Abstract

本发明公开了一种热湿发热保暖舒适性针织面料及其制备工艺,该工艺包括:(1)将改性沟槽形吸湿纤维与易热宝纤维按比例混纺制得热湿混纺纱线;(2)以锦纶纤维纱线、亚麻纤维纱线、热湿混纺纱线为原料,采用大圆机织造成坯布;(3)对坯布作可抽真空式蒸汽预缩机对坯布作预定形处理;(4)进行染色处理;(5)柔软整理。本发明制备的热湿发热保暖舒适性针织面料,透气、保湿,有着较好的热湿舒适性,实现具有多种功能性的同时穿着更舒适,服用性能更突出,且可应用于高性能防护服及特种军服等领域的应用,具有良好的推广应用价值。

一种热湿发热保暖舒适性针织面料及其制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,尤其涉及一种热湿发热保暖舒适性针织面料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
纺织品的热湿舒适性是指,纺织品在人体与环境变化的热湿传递间维持和调节人体体温稳定,微环境湿度适宜性能的一种评价。人们对针织面料的热湿舒适性能的研究由来已久,过去只是停留在理论研究层面,近年来出现了很多改善人们热湿舒适性能的产品。但大都是关于单向导湿面料的研究和新型吸湿发热材料的应用研究而得到的一些单向导湿和吸湿发热的单功能面料新品,面料的吸湿排汗功能得到了空前的提高,面料的吸湿发热保暖功能得到了强化,可以有效减轻人们显汗不适和显汗后的湿冷感,可以增强面料的发热保暖性能。
目前,市场上多为单向导湿或吸湿发热两项功能单一的热湿舒适性面料,其所存在的缺陷是透气透湿功能较差,着装会有强烈的闷热感,难以完全满足人们日益增长的热湿舒适性要求。如专利CN202000067U公开了一种具有保暖吸湿排汗和抗菌多重功能的针织面料,该面料最里层为含有抗菌物质的异形截面聚酯纤维纱线,虽然亲水和具有芯吸导湿功能,但公定回潮率仍只有0.4%,该面料的透气透湿性能较差,因而着装具有强烈的闷热感,且极容易被勾丝后再摩擦起毛起球,抗起毛起球性能较差。
此外,专利CN103952845A公开了一种吸湿发热快干保湿保暖面料,该发明所得面料的芯吸导湿的中间层与外层渗透面的连接依靠集圈的方式;该面料虽有明显的吸湿快干的性能,但吸湿快干的性能仍难以全部满足单向导湿检测的各项指标要求;另外该面料为双面组织结构,织物不可能做得很薄,织物略显臃肿,难以满足人们轻薄保暖的要求。因此,有必要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术中的上述问题,提出一种热湿发热保暖舒适性针织面料及其制备工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明的第一个方面是提供一种热湿发热保暖舒适性针织面料的制备工艺,其具体包括如下步骤:
(1)将异形截面的沟槽形吸湿纤维投入整理剂中于40-50℃浸渍运行0.5h-2h,然后加入烷基糖苷2-4份,保护剂3-6份,运行0.5h后于90-110℃烘干,得改性沟槽形吸湿纤维;并将该改性沟槽形吸湿纤维与易热宝纤维按比例混纺制得热湿混纺纱线;
(2)以锦纶纤维纱线为第一纱线、以亚麻纤维纱线为第二纱线、以步骤在(1)制得的热湿混纺纱线为第三纱线采用大圆机织造成坯布,所述坯布为三层组织结构面料,内层由第一纱线编织构成,中间层由第二纱线构成,外层由第三纱线编织构成;
(3)对坯布作可抽真空式蒸汽预缩机对坯布作预定形处理,定形温度170-190℃,车速20-25m/min。
(4)将预定形后的坯布置于浴比1:5-8,100-135℃的染液中进行染色30-60分钟之后,置于80℃还原清洗液中15-30分钟,水洗;染液中含有分散染料X以(o.w.f)计量为1-10%,染色促进剂1-2g/L、冰醋酸HAC0.5-1g/L,调节PH5-6;还原清洗液含有烧碱液0.5-6.0g/L,保险粉0.5-2g/L;
(5)对染色后的坯布上柔软剂并定形,定形温度130-180℃,车速20-25m/min。
进一步地,在所述的热湿发热保暖舒适性针织面料的制备工艺中,所述异形截面的沟槽形吸湿纤维为细旦涤纶纤维,且其异形截面的轮廓为十字型,内部有三个独立的空腔,形成高中空度异形结构;以及所述细旦涤纶纤维的线密度为50D-100D;所述易热宝纤维的线密度为75D-100D。
进一步地,在所述的热湿发热保暖舒适性针织面料的制备工艺中,所述整理剂由重量份的纳米级无机锗40-60份、丙烯酸树脂20-30份、茶皂素15-25份、二乙醇胺10-20份混合配制而成。
进一步地,在所述的热湿发热保暖舒适性针织面料的制备工艺中,所述热湿混纺纱线中,按重量百分比计,所述异形截面的沟槽形吸湿纤维占60-70%。
进一步地,在所述的热湿发热保暖舒适性针织面料的制备工艺中,所述第一纱线的线密度是第二纱线线密度的1.4~2倍。
进一步地,在所述的热湿发热保暖舒适性针织面料的制备工艺中,所述染色促进剂按重量份计由蒙脱石粉2-8份、皂角粉10-13份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯20-30份、二琥珀酸酐环糊精20-50份、丙酮20-30份、氢氧化钾20-30份、柠檬酸钠10-20份、表面活性剂20-30份、助剂苯甲酸钠4-10份组成。
进一步地,在所述的热湿发热保暖舒适性针织面料的制备工艺中,所述吸湿性柔软剂的用量为待染坯布重量(o.w.f)的1.5~2.5%,亲水性柔软剂用量为待染坯布重量的3~5%;所述吸湿性柔软剂为吸水速干柔软剂FERAN ICE-C。
本发明的第二个方面是提供一种采用上述方法制备的热湿发热保暖舒适性针织面料。
本发明采用上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,具有如下技术效果:
采用本发明方法制得的热湿发热保暖舒适性针织面料,具有优良的吸湿发热效果,吸湿发热最高升温值≥(3.5-6.4)℃,30分钟内平均升温值≥(3-3.3)℃以上,保温率达到30%以上,超过国家纺织行业标准要求;具有良好的保湿功能,可以有效锁住人体所需水分,延缓人体皮肤衰老,且可以实现在轻薄条件下的保暖功能;此外,该吸湿发热面料具有无毒无污染、甲醛含量低的特性;因此,该吸湿发热功能面料透气、保湿,有着较好的热湿舒适性,实现具有多种功能性的同时穿着更舒适,服用性能更突出。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种热湿发热保暖舒适性针织面料,为三层组织结构,内层由第一纱线10编织构成,中间层由第二纱线20构成,外层由第三纱线30编织构成,其中,第一纱线10为锦纶纤维纱线;第二纱线20为以亚麻纤维纱线;第三纱线30为热湿混纺纱线,所述热湿混纺纱线为改性沟槽形吸湿纤维与易热宝纤维按比例混纺而成。
下面通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细和具体的介绍,以使更好的理解本发明,但是下述实施例并不限制本发明范围。
实施例1热湿发热保暖舒适性针织面料的制备
(1)将异形截面的沟槽形吸湿纤维投入整理剂中于42℃浸渍运行0.5h,然后加入烷基糖苷2份,保护剂4份,运行0.5h后于95℃烘干,得改性沟槽形吸湿纤维;并将该改性沟槽形吸湿纤维与易热宝纤维按比例混纺制得热湿混纺纱线;其中,异形截面的沟槽形吸湿纤维为细旦涤纶纤维,且其异形截面的轮廓为十字型,内部有三个独立的空腔,形成高中空度异形结构;以及细旦涤纶纤维的线密度为50D;易热宝纤维的线密度为80D;
(2)以锦纶纤维纱线为第一纱线、以亚麻纤维纱线为第二纱线、以步骤在(1)制得的热湿混纺纱线为第三纱线采用大圆机织造成坯布,所述坯布为三层组织结构面料,内层由第一纱线编织构成,中间层由第二纱线构成,外层由第三纱线编织构成;
(3)对坯布作可抽真空式蒸汽预缩机对坯布作预定形处理,定形温度170℃,车速25m/min。
(4)将预定形后的坯布置于浴比1:6,130℃的染液中进行染色30分钟之后,置于80℃还原清洗液中20分钟,水洗;染液中含有分散染料X以(o.w.f)计量为5%,染色促进剂1.2g/L、冰醋酸HAC 0.6g/L,调节PH 5-6;还原清洗液含有烧碱液2.0g/L,保险粉1.2g/L;
(5)对染色后的坯布上柔软剂并定形,定形温度140℃,车速25m/min。
在本实施例中,整理剂由重量份的纳米级无机锗48份、丙烯酸树脂23份、茶皂素17份、二乙醇胺16份混合配制而成。
在本实施例中,按重量百分比计,异形截面的沟槽形吸湿纤维占64%;且在织造的坯布中第一纱线的线密度是第二纱线线密度的1.4~2倍。
在本实施例中,染色促进剂按重量份计由蒙脱石粉4份、皂角粉10份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯25份、二琥珀酸酐环糊精30份、丙酮26份、氢氧化钾24份、柠檬酸钠10份、表面活性剂28份、助剂苯甲酸钠4份组成;吸湿性柔软剂为吸水速干柔软剂FERAN ICE-C。
实施例2热湿发热保暖舒适性针织面料的制备
(1)将异形截面的沟槽形吸湿纤维投入整理剂中于50℃浸渍运行0.5h-2h,然后加入烷基糖苷4份,保护剂3份,运行0.5h后于90℃烘干,得改性沟槽形吸湿纤维;并将该改性沟槽形吸湿纤维与易热宝纤维按比例混纺制得热湿混纺纱线;其中,异形截面的沟槽形吸湿纤维为细旦涤纶纤维,且其异形截面的轮廓为十字型,内部有三个独立的空腔,形成高中空度异形结构;以及细旦涤纶纤维的线密度为100D;易热宝纤维的线密度为80D;
(2)以锦纶纤维纱线为第一纱线、以亚麻纤维纱线为第二纱线、以步骤在(1)制得的热湿混纺纱线为第三纱线采用大圆机织造成坯布,所述坯布为三层组织结构面料,内层由第一纱线编织构成,中间层由第二纱线构成,外层由第三纱线编织构成;
(3)对坯布作可抽真空式蒸汽预缩机对坯布作预定形处理,定形温度175℃,车速20m/min。
(4)将预定形后的坯布置于浴比1:5-8,100-135℃的染液中进行染色30分钟之后,置于80℃还原清洗液中30分钟,水洗;染液中含有分散染料X以(o.w.f)计量为8%,染色促进剂1.2g/L、冰醋酸HAC 1g/L,调节PH 5-6;还原清洗液含有烧碱液4.0g/L,保险粉0.8g/L;
(5)对染色后的坯布上柔软剂并定形,定形温度180℃,车速25m/min。
在本实施例中,整理剂由重量份的纳米级无机锗48份、丙烯酸树脂23份、茶皂素17份、二乙醇胺16份混合配制而成。
在本实施例中,按重量百分比计,异形截面的沟槽形吸湿纤维占70%;且在织造的坯布中第一纱线的线密度是第二纱线线密度的1.4~2倍。

(1)将异形截面的沟槽形吸湿纤维投入整理剂中于40℃浸渍运行0.5h-2h,然后加入烷基糖苷4份,保护剂6份,运行0.5h后于90℃烘干,得改性沟槽形吸湿纤维;并将该改性沟槽形吸湿纤维与易热宝纤维按比例混纺制得热湿混纺纱线;其中,异形截面的沟槽形吸湿纤维为细旦涤纶纤维,且其异形截面的轮廓为十字型,内部有三个独立的空腔,形成高中空度异形结构;以及细旦涤纶纤维的线密度为60D;易热宝纤维的线密度为75D;
(2)以锦纶纤维纱线为第一纱线、以亚麻纤维纱线为第二纱线、以步骤在(1)制得的热湿混纺纱线为第三纱线采用大圆机织造成坯布,所述坯布为三层组织结构面料,内层由第一纱线编织构成,中间层由第二纱线构成,外层由第三纱线编织构成;
(3)对坯布作可抽真空式蒸汽预缩机对坯布作预定形处理,定形温度180℃,车速22m/min。
(4)将预定形后的坯布置于浴比1:8,135℃的染液中进行染色50分钟之后,置于80℃还原清洗液中30分钟,水洗;染液中含有分散染料X以(o.w.f)计量为3%,染色促进剂1g/L、冰醋酸HAC 0.5g/L,调节PH 5-6;还原清洗液含有烧碱液2.5g/L,保险粉1.1g/L;
(5)对染色后的坯布上柔软剂并定形,定形温度135℃,车速20m/min。
在本实施例中,整理剂由重量份的纳米级无机锗48份、丙烯酸树脂23份、茶皂素17份、二乙醇胺16份混合配制而成。
在本实施例中,按重量百分比计,异形截面的沟槽形吸湿纤维占65%。且在织造的坯布中第一纱线的线密度是第二纱线线密度的1.4~2倍。
在本实施例中,染色促进剂按重量份计由蒙脱石粉8份、皂角粉13份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯20份、二琥珀酸酐环糊精30份、丙酮20份、氢氧化钾22份、柠檬酸钠15份、表面活性剂25份、助剂苯甲酸钠6份组成‘’吸湿性柔软剂为吸水速干柔软剂FERAN ICE-C。
将上述实施例1-3采用本发明工艺制得的热湿发热保暖舒适性针织面料分别进行性能测试,测试结果均符合以下标准:
1)主要常规指标为:吊干缩水率+1~-5%;耐水洗色牢度4级;耐皂洗色牢度4级;干摩擦色牢度4级;湿摩擦色牢度3级;耐洗色牢度4级以上;抗起球3级以上;顶破强力250N;
2)功能性指标:
(1)吸湿发热测试,按照吸湿发热针织内衣FZ/T73036-2010标准
产品最高升温值≥(3.5-6.4)℃、30分钟内平均升温值≥(3.3)℃;
(2)保暖测试,按照《针织保暖内衣》FZ/T 73022-2012标准
保温率≥30%、CLO值≥1.8,吸水性2秒内;
(3)相变调温保暖测试,按照OUTLAST标准ASTM E793-01
潜热DSC规格﹥5.6J/g,相变材料20次洗涤要求≥90%;
(4)吸湿凉爽舒适性测试,蒸发速率≥0.18g/h,透湿量≥10000g/(m2.d)。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了详细描述,但其只是作为范例,本发明并不限制于以上描述的具体实施例。对于本领域技术人员而言,任何对本发明进行的等同修改和替代也都在本发明的范畴之中。因此,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围下所作的均等变换和修改,都应涵盖在本发明的范围内。

Claims (3)

1.一种热湿发热保暖舒适性针织面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括步骤:
(1)将异形截面的沟槽形吸湿纤维投入整理剂中于40-50℃浸渍运行0.5h-2h,然后加入烷基糖苷2-4份,保护剂3-6份,运行0.5h后于90-110℃烘干,得改性沟槽形吸湿纤维;并将该改性沟槽形吸湿纤维与易热宝纤维按比例混纺制得热湿混纺纱线;所述异形截面的沟槽形吸湿纤维为细旦涤纶纤维,且其异形截面的轮廓为十字型,内部有三个独立的空腔,形成高中空度异形结构;所述热湿混纺纱线中,按重量百分比计,所述异形截面的沟槽形吸湿纤维占60-70%;
(2)以锦纶纤维纱线为第一纱线、以亚麻纤维纱线为第二纱线、以步骤在(1)制得的热湿混纺纱线为第三纱线采用大圆机织造成坯布,所述坯布为三层组织结构面料,内层由第一纱线编织构成,中间层由第二纱线构成,外层由第三纱线编织构成;所述第一纱线的线密度是第二纱线线密度的1.4~2倍;
(3)对坯布作可抽真空式蒸汽预缩机对坯布作预定形处理,定形温度170-190℃,车速20-25m/min;
(4)将预定形后的坯布置于浴比1:5-8,100-135℃的染液中进行染色30-60分钟之后,置于80℃还原清洗液中15-30分钟,水洗;染液中含有分散染料X以o.w.f计量为1-10%,染色促进剂1-2g/L、冰醋酸HAC0.5-1g/L,调节PH5-6;还原清洗液含有烧碱液0.5-6.0g/L,保险粉0.5-2g/L;
(5)对染色后的坯布上柔软剂并定型,定形温度130-180℃,车速20-25m/min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热湿发热保暖舒适性针织面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述整理剂由重量份的纳米级无机锗40-60份、丙烯酸树脂20-30份、茶皂素15-25份、二乙醇胺10-20份混合配制而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热湿发热保暖舒适性针织面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述染色促进剂按重量份计由蒙脱石粉 2-8份、皂角粉10-13份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯20-30份、二琥珀酸酐环糊精20-50份、丙酮20-30份、氢氧化钾20-30份、柠檬酸钠10-20份、表面活性剂20-30份、助剂苯甲酸钠4-10份组成。
