有两个导电柱,导电脚下端与导电柱焊接固定,灯头内设有驱动器,导电柱与驱动器之间通过通电导丝连通,所述芯柱上端具有向上竖直延伸的支撑柱,所述支撑柱上端开有供LED发光芯片***的卡槽。
透光板使得LED发光芯片发出的光更加分散、柔和,支撑柱上的卡槽可以与LED发光芯片下端相卡嵌,牢牢支撑住LED发光芯片,防止LED发光芯片前后摆动;同时配合两侧的导电脚与导电柱焊接连接,防止LED发光芯片左右摆动。
进一步的,所述导电脚下端缠绕在导电柱上。
进一步的,所述透光板的厚度为0.5~0.8mm。
进一步的,所述的灯头为螺旋式灯头。
进一步的,所述支撑柱为实心的圆柱形,支撑柱位于芯柱的中心。
进一步的,两根所述通电导丝位于芯柱内两侧,通电导丝下端穿出芯柱与驱动器连接。
与现有技术相比,本单芯片LED灯位于玻璃泡壳中心,可360°发光,依靠芯柱上的支撑柱支撑,同时配合两侧导电脚与导电柱的连接,LED发光芯片的位置更加稳定,结构更加牢固,不容易摆动或分离。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1、图2所示,本单芯片LED灯包括LED发光芯片1、玻璃泡壳2、连接在玻璃泡壳2下端的灯头3、设置在玻璃泡壳2内的芯柱4,LED发光芯片1设于玻璃泡壳2内。LED发光芯片1两侧均粘接有透光板5,LED发光芯片1下端具有两个分别为正负极的搭接头6,搭接头6焊接有导电脚7。芯柱4上端固定有两个导电柱8,导电脚7下端与导电柱8焊接固定。灯头3内设有驱动器9,导电柱8与驱动器9之间通过通电导丝10连通,所述芯柱4上端具有向上竖直延伸的支撑柱11,所述支撑柱11上端开有供LED发光芯片1***的卡槽12。
具体来说,所述导电脚7下端缠绕在导电柱8上,所述透光板5的厚度为0.5~0.8mm,所述的灯头3为螺旋式灯头3。
所述支撑柱11为实心的圆柱形,支撑柱11位于芯柱4的中心。两根所述通电导丝10位于芯柱4内两侧,通电导丝10下端穿出芯柱4与驱动器9连接。
透光板5使得LED发光芯片1发出的光更加分散、柔和,支撑柱11上的卡槽12可以与LED发光芯片1下端相卡嵌,牢牢支撑住LED发光芯片1,防止LED发光芯片1前后摆动;同时配合两侧的导电脚7与导电柱8焊接连接,防止LED发光芯片1左右摆动。

1.一种单芯片LED灯,包括LED发光芯片、玻璃泡壳、连接在玻璃泡壳下端的灯头、设置在玻璃泡壳内的芯柱,其特征在于,LED发光芯片设于玻璃泡壳内,LED发光芯片两侧均粘接有透光板,LED发光芯片下端具有两个分别为正负极的搭接头,搭接头焊接有导电脚,芯柱上端固定有两个导电柱,导电脚下端与导电柱焊接固定,灯头内设有驱动器,导电柱与驱动器之间通过通电导丝连通,所述芯柱上端具有向上竖直延伸的支撑柱,所述支撑柱上端开有供LED发光芯片***的卡槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单芯片LED灯,其特征在于,所述导电脚下端缠绕在导电柱上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种单芯片LED灯,其特征在于,所述透光板的厚度为0.5~0.8mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种单芯片LED灯,其特征在于,所述的灯头为螺旋式灯头。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种单芯片LED灯,其特征在于,所述支撑柱为实心的圆柱形,支撑柱位于芯柱的中心。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种单芯片LED灯,其特征在于,两根所述通电导丝位于芯柱内两侧,通电导丝下端穿出芯柱与驱动器连接。
