Abstract
本发明涉及一种高效率、超亮度的大功率LED灯,灯头及与其连体的绝缘板定位安装在灯体的顶端,灯体的四周设有与其连体的散热片,在灯体的底板下端安装导热绝缘片和贴有导热绝缘片的反光板,连为一体的导热绝缘片和反光板设有槽孔;发光二极管LED或白光LED先串联成组,各组并联后安装在绝缘槽孔中,灯头内设有恒流驱动电路板。N个发光芯片串联成组,M组同时封装成模块,模块安装在槽孔中。灯体的底板可为正方形、长方形、菱形、三角形、圆形或椭圆形。本发明节约电能、使用寿命长、环保、体积小、效率高、超亮度、导热性能好、反光效率高、机械强度大、不易损坏、维修成本低、更换LED方便,可制成各种功率及相应外形尺寸的照明灯。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明灯具,特别是一种高效率、超亮度的大功率LED灯。
背景技术
传统的白炽灯或日光灯耗电大、使用寿命短,污染环境、易损坏。LED是一种半导体固体发光器件,耗电少、使用寿命长、绿色环保、不易损坏,推广使用LED灯可大量节约电能,降低照明成本。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种耗电少、使用寿命长、绿色环保、高效率、超亮度的大功率LED灯。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种高效率、超亮度的大功率LED灯,灯头及与其连体的绝缘板定位安装在灯体的顶端,灯体的四周设有与其连体的散热片,在灯体的底板下端安装导热绝缘片和贴有导热绝缘片的反光板,连为一体的导热绝缘片和反光板设有槽孔;发光二极管LED或白光LED先串联成组,各组并联后安装在绝缘槽孔中;所述的灯头内设有恒流驱动电路板。N个发光芯片串联成组,M组同时封装成模块,模块安装在槽孔中。所述的灯头内设有恒流驱动电路板。所述的灯体的底板为正方形、长方形、菱形、三角形、圆形或椭圆形。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、同等亮度的LED灯耗电只有白炽灯的十分之一、使用寿命高达十万小时,推广使用可大量节约电能,降低照明成本。
2、LED灯的体积小、高效率、超亮度、导热性能好、反光效率高、机械强度大、不易损坏、维修成本低、更换LED方便、绿色环保,可制成各种功率及相应外形尺寸的照明灯。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1如图1-4和6-7所示:一种高效率、超亮度的大功率LED灯体底部为长方形的大功率LED灯,灯头4与绝缘胶板3用环氧树脂粘接成一体,通过螺钉与灯体1的顶端连接。灯头4采用与传统白炽灯通用的螺口或插口,在灯头4内装有恒流源电路板12,焊出两根电源引线穿过绝缘胶板3与串联的发光二极管LED或白光LED5连接。灯体1的空心圆柱与其四周的立式径向散热片2及长方形底板连为一体,其材料采用导热好、重量轻、价格低的铝合金,尺寸根据LED的功率大小而定。工作时底板升温,散热片下热上冷,有温差,使热气流上升,在散热片空隙中的上升气流带走热量;立式径向散热片2的散热面积大,360度均匀散热的效率高。灯体1进行表面处理,兼作外壳,美观耐用,降低成本。
在灯体1的底板下端凹槽内,安装导热绝缘片5和贴有导热绝缘片6的不锈钢镜面反光板7。连为一体的导热绝缘片6和反光板7设有槽孔9;发光二极管LED或白光LED8先串联成组,三组并联后安装在槽孔9中。在灯头4内设有恒流驱动电路板12,为LED提供设定的恒定电流。不锈钢镜面反光板7通过螺钉与灯体1的底板连接,把成组的发光二极管LED或白光LED8定位在灯体1底板的凹槽中。LED导热基板与灯体1的底板及散热片有良好导热接触,并便于维修或更换。灯体1的底板可为正方形、长方形、菱形、三角形、圆形或椭圆形。
实施例2如图1、5所示:一种高效率、超亮度的大功率LED灯,它的灯体底板10为方形的大功率LED灯,LED灯泡11依次串联连接,安装在如图1所示的导热绝缘片6和反光板7的槽孔9内。
实施例3如图1、8所示:一种高效率、超亮度的大功率LED灯,它由60个发光芯片14串联成组,3组同时封装成模块13,模块13安装在如图1所示的导热绝缘片6和反光板7的槽孔9内。
实施例4如图1、9所示:一种高效率、超亮度的大功率LED灯,它由5-20个大功率发光芯片16串联成一组,封装成模块15,模块15安装在如图1所示的导热绝缘片6和反光板7的槽孔9内。
Claims (3)
1.一种大功率LED灯,包括灯头及灯体,其特征在于:灯头(4)及与其连体的绝缘板(3)定位安装在灯体(1)的顶端,灯体(1)的四周设有与其连体的散热片(2),在灯体(1)的底板下端安装导热绝缘片(5)和贴有导热绝缘片(6)的反光板(7),连为一体的导热绝缘片(6)和反光板(7)设有槽孔(9);发光二极管LED或白光LED(8)先串联成组,各组并联后安装在绝缘槽孔(9)中;N个发光芯片(14)串联成组,M组同时封装成模块(13),模块(13)安装在槽孔(9)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大功率LED灯,其特征在于:所述的灯头(4)内设有恒流驱动电路板(12)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的大功率LED灯,其特征在于:所述的灯体(1)的底板为正方形、长方形、菱形、三角形、圆形或椭圆形。
