本发明公开了一种高性能水基全合成切削液,包括以下按重量比计的组分:聚乙二醇8~10%,硼酸酯10~20%,羧酸盐8~10%,杀菌剂1~3%,苯***缓蚀剂0.1~0.2%,消泡剂0.1~0.2%,去离子水50~70%。本发明不含矿物油,不含亚硝酸盐、酚、氯及重金属等有害物质,安全环保,采用聚乙二醇体系抗硬水性好,且泡沫少,可用于磨削等冷却要求高的场合。

技术领域
本发明涉及切削液技术领域,尤其是一种高性能水基全合成切削液及其制备方法。
背景技术
全合成切削液基本不存在相态稳定性问题,且具有良好的清洗性、抗腐败变质性以及冷却性。随着表面活性剂技术、胶体化学、界面化学等技术的发展,新的理论和新的功能性添加剂不断的增加,全合成切削液将被赋予一些独特的性能,使之成为理想切削液。只有这样,才能满足市场的需求,不断改进,充分发挥最新加工设备和新材料的先进性能,达到最大生产率,从而替代进口产品,提高我国金属切削液的技术水平。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高性能水基全合成切削液及其制备方法。本发明的技术方案如下:
聚乙二醇 8~10%
硼酸酯 10~20%
羧酸盐 8~10%
聚丙烯酰胺 0.1~0.5%
杀菌剂 1~3%
苯***缓蚀剂 0.1~0.2%
消泡剂 0.1~0.2%
去离子水 50~70%
所述高性能水基全合成切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将搅拌器中先加入适量的去离子水,在低转速状态下,依次缓慢加入聚乙二醇、硼酸酯、羧酸盐、杀菌剂及苯***缓蚀剂,常温搅拌至均匀透明,然后加入消泡剂,搅拌10~20分钟,即可。
上述切削液,所采用的聚乙二醇为PEG400、PEG600、PEG800其中的一种、两种或两种以上的组合物。
上述切削液,所采用的杀菌剂为吡啶硫铜钠、三嗪其中的一种或两种的组合物。
本发明的有益效果:
该切削液不含矿物油,不含亚硝酸盐、酚、氯及重金属等有害物质,安全环保,采用聚乙二醇体系抗硬水性好,且泡沫少,可用于磨削等冷却要求高的场合。

PEG400 10%
硼酸酯 15%
羧酸盐 8%
聚丙烯酰胺 0.2%
杀菌剂 2%
苯***缓蚀剂 0.2%
消泡剂 0.2%
去离子水 64.4%
所述水溶性微乳化切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将搅拌器中先加入适量的去离子水,在低转速状态下,依次缓慢加入聚乙二醇、硼酸酯、羧酸盐、杀菌剂及苯***缓蚀剂,常温搅拌至均匀透明,然后加入消泡剂,搅拌10~20分钟,即可。

一种高性能水基全合成切削液,其特征在于:包括按重量比计的以下组分:
PEG600 8%
硼酸酯 15%
羧酸盐 10%
聚丙烯酰胺 0.2%
杀菌剂 2%
苯***缓蚀剂 0.2%

1.一种高性能水基全合成切削液,其特征在于:包括按重量比计的以下组分:
聚乙二醇 8~10%
硼酸酯 10~20%
羧酸盐 8~10%
聚丙烯酰胺 0.1~0.5%
杀菌剂 1~3%
苯***缓蚀剂 0.1~0.2%
消泡剂 0.1~0.2%
去离子水 50~70% 。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能水基全合成切削液,其特征在于,所采用的聚乙二醇为PEG400、PEG600、PEG800其中的一种、两种或两种以上的组合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能水基全合成切削液,其特征在于,所采用的杀菌剂为吡啶硫铜钠、三嗪其中的一种或两种的组合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能水基全合成切削液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将搅拌器中先加入去离子水,在低转速状态下,依次缓慢加入聚乙二醇、硼酸酯、羧酸盐、杀菌剂及苯***缓蚀剂,常温搅拌至均匀透明,然后加入消泡剂,搅拌10~20分钟,即可。
