根据本发明的实施方式,将所述第一固定激光装置的激光束引导到所述流体容器,以使得在距离所述流体容器的下边缘第一距离处产生所述第一焊接环,所述第一距离在1mm与3mm之间。
根据本发明的实施方式,将所述第一固定激光装置的激光束和所述第二固定激光装置的激光束引导到所述流体容器,以使得所述焊接环具有是所述第一距离的大约两倍并且在2mm与6mm之间的宽度。
根据本发明的实施方式,所述第一焊接环与所述第二焊接环之间的距离在10mm与30mm之间,优选地在大约15mm处。
根据本发明的实施方式,所述流体容器被旋转,所述流体容器围绕其垂直轴线被旋转超过360°的至少一次完整旋转。

在根据本发明的实施方式的***中,所述第一固定激光装置和所述第二固定激光装置被布置在同一焊接工作站中。
在根据本发明的实施方式的***中,所述第一固定激光装置与第一夹紧装置和第一旋转装置被布置在第一工作站中,并且所述第二固定激光装置与第二夹紧装置和第二旋转装置被布置在第二工作站中。
在根据本发明的实施方式的***中,所述第一固定激光装置和所述第二固定激光装置被布置在彼此相邻的距离处。
在根据本发明的实施方式的***中,所述第一固定激光装置和所述第二固定激光装置相对于将要被旋转的流体容器被布置在相反位置处。

具体实施方式
图1示出了压力单元1的分解视图。压力单元1包括高压容器2,其中在底部处具有底部部分3和用于封闭压力容器2的塞子4。在压力容器2的顶部处,设置有用于保持压力控制装置6的边沿5,所述压力控制装置6包括杯状封闭件7,杯状封闭件7中安装有具有封闭的上端部9的圆柱形构件8,以使得设置参考压力室10。杯状封闭件7的底部部分12具有阀开口13。在参考压力室10中,具有向下突出的杆16和圆柱形端部挡块17的活塞15被适配。在活塞15的外侧,设置有用于将活塞15朝向圆筒形构件8的内壁密封的O形环18。在阀开口13的下侧端部中,设置了与端部挡块17协作的O形环20。压力单元1的工作与WO-A-2005/082744的描述相称,WO-A-2005/082744因此通过引用并入。
在图2中,示出了与WO-A-2005/082744的描述相称的环形***件或封闭件7、具有高压容器2的压力单元1以及具有另一活塞51的容器或瓶子50。本配置中的高压容器2由塑料瓶子制成,所述塑料瓶由通过拉伸吹塑成型的PET预制件形成。然后切下所形成的瓶子的底部部分,并且将底部部分3安装到高压容器2,并且将封闭件7安装到高压容器2的顶部。
图3示出了在底部52附近具有双焊接环的流体容器50。图4示出了沿着线D-D的横截面中的焊接环53和56的细节,并且图5示出了图3的细节C。第一焊接环56被放置在与流体容器50的下边缘54相距较小的第一距离X处,所述第一距离在其1mm和3mm之间。第二焊接环53被放置在与第一焊接环56相距较大的第二距离Z处,所述第二距离在10mm与30mm之间,优选地在大约15mm处。焊接环56和53两个都具有宽度Y,宽度Y是第一距离X的大约两倍,即,在2mm与6mm之间。
压力单元1是塑料材料,所述塑料材料可以是聚碳酸酯或者基于聚酯或PET的任何塑料材料。
在图6中,描绘了用于生产压力单元1和用于生产用于连接到压力单元1的流体容器或瓶子50的生产线100。在工作站110中,***件7和底部部分3被安装到高压容器2并且通过线120被运输到焊接工作站130,其中环形***件7和底部部分3被激光焊接到高压容器2。对于激光焊接,组装好的高压容器2旋转并且两个激光器安装在工作站130中,其中激光束被引导到高压容器2的底部和上部部分。所使用的激光设备是瑞士萨尔嫩的莱丹工艺技术(LeisterProcessTechnology)的NOVALAS-C***。在工作站140中,组装好的压力单元1散装在托盘上,并且由准备运输的箔收缩包裹。另一方面,组装好的压力单元1可以通过管线150运输到预组装工作站160,其中压力单元1被安装到流体容器50。在预组装之后,流体容器50在焊接工作站170中被激光焊接,其中压力单元1的底部部分3被激光焊接到流体容器50。在这个工作站170中,预组装的压力单元1和流体容器50也被旋转并且被激光焊接。在随后的工作站180中,通过加热收缩套管将具有产品和生产者信息(标识、产品名称、产品信息等)的收缩套管连接到流体容器50。然后,在工作站190中将完成的流体容器50散装并且收缩包裹在托盘上。
压力单元1的生产工艺以及压力单元1与流体容器50的组装与WO-A-2014/083531中所述类似。在生产工艺的第一阶段中,将***件或封闭件7和底部部分3组装到高压容器2。此后,在焊接工作站130中,组装好的压力单元1的上部部分和下部部分通过夹紧装置131夹紧并且通过旋转装置132旋转。上部固定激光装置133和下部固定激光装置134分别将上部激光束和下部激光束分别引导到***件或封闭件7与高压容器2的连接区域和底部部分3和高压容器2的连接区域。
在下一阶段中,然后在预组装工作站160中将如此生产的压力单元1安装进入流体容器50中,流体容器50被设置用于将流体分配为泡沫、凝胶等。然后,在焊接工作站170中,流体容器50和安装好的压力单元1被夹紧装置171夹紧并且通过旋转装置172旋转,而旋转装置172与夹紧装置171相关联,第一固定激光装置173和第二固定激光装置174固定安装在焊接工作站170中,并且分别发射上部激光束和下部激光束,上部激光束和下部激光束被引导至流体容器50的下端,如图3到图5中所已经描绘。第一固定激光装置和第二固定激光装置被布置在彼此相邻的距离处或相对于旋转流体容器50相反的位置处。
可替选地,第一固定激光装置173和第二固定激光装置174可以设置在两个不同的工作站中,这两个工作站具有它们自己的夹紧装置和它们自己的旋转装置。因此,压力单元1与流体容器50利用两个焊接环56和53进行的激光焊接可以同时或串联地(即,一个接一个地)设置。
实际上,流体容器50围绕其垂直轴线旋转超过360°的至少一次完整旋转。另外,可以是10°到20°的小重叠。为了获得更强的焊接,流体容器50可以围绕其垂直轴线旋转大约两次并且最多旋转十次。优选地,如果需要更强的焊接,那么在将压力单元1焊接到流体容器50期间可以存在大约三到六次旋转。

Claims (14)

1.一种用于将压力单元(1)与流体容器(50)完全自动组装的方法,所述压力单元(1)具有带有底部部分(3)的高压容器(2)和带有压力控制装置(6)的封闭件(7),所述压力单元(1)被安装在所述流体容器(50)中,其中所述底部部分(3)和所述封闭件(7)被自动地安装到所述高压容器(2),所述封闭件(7)和所述底部部分(3)被焊接到所述高压容器(2)中,并且所述流体容器(50)和所述压力单元(1)被预组装、通过夹紧装置(171)被夹紧且通过旋转装置(172)被旋转,并且在具有第一固定激光装置(173)的焊接工作站(170)中旋转的所述流体容器(50)被焊接到所述压力单元(1)的底部部分(3),而所述第一固定激光装置(173)的激光束被引导到所述底部部分(3)与所述流体容器(50)的第一接合区域以提供第一焊接环(56),其特征在于,所述流体容器(50)和安装好的压力单元(1)通过所述夹紧装置(171)在上端部和下端部处被夹紧并且通过所述旋转装置(172)旋转,而所述旋转装置(172)与所述夹紧装置(171)相关联,并且在还具有第二固定激光装置(174)的焊接工作站(170)中旋转的所述流体容器(50)被焊接到所述压力单元(1)的底部部分(3),而所述第一固定激光装置(173)的激光束和所述第二固定激光装置(174)的激光束在所述流体容器(50)的垂直轴线的方向上彼此分开一距离,使得所述第二固定激光装置(174)的激光束被引导到所述底部部分(3)与所述流体容器(50)的第二接合区域以提供第二焊接环(53),所述第一焊接环(56)和所述第二焊接环(53)在所述流体容器(50)的垂直轴线的方向上彼此分开第二距离(Z)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一固定激光装置的激光束被引导到所述流体容器(50),使得在与所述流体容器(50)的下边缘(54)相距第一距离(X)处产生所述第一焊接环(56),所述第一距离(X)在1mm与3mm之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一固定激光装置的激光束和所述第二固定激光装置的激光束被引导到所述流体容器(50),使得所述第一焊接环(56)和所述第二焊接环(53)具有宽度(Y),所述宽度(Y)是所述第一距离(X)的两倍并且在2mm与6mm之间。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一焊接环(56)和所述第二焊接环(53)之间的距离在10mm与30mm之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一焊接环(56)和所述第二焊接环(53)之间的距离是15mm。
6.根据权利要求1到3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述流体容器(50)围绕其垂直轴线旋转超过360°的至少一次完整旋转。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述流体容器(50)旋转超过360°并且另外具有10°到20°的重叠的一次完整旋转。
8.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述流体容器(50)在焊接期间在两次完整旋转与最多十次完整旋转之间旋转。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述流体容器(50)在焊接期间在三次完整旋转与六次完整旋转之间旋转。
10.一种用于完全自动地制造压力单元(1)的***,所述压力单元(1)具有带有底部部分(3)的高压容器(2)和带有压力控制装置(6)的封闭件(7),所述压力单元(1)被安装在流体容器(50)中,所述***包括生产线(100),所述生产线(100)具有用于将所述底部部分(3)和所述封闭件(7)自动安装到所述高压容器(2)的第一工作站(110),将所述底部部分(3)和所述封闭件(7)焊接到所述高压容器(2)中的第二工作站(130),用于将所述流体容器(50)和所述压力单元(1)预组装的第三工作站(160)和用于将所述流体容器(50)焊接到所述压力单元(1)的焊接工作站(170),其中设置夹紧装置(171)以夹紧所述流体容器(50)和安装好的压力单元(1),并且设置旋转装置(172)以使所述流体容器(50)在焊接期间旋转,并且其中所述焊接工作站(170)具有第一固定激光装置(173),所述第一固定激光装置(173)发射被引导到所述底部部分(3)与所述流体容器(50)的第一接合区域的第一激光束,其特征在于,设置所述夹紧装置(171)以在上端部和下端部处夹紧所述流体容器(50)和安装好的压力单元(1),并且所述旋转装置(172)与所述夹紧装置(171)相关联,其中还设置第二固定激光装置(174),而所述第二固定激光装置(174)发射被引导到所述底部部分(3)与所述流体容器(50)的第二接合区域的第二激光束,其中所述第一固定激光装置(173)的第一激光束和所述第二固定激光装置(174)的第二激光束在所述流体容器(50)的垂直轴线的方向上彼此分开一距离,使得所述第一接合区域和所述第二接合区域在所述流体容器(50)的垂直轴线的方向上彼此分开第二距离(Z)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的***,其特征在于,所述第一固定激光装置(173)和所述第二固定激光装置(174)被布置在同一焊接工作站(170)中。
