该中间层优选是透明的。该中间层优选含至少一种塑料,优选聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯 (EVA) 和/或聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 (PET)。但该中间层中也可含例如聚氨酯 (PU)、聚丙烯 (PP)、聚丙烯酸酯、聚乙烯 (PE)、聚碳酸酯 (PC)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚氯乙烯、聚缩醛树脂 (Polyacetatharz)、浇注树脂、丙烯酸酯、氟化乙烯-丙烯、聚氟乙烯和/或乙烯-四氟乙烯、或它们的共聚物或混合物。该中间层可通过一层或也可通过多层相互叠置的薄膜构成,其中该薄膜的厚度优选为0.025 mm至1 mm,通常为0.38 mm或0.76mm。该中间层可优选是热塑性的,且在层压后,该内玻璃板、外玻璃板和可能的其它中间层相互粘合。在本发明的含义中,层压即是内玻璃板、中间层和外玻璃板的接合。
该复合玻璃板的制备通过层压进行,例如借助于真空袋法、真空环法、压延法、真空层压机、高压釜法或这些方法的组合。该外玻璃板和内玻璃板的接合通常在热、真空和/或压力的作用下进行。通过在该复合玻璃板的中间层中层压该光源,可相对简单和低成本地制备本发明的复合玻璃板。
该复合玻璃板适用于将车辆内空间与外环境的隔开。该复合玻璃板可有多种用途。例如其可以是挡风玻璃、顶玻璃、后玻璃、侧玻璃或界定车辆内空间的其它玻璃。
在另一个优选实施方案中,该显示装置布置在该复合玻璃板的中上部。替代地或附加地,该显示装置也可布置在该复合玻璃板的左下边缘处。该显示装置可通过柔性薄膜导体 (扁平导体、扁平带导体)、金属丝、尤其是圆导体或绞合线状(litzenförmig)导体与电压源和信号导线相连接,该信号导线例如在机动车中通过CAN-总线转送控制仪的控制信号。薄膜导体例如是包含或由铜、镀锌铜、铝、银、金或其合金组成的条材或带材。该薄膜导体的宽度例如为2 mm至16 mm,厚度例如为0.03 mm至0.1 mm。该薄膜导体可具有绝缘的,优选聚合物的***,例如基于聚酰亚胺。替代地,也可使用细的金属丝作为电接头。
该复合玻璃板或内玻璃板和外玻璃板优选包含玻璃,特别优选平板玻璃、浮法玻璃、石英玻璃、硼硅酸盐玻璃、钠钙玻璃,或清澈的塑料,优选透明清澈塑料,特别是聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚苯乙烯、聚酰胺、聚酯、聚氯乙烯和/或其混合物。该复合玻璃板或内玻璃板和外玻璃板优选是透明的,特别是对于该玻璃板用作车辆的挡风玻璃的应用或希望高透光性的其它应用而言。按本发明的含义,透明的意指是在可见光谱范围内的透射率大于70 % 的玻璃板。对于不在司机的与交通相关的视域中的玻璃板,如顶玻璃而言,透射率也可低得多,如大于5 %。
该外玻璃板和内玻璃板优选具有恒定的厚度,具有基本上平行平面的主面和连接主面的环绕的侧边缘。
在一个有利的方案中,该内玻璃板的厚度为0.4 mm至3.5 mm,优选0.9 mm至2.1mm。
在一个有利的方案中,该外玻璃板的厚度为至少1.4 mm,优选至少1.6 mm。该外玻璃板的厚度优选为最多4.5 mm,优选最多2.1 mm。在此范围内,该复合玻璃板具有有利的机械稳定性和降噪性能,但尽管如此仍然足够薄和轻,以能够用作挡风玻璃。
在一个优选方案中,该外玻璃板和内玻璃板均未施加预应力。但在该玻璃板层压时形成了拉应力和压应力的特征性分布,但对本专业技术人员而言,可以容易地与由于使用施加预应力的玻璃板而有意产生的那些应力相区分。
该外玻璃板、内玻璃板和热塑性中间层可以是清澈和无色的,但也可以是经上色或着色的。在一个优选方案中,通过该复合玻璃板的总透射率大于70 %,尤其是当该复合玻璃板是挡风玻璃时是如此。术语总透射率基于由ECE-R 43, 附件3, §9.1所确定的用于检验机动车玻璃板透光性的方法。
该复合玻璃板优选在空间的一个或多个方向上弯曲,如对于机动车玻璃板常见那样,其中典型的曲率半径为约10 cm至约40 m。但该复合玻璃板也可以是平坦的,例如当其设计为公共汽车、火车或拖拉机的玻璃板时。
该中间层的楔角可以在垂直走向上是恒定的,这导致该中间层的线性厚度变化,其中该厚度通常是从下向上变大。该“从下向上”的方向陈述表示从下边缘到上边缘的方向,即垂直走向。但也可存在复杂的厚度分布,其中该楔角从下向上是变化的 (即在垂直走向上与位置有关),呈线性或非线性变化。
优选地,该中间层的厚度在垂直走向上从下向上至少局部 (abschnittsweise)增加。
该中间层的厚度可以在水平截面 (即大致平行于上边缘和下边缘的截面) 中是恒定的。此时,在该复合玻璃板的宽度上的厚度分布是恒定的。但该厚度也可在水平截面中是变化的。此时,该厚度不仅在垂直走向上,而且在水平走向上是变化的。
该中间层通过至少一个热塑性薄膜构成。该楔角可通过薄膜的合适挤出或通过拉伸在原始状态下具有恒定厚度的薄膜来产生。该中间层可通过单层薄膜构成或也可通过多于一层薄膜构成。在后一种情况下,这些薄膜的至少一层必需具有楔角。该中间层也可由具有降噪作用的所谓的声学薄膜形成。这种薄膜典型地由至少三个子层组成,其中中间层比周围的外层具有更高的塑性或弹性,例如是由于更高的增塑剂含量。
该中间层的最小厚度优选为0.4 mm至1.5 mm,特别优选为0.5 mm至1.0 mm。该最小厚度表示该中间层最薄处的厚度,即通常是在该复合玻璃板的下边缘处的厚度。为了能够用作车辆玻璃板,具有较薄中间层的复合玻璃板常常具有过低的稳定性。
本发明的另一方面包括用于检测调节***,特别是交通灯的状态信息的方法,其中
• 机动车的接收设备借助于光技术信号或无线电信号检测该调节***的状态信息,并转送到控制仪,
• 该状态信息由机动车的控制仪接收,并将用于播出该状态信息的控制信号发送到光源,其中该光源布置在该复合玻璃板中的外玻璃板和内玻璃板之间且在该复合玻璃板的中间层中,
• 在接收该状态信息后,该控制仪再次从该接收设备询问状态信息。
在机动车的速度小于或等于速度阈值期间,由控制仪重复地询问状态信息。
优选是,由控制仪一再地询问该状态信息,直到该机动车处于停止状态。如果该状态信息发生变化,则通过控制仪识别该变化,并将变化的控制信号传送到光源。该变化的控制信号引起的结果是,该显示装置的光源给车辆司机显示出变化的光学状态信息。
此外,本发明还包括复合玻璃板在机动车,优选在轿车中作为挡风玻璃或侧玻璃的用途。
下面借助于附图和实施例详述本发明。该附图是示意性图示,并不按比例。但该附图绝不限制本发明。

图1示出处于调节***的交通灯2的区域内的机动车1。该机动车1具有复合玻璃板3作为挡风玻璃并配备有用于接收该交通灯2的状态信息的接收设备。在该机动车中,该接收设备构成为整合在该机动车中的驾驶员辅助***的照相机4。替代地或附加地,该接收设备还可以是由交通灯2发送出的无线电信号的接收器。这类接收器可以是wifi(WLAN)-兼容、蓝牙-兼容、Zigbee-兼容、NFC-兼容的移动式仪器。
该驾驶员辅助***可具有其它部件如显示装置7,并被设计用于与该机动车1的其它仪器相通信。此外,该机动车1还具有多个经整合的控制仪5,这些控制仪通过数据总线***6相互连接。该数据总线***6构成为CAN-总线***、LIN-总线***或MOST-总线***,其适用于传送控制仪5的控制信号和状态信息。此外,车辆诊断***还可接通在这类数据总线***上。
该机动车1还包括复合玻璃板3作为挡风玻璃,该复合玻璃板具有用于给车辆司机显示光学状态信息的显示装置7。该显示装置7包括多个光源,这些光源构成为LED 8。该LED8如此布置在复合玻璃板3 中,以使车辆司机可用眼容易地视觉检测到这些LED。
当机动车1靠近交通灯2且该交通灯2显示为红色信号时,该机动车1停在该交通灯2前的停车线处。该车辆辅助***的照相机4检测到该交通灯2的状态,这通过该照相机例如以该交通灯的图像的形式接收或记录状态信息(红)来实现。该照相机4处理该状态信息(红),并将其通过数据总线***6转送到控制仪5。该控制仪5接收该状态信息(红),并处理该状态信息,这通过产生用于显示该状态信息(红)的相应控制信号并通过数据总线***6转送到显示装置7来实现。替代地,该显示装置7和该控制仪5之间的接头可以构成为单独的线路,其中该单独的线路适用于在无数据总线***6的情况下传送该状态信息(红)。
该显示装置7接收该控制信号,并显示该交通灯的状态信息(红)。为此,该显示装置7的LED 8发射出相应的颜色(红)。
当该机动车1在交通灯2处处于停止状态期间,该控制仪5再次询问该交通灯2的另一状态信息。为此,该控制仪5将相应的询问发送到照相机4,并然后将该状态信息(红)与再次询问到的状态信息进行对比。如果该状态信息是一致的,则该控制仪以短的时间间隔再次重复其询问。当该控制仪5的评定结果是这些状态信息不一致时,该控制仪5将用于显示这一再次询问到的状态信息(绿)的控制信号转送到显示装置7。该显示装置7接收该控制信号,并显示该交通灯2的状态信息(绿)。对此,该显示装置7的LED 8发射出相应的颜色(绿)。该车辆司机识别到该绿色信号,并使机动车1起动。
如果该机动车几乎处于停止状态,则该控制仪5将该机动车1的当前速度与该车辆中所存储的速度阈值进行对比。如果该当前速度等于或小于该速度阈值,则该控制仪5向照相机5发送询问。如果该机动车在移动,并且该机动车1的当往速度大于该速度阈值,则不向照相机发出询问。
图2示出作为机动车1的挡风玻璃的本发明复合玻璃板3的一个示例性方案的俯视图,该复合玻璃板具有显示装置7。该显示装置7布置在该复合玻璃板3的中上部。该显示装置7包括LCD屏幕12、LED 8和/或OLED。用于显示交通灯2的状态信息的这类光源可布置在复合玻璃板3中的任意位置,并且例如层压在该复合玻璃板3的内部。
在该复合玻璃板3的中上部11,还可布置其它部件如雨水传感器10、后视镜或照相机4。该显示装置7通过导电接头9与布置在该复合玻璃板3外部的控制仪5相连接。替代地,与控制仪5的连接也可构成为无线连接,并且该显示装置7具有自给供电(电池或光伏模块)。
图3示出作为机动车1的挡风玻璃的本发明复合玻璃板3的另一个方案的俯视图,该复合玻璃板具有显示装置7。所示实施例在结构上基本对应于图2的本发明的挡风玻璃,因此下面仅描述各个不同点。与图2的挡风玻璃的不同在于,该显示装置7布置在该挡风玻璃的下部。类似于图2,图3中的显示装置也具有两个光源(8、12)。在该挡风玻璃的外下边缘处,配备有具有多个LED 8的第一光源,并且在该挡风玻璃的中下部存在LCD-屏幕12。该LCD-屏幕12和LED 8各通过导电接头9与布置在该复合玻璃板3外部的控制仪5相连接。
图4示出作为机动车侧玻璃的本发明复合玻璃板3的一个方案的俯视图。该复合玻璃板3是该机动车的前面的侧玻璃,并具有显示装置7,该显示装置构成为LED 8。该LED布置在该复合玻璃板3的下方靠外部,且对于车辆司机良好可见。作为侧玻璃的复合玻璃板3的另一个方案示于图5。类似于图4的侧玻璃,该显示装置7也布置在该复合玻璃板3的下方靠外部,但图5中的显示装置构成为LCD-屏幕。
图6示出本发明复合玻璃板3的截面图。该复合玻璃板3例如包括内玻璃板14和外玻璃板15,这两块玻璃板通过中间层16相互接合。该内玻璃板14和外玻璃板15优选是透明的,尤其是对于该复合玻璃板3用作挡风玻璃而言。替代地,该外玻璃板15也可包含绿色调。该复合玻璃板3的尺寸例如是1.4 m x 1.2 m。该内玻璃板1例如被设计为在安装状态下是朝向内空间的。即该内玻璃板14的内侧表面从内空间可触及,与此相反,该外玻璃板15的外侧表面是朝外的。内玻璃板14和外玻璃板15例如由以浮法方式制备的钠钙玻璃构成。内玻璃板14和外玻璃板15可以是未退火或经退火的。该内玻璃板14的厚度例如为0.7 mm,该外玻璃板15的厚度例如为2.1 mm。该中间层16是热塑性中间层16,并且例如由聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)组成。其厚度例如为0.76 mm。
在该内玻璃板14和外玻璃板15之间,在中间层16中层压四个LED 8。替代地或附加地,在内玻璃板14和外玻璃板15之间可布置LCD-屏幕。这样布置的LCD-屏幕可直接紧贴内玻璃板14和/或外玻璃板15。该复合玻璃板3还可具有透明涂层,该涂层主要由例如氧化铟锡(ITO)的多层功能层组成。这类涂层由多个层组合而成。一个层叠件可具有至少一个玻璃板、粘附层、功能层、所谓的阻挡层和/或抗反射层。功能层可由至少一种导电氧化物(TCO)构成,优选由氧化铟锡(ITO)、掺氟的氧化锡(SnO2∶F)、掺锑的氧化锡(SnO2∶Sb)、掺铝的氧化锌(ZnO∶Al)和/或掺镓的氧化锌(ZnO∶Ga)构成。
图7示出本发明复合玻璃板3的另一个截面图,该复合玻璃板具有LCD-屏幕12作为显示装置7的光源。该LCD-屏幕12嵌入在内玻璃板14和外玻璃板15之间且在中间层16中。在此,该LCD-屏幕12的表面可直接紧贴该外玻璃板15的表面。

Claims (8)

1.用于机动车的复合玻璃板(3),其包括通过热塑性中间层(16)相互接合的外玻璃板(15)和内玻璃板(14)和用于显示光学状态信息的显示装置(7),该显示装置具有至少一个光源(8、12),该光源发射出光以产生光学状态信息,其中
• 该复合玻璃板(3)被提供为与用于无线接收交通灯(2)的状态信息的接收设备(4)相连接,
• 该光源(8、12)被提供用于播出该交通灯(2)的状态信息,并布置在该复合玻璃板(3)中的外玻璃板(15)和内玻璃板(14)之间且至少部分在中间层(16)中,
• 该光源(8、12)是至少一个发光二极管(LED)、有机发光二极管(OLED)和/或LCD屏幕,和
• 该接收设备(4)是用于光学检测该交通灯(2)的状态信息的照相机并且具有用于借助于无线电信号传送数据的无线接口,
其中接收设备(4)与控制仪(5)相连接以转送该状态信息,并且该控制仪(5)被提供为产生用于播出该状态信息的控制信号,
其中当在交通灯(2)的发送区中由该交通灯(2)检测到机动车时,产生状态信息,并且当该机动车(1)在交通灯(2)处处于停止状态期间,该控制仪(5)向接收设备(4)询问该交通灯(2)的另一状态信息,然后将该状态信息与再次询问到的状态信息进行对比,
其中当该控制仪(5)的评定结果是这些状态信息不一致时,该控制仪(5)将用于显示这一再次询问到的状态信息的控制信号转送到显示装置(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合玻璃板(3),其特征在于,该控制仪(5)被提供用于控制该光源(8、12)和用于将该控制信号传送到该光源(8、12)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合玻璃板(3),其特征在于,该光源(8、12)布置在中间层(16)的缺口中。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合玻璃板(3),其特征在于,该控制仪(5)通过数据总线***(6)与该接收设备(4)和/或与该光源(8、12)相连接。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合玻璃板(3),其特征在于,其是机动车挡风玻璃。
