本发明提供一种磁吹涡流涂层装置,包括喷嘴、涂层管和涡流喷口,所述喷嘴喷出纺纱,所述涂层管同轴连接于所述喷嘴的口部,所述涡流喷口螺旋环设在所述喷嘴的口部,所述涡流喷口喷射雾化涂层,所述喷嘴和所述涡流喷口分别连通静电发生器的两极,所述涂层管内设置有轴向分布的限位磁场,所述限位磁场限定所述雾化涂层受到指向涂层管轴心的洛伦茨力,所述涡流喷口喷射的雾化涂层受到纺纱的电场吸引力和限位磁场的洛仑磁力作用下进入纺纱,使雾化涂层与纺纱的接合度更牢固,也增强了负载药物缓释性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织涂层设备领域,特别地,是一种磁吹涡流涂层装置。
背景技术
随着时代的发展,人们对材料的功能性要求也越来越高,具备多重功能的材料逐渐受到研究者的重视。伴随着光动力疗法的普及,光敏剂因其功能多样性及作用范围的广泛性越来越受到研究者的青睐。以纱线为基材,通过涂层技术在其表面沉积负载光敏剂5-氨基酮戊酸(5-ALA)的 聚γ-谷氨酸(γ-PGA)纳米纱线,以期制备一种新型的多功能复合材料,用于光嫩肤以及面部肤质的改善。
对于光动力功能性织物来说,其涂层强度及负载药物缓释性能是两个重要的指标,对于纱线的功能性涂层的强度、接合性能有着较高的要求。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种磁吹涡流涂层装置,该磁吹涡流涂层装置能够有效保证光动力涂层和纺线的接合性能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
该磁吹涡流涂层装置包括喷嘴、涂层管和涡流喷口,所述喷嘴喷出纺纱,所述涂层管同轴连接于所述喷嘴的口部,所述涡流喷口螺旋环设在所述喷嘴的口部,所述涡流喷口喷射雾化涂层,所述喷嘴和所述涡流喷口分别连通静电发生器的两极,所述涂层管内设置有轴向分布的限位磁场,所述限位磁场限定所述雾化涂层受到指向涂层管轴心的洛伦茨力。
作为优选,所述涡流喷口内侧设置有电容层,所述电容层接入静电发生器的一极,所述电容层的极性与所述雾化涂层的极性相同。
作为优选,所述电容层由轴向螺旋设置于所述涂层管内的导电金属片构成。
作为优选,通电后的所述导电金属片构成所述限位磁场。
作为优选,所述喷嘴接入静电发生器的正极,所述电容层、涡流喷口接入静电发生器的负极。
本发明的优点在于:
所述涡流喷口喷射的雾化涂层受到纺纱的电场吸引力和限位磁场的洛仑磁力作用下进入纺纱,同时,纺纱的纤维被电容层拉直打开缝隙,使雾化涂层与纺纱的接合度更牢固,也增强了负载药物缓释性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
在本实施例中,参阅图1、图2、图3和图4,该磁吹涡流涂层装置包括喷嘴100、涂层管200和涡流喷口300,所述喷嘴100喷出纺纱20,所述涂层管200同轴连接于所述喷嘴100的口部,所述涡流喷口300螺旋环设在所述喷嘴100的口部,所述涡流喷口300喷射雾化涂层10,所述喷嘴100和所述涡流喷口300分别连通静电发生器的两极,所述涂层管200内设置有轴向分布的限位磁场,所述限位磁场限定所述雾化涂层10受到指向涂层管200轴心的洛伦茨力。
所述涡流喷口300内侧设置有电容层,所述电容层接入静电发生器的一极,所述电容层的极性与所述雾化涂层10的极性相同,所述电容层可以通过电场力防止同极性的雾化涂层10掉落至所述电容层上。所述涡流喷口300喷射雾化涂层10形成螺旋轴射的气流沿纺纱运动方向旋转运动。所述喷嘴100接入静电发生器的正极,所述电容层、涡流喷口300接入静电发生器的负极。
参阅图4,所述电容层由轴向螺旋设置于所述涂层管内的导电金属片210构成。
由于导电金属片210是螺旋分布的,因此通电后形成导电的螺线圈进而形成磁场,减少了整个装置的结构,通电后的所述导电金属片210构成所述限位磁场,即导电金属片210即形成限位磁场,又形成电容层。
上述磁吹涡流涂层装置的工作方式和原理:
参阅图1和图3,所述喷嘴100喷出带正电荷的纺纱20,所述涡流喷口300喷射螺旋前进的雾化涂层10,通电所述导电金属片210形成限位磁场,雾化涂层10在受到限位磁场洛伦茨力作用下绕所述纺纱20旋转,同时纺纱20的正电荷吸引带负电荷的雾化涂层10、所述电容层排斥负电荷的雾化涂层10,所述雾化涂层10被电场力作用下逐渐落入纺纱20,同时纺纱20上的纤维由于所述所述电容层负电荷的吸引下被垂直拉起(参阅图5),利于雾化涂层10落入纤维间的缝隙。

Claims (5)

1.一种磁吹涡流涂层装置,其特征在于:包括喷嘴(100)、涂层管(200)和涡流喷口(300),所述喷嘴(100)喷出纺纱(20),所述涂层管(200)同轴连接于所述喷嘴(100)的口部,所述涡流喷口(300)螺旋环设在所述喷嘴(100)的口部,所述涡流喷口(300)喷射雾化涂层(10),所述喷嘴(100)和所述涡流喷口(300)分别连通静电发生器的两极,所述涂层管(200)内设置有轴向分布的限位磁场,所述限位磁场限定所述雾化涂层(10受到指向涂层管(200轴心的洛伦茨力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁吹涡流涂层装置,其特征在于:所述涡流喷口(300内侧设置有电容层,所述电容层接入静电发生器的一极,所述电容层的极性与所述雾化涂层(10)的极性相同。
3.根据权利要求2所述的磁吹涡流涂层装置,其特征在于:所述电容层由轴向螺旋设置于所述涂层管内的导电金属片(210)构成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的磁吹涡流涂层装置,其特征在于:通电后的所述导电金属片(210)构成所述限位磁场。
5.根据权利要求2-4任一权利要求所述的磁吹涡流涂层装置,其特征在于:所述喷嘴(10)接入静电发生器的正极,所述电容层、涡流喷口(300)接入静电发生器的负极。
