本发明公开了一种新型汽车LED灯,包括灯罩和LED灯,所述LED灯的左端设置有荧光增光层,所述LED灯的右端设置有灯板,所述荧光增光层的外端设置有灯罩,所述灯罩内部设置有LED远光透镜,所述灯板的右端设置有散热鳍片,所述散热鳍片的右端设置有铜基层,所述铜基层的右端设置有蓝牙控制器,所述蓝牙控制器的右端设置有电路板,所述电路板外侧设置有通孔,本发明汽车LED灯产生的热量极大减小了接触热阻,扩大了散热面积,其散热效果好,同时有效的解决了汽车灯的亮度问题,且LED灯节约电能,通过设置灯罩,提高多个LED灯的聚光性能,更加增强了汽车灯的光照强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件领域领域,具体为一种新型汽车LED灯。
背景技术
LED是发光二极管的缩写,它的基本结构是一块电致发光的半导体材料芯片,用银胶或白胶固化到支架上,然后用银线或金线连接芯片和电路板,然后四周用环氧树脂密封,起到保护内部芯线的作用,最后安装外壳,所以 LED 灯的抗震性能好。
现有技术中汽车 LED 灯的光照亮度很小,视线距离短,在夜晚的时候需要大功率的电量才能使汽车照清前方的道路,不仅浪费电量,且对 LED 的瓦数和参数要求有所要求,提高了对制造商的生产要求目前现有的传统汽车LED灯是通过插头连接到汽车电池电源,汽车电池电压通过插头和电源线,传输到LED控制器,LED控制器使汽车LED灯点亮,长时间开车使用汽车LED灯,使其耗费大量的电能,需要经常更换电池,同时散热性不好,散热处理不好容易光衰,影响车灯使用寿命,为了解决上述所存在的问题,本发明设计了一种新型汽车LED灯。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的光照亮度很小,不仅浪费电量,且对LED 的瓦数和参数要求有所要求,同时散热性不好而提出的一种新型汽车LED灯。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:包括灯罩和LED灯,所述LED灯的左端设置有荧光增光层,所述LED灯的右端设置有灯板,所述荧光增光层的外端设置有灯罩,所述灯罩内部设置有LED远光透镜,所述灯板的右端设置有散热鳍片,所述散热鳍片的右端设置有铜基层,所述铜基层的右端设置有蓝牙控制器,所述蓝牙控制器的右端设置有电路板,所述电路板外侧设置有通孔,本发明汽车LED灯产生的热量极大减小了接触热阻,扩大了散热面积,其散热效果好,同时有效的解决了汽车灯的亮度问题,且LED灯节约电能,通过设置灯罩,提高多个LED灯的聚光性能,更加增强了汽车灯的光照强度。
优选的,所述LED灯和电路板电性连接。
优选的,所述蓝牙控制器和电路板电性连接,且蓝牙控制器和手机APP无线连接,实现了通过手机对灯具开关的控制。
优选的,所述LED远光透镜的数量为6个。
优选的,所述散热鳍片为条带状,方便于散热和发光。
优选的,所述通孔的数量为3个,且通孔位于电路板的右部顶端,有利于连接散热。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明汽车LED灯产生的热量极大减小了接触热阻,扩大了散热面积,其散热效果好,同时有效的解决了汽车灯的亮度问题,且LED灯节约电能,通过设置灯罩,提高多个LED灯的聚光性能,更加增强了汽车灯的光照强度。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:包括灯罩1和LED灯2,所述LED灯2的左端设置有荧光增光层9,所述LED灯2的右端设置有灯板3,所述荧光增光层9的外端设置有灯罩1,所述灯罩1内部设置有LED远光透镜10,所述灯板3的右端设置有散热鳍片4,所述散热鳍片4的右端设置有铜基层5,所述铜基层5的右端设置有蓝牙控制器8,所述蓝牙控制器8的右端设置有电路板7,所述电路板7外侧设置有通孔6,所述LED灯2和电路板7电性连接,所述蓝牙控制器8和电路板7电性连接,且蓝牙控制器8和手机APP无线连接,实现了通过手机对灯具开关的控制,所述LED远光透镜10的数量为6个,所述散热鳍片4为条带状,方便于散热和发光,所述通孔6的数量为3个,且通孔6位于电路板7的右部顶端,有利于连接散热。
本发明的工作原理为:将LED灯2安置于灯板3上,通过荧光增光层9增强了光的亮度,利用设置多个 LED 灯和LED远光透镜10,有效的解决了汽车车灯的亮度问题,增大了视线距离并且 LED 灯节约大量的电能,通过设置灯罩1,提高多个 LED 灯的聚光性能,更加增强了汽车灯的光照强度,并且通过设置条带状散热鳍片4,方便于散热和发光,铜基层5利于散热导电,蓝牙控制器8和电路板7电性连接,且蓝牙控制器8和手机APP无线连接,实现了通过手机对车灯开关的控制。

1.一种新型汽车LED灯,包括灯罩(1)和LED灯(2),其特征在于:所述LED灯(2)的左端设置有荧光增光层(9),所述LED灯(2)的右端设置有灯板(3),所述荧光增光层(9)的外端设置有灯罩(1),所述灯罩(1)内部设置有LED远光透镜(10),所述灯板(3)的右端设置有散热鳍片(4),所述散热鳍片(4)的右端设置有铜基层(5),所述铜基层(5)的右端设置有蓝牙控制器(8),所述蓝牙控制器(8)的右端设置有电路板(7),所述电路板(7)外侧设置有通孔(6)。
