下述实施例中所用的乌贼骨、艾叶、三七、苍术、白芨、木瓜、茱萸、蒲公英、川牛膝、山药、黄连、石斛、甘草、枳壳、姜黄、桃仁、草蔻、甘松、柴胡、五灵脂、木香和白术均符合中国药典(2015年版)一部正文各药材项下的有关规定。投料前，通过鉴定，各味药材实物与名称相符，质量符合标准。
实施例1
实施例1提出了一种用于治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物，包括如下重量份数的原料：乌贼骨20份、艾叶50份、三七10份、苍术20份、白芨10份、木瓜30份、茱萸20份、蒲公英40份、川牛膝10份、山药20份、黄连10份、石斛25份、甘草25份、枳壳30份、姜黄30份、桃仁40份、草蔻10份、甘松25份、柴胡25份、五灵脂30份、木香10份和白术20份。
实施例1的用于治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物的制备方法，包括如下步骤：首先将所述原料混合后在60℃温度下烘干60min，然后按照料液比为500g：1L加入水，然后加热至75℃，保温8h，再将温度降低至常温，然后过滤并收集滤液，得到用于治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物。其中，过滤时采用的滤膜的孔径为1μm。
实施例2
实施例2提出了一种用于治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物，包括如下重量份数的原料：乌贼骨30份、艾叶20份、三七20份、苍术10份、白芨20份、木瓜25份、茱萸30份、蒲公英30份、川牛膝20份、山药15份、黄连20份、石斛20份、甘草30份、枳壳20份、姜黄40份、桃仁30份、草蔻20份、甘松10份、柴胡45份、五灵脂20份、木香30份和白术10份。
实施例2的用于治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物的制备方法，包括如下步骤：首先将所述原料混合后在80℃温度下烘干30min，然后按照料液比为500g：1L加入水，然后加热至85℃，保温4h，再将温度降低至常温，然后过滤并收集滤液，得到用于治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物。其中，过滤时采用的滤膜的孔径为10μm。
实施例3
实施例3提出了一种用于治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物，包括如下重量份数的原料：乌贼骨25份、艾叶35份、三七15份、苍术15份、白芨15份、木瓜27份、茱萸25份、蒲公英35份、川牛膝15份、山药17份、黄连15份、石斛23份、甘草27份、枳壳25份、姜黄35份、桃仁35份、草蔻15份、甘松17份、柴胡35份、五灵脂25份、木香20份和白术15份。
实施例3的用于治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物的制备方法，包括如下步骤：首先将所述原料混合后在70℃温度下烘干45min，然后按照料液比为500g：1L加入水，然后加热至80℃，保温6h，再将温度降低至常温，然后过滤并收集滤液，得到用于治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物。其中，过滤时采用的滤膜的孔径为5μm。
毒性试验
选体重为18～22份、的小白鼠300只(雌雄各150只)，分为3组，每组雌雄各25只，小白鼠背部去毛露出外表皮，去毛范围2cm×2cm，分别涂抹本发明实施例1至实施例3制备得到的中药组合物，给药剂量为0.5份，连续给药30天。给药期间及停药后1周时，观察白鼠生长状态和活动饮食，鉴定血液学、血液生化学、脏器组织结构以及尿常规等。结果发现所有小白鼠均健康生存，无任何毒副作用；解剖观察血象、肝功能、各脏器组织状态，与正常小白鼠比较无差异。实验证明，本发明提供的中药组合物无毒，用药安全可靠。
综上，本发明的用于治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物，中药配伍严谨，各原料药相互影响，协同作用，具有温中健脾、活血散瘀、消肿止痛、舒肝和胃、祛风散寒、舒筋活络等多重疗效。还可以有效快速修复胃粘膜，对胃溃疡患者治疗效果显著。且安全可靠，无毒副作用，具有很好的商业前景。

1.一种用于治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物，其特征在于，包括如下重量份数的原料：乌贼骨20份～30份、艾叶20份～50份、三七10份～20份、苍术10份～20份、白芨10份～20份、木瓜25份～30份、茱萸20份～30份、蒲公英30份～40份、川牛膝10份～20份、山药15份～20份、黄连10份～20份、石斛20份～25份、甘草25份～30份、枳壳20份～30份、姜黄30份～40份、桃仁30份～40份、草蔻10份～20份、甘松10份～25份、柴胡25份～45份、五灵脂20份～30份、木香10份～30份和白术10份～20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物，其特征在于，包括如下重量份数的原料：乌贼骨20份、艾叶50份、三七10份、苍术20份、白芨10份、木瓜30份、茱萸20份、蒲公英40份、川牛膝10份、山药20份、黄连10份、石斛25份、甘草25份、枳壳30份、姜黄30份、桃仁40份、草蔻10份、甘松25份、柴胡25份、五灵脂30份、木香10份和白术20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物，其特征在于，包括如下重量份数的原料：乌贼骨30份、艾叶20份、三七20份、苍术10份、白芨20份、木瓜25份、茱萸30份、蒲公英30份、川牛膝20份、山药15份、黄连20份、石斛20份、甘草30份、枳壳20份、姜黄40份、桃仁30份、草蔻20份、甘松10份、柴胡45份、五灵脂20份、木香30份和白术10份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物，其特征在于，包括如下重量份数的原料：乌贼骨25份、艾叶35份、三七15份、苍术15份、白芨15份、木瓜27份、茱萸25份、蒲公英35份、川牛膝15份、山药17份、黄连15份、石斛23份、甘草27份、枳壳25份、姜黄35份、桃仁35份、草蔻15份、甘松17份、柴胡35份、五灵脂25份、木香20份和白术15份。
5.制备权利要求1-4任一项所述的用于治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物的方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：将上述原料烘干，然后按照料液比为500g：1L加入水，然后加热至75℃～85℃，保温4h～8h，再将温度降低至常温，然后过滤并收集滤液，得到用于治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，过滤时采用的滤膜的孔径为1μm～10μm。
7.根据权利要求5所述的用于治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，在烘干时，烘干温度为60℃～80℃，烘干时间为30min～60min。
8.权利要求5-7任一项所述的方法在制备用于治疗胃溃疡的中药组合物中的应用。
