本发明属于工业润滑油技术领域,涉及一种聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
润滑油基础油分为矿物油和合成油,由于来源广、价格便宜,矿物油是我国最常用的润滑油,约占80%以上,但是矿物油有明显的不足:由于生物降解性比较低,因此在环境中比较难分解,对环境造成一定的污染;耐低温性能差,在-10℃以下的室外很难操作;在120℃以上迅速氧化,加入抗氧剂等添加剂后可在150℃长期使用,但容易形成漆膜和积碳。
随着人们对环境保护和能源有效利用的观念日益加深,研究氧化安定性高、稳定性好、低毒无害的环境友好型螺杆空压机油逐渐成为人们关注的热点。与矿物油相比,聚醚基础油可生物降解,无毒无害,具有较低的倾点,尤其是生成的氧化产物可溶解在润滑油中或完全挥发掉,不留或很少留在润滑油中,可以降低积碳生成倾向性。申请号为200710175271.0的专利采用加氢矿物油为基础油;1-15重%的无灰分散剂;半受阻酚型抗氧剂或胺型抗氧剂和半受阻酚型抗氧剂的组合,含量为0.01-1重%;抗磨剂,含量为0.05-2重%;摩擦改进剂,含量为0.01-0.5重%;金属减活剂,含量为0.01-0.2重%;抗泡剂,含量为0-1000ppm;从该方案看出,该压缩机油组合物以矿物油为基础油,耐低温性能一般,控制油泥和积碳的能力一般。

针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物及其制备方法,本发明空气压缩机油组合物环境友好、节能降耗、油品性质稳定、积碳倾向低。本发明空气压缩机油组合物最大特点是以聚醚为基础油,对氧化产物有良好的溶解性,大大降低油泥积碳生成倾向性;加入的清净剂,不仅可以分散油泥,还具有很好的酸中和能力;加入防锈剂、消泡剂、油性剂提高空气压缩机油的防锈性能、抗泡性能、极压耐磨性能,达到环境友好、节能降耗的目的,同时延长了空气压缩机油的使用寿命。
本发明的聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物,包括:A、基础油,由水不溶性聚醚和酯类油组成;B、抗氧剂,由无灰氨基甲酸酯类抗氧剂和胺类抗氧剂组成;C、至少一种油性剂;D、至少一种防锈剂;E、至少一种清净剂;F、至少一种破乳剂;和G、至少一种消泡剂;按照重量百分比95%基础油,2.5~3%抗氧剂,油性剂0.08~3%,防锈剂0.1~0.5%,清净剂1~4.5%,破乳剂1~1000ppm,消泡剂1~800ppm。
其中,所述的基础油中水不溶性聚醚为环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的共聚物,酯类油为双酯、多元醇酯、芳香酯中的一种,水不溶性聚醚占基础油的重量百分数为60-95%。
所述的抗氧剂中无灰氨基甲酸酯类抗氧剂选自二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯、亚甲基双二辛基二硫代氨基甲酸酯、二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸酯、亚甲基双二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯中的至少一种;胺类抗氧剂为萘胺、苯二胺、喹啉中的一种或多种;其中,无灰氨基甲酸酯类抗氧剂和胺类抗氧剂的重量比为0.5:1~2:1,优选0.9:1~1.5:1。
所述油性剂为油酸二乙醇酯、二聚酸、苯***、油酰胺中的至少一种。
所述防锈剂为苯并三氮唑、磺酸钡、二羧基咪唑的脂肪酸衍生物、直链十二烯基丁二酸中的一种或几种混合物。
所述清净剂为烷基酚盐、烷基水杨酸盐、丁二酰亚胺中的一种或几种混合物。
所述破乳剂为胺与环氧化物的缩合物、油溶性聚醚、聚氧丙烷型衍生物中的至少一种。
所述消泡剂为甲基硅油、丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物、硅型和非硅型复合物中的一种或几种混合物。
本发明的聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物的制备方法按照以下步骤进行:
(1)称量:准确称量螺杆空气压缩机油组合物的各个组分,添加剂量精确到小数点后4位;
(2)预混:将各组分加入到基础油中,并且搅拌,使添加剂分散开;
(3)超声搅拌:将预混后的混合物进行超声搅拌,时间为15~30min;
(4)静置:超声搅拌之后,将上述混合物在室温下静置1.5~6h,得到聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物。
与现有技术相比,本发明的特点和有益效果是:本发明研究的聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物及制备方法,是根据螺杆压缩机实际的工作环境及温度特点决定的。
本发明的聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物优势在于以聚醚为基础油,对氧化产物有良好的溶解性,具有良好的高温氧化安定性,大大降低油泥积碳生成倾向性。加入抗氧剂,能够提高抗氧化性能,延长设备使用寿命;加入的清净剂,不仅可以分散油泥,还具有很好的酸中和能力;加入油性剂不含硫磷等元素,不会影响油品氧化性和对金属产生腐蚀性,通过形成稳定的表面膜提高润滑性和抗磨损能力;加入消泡剂能够降低空气进入带来的气泡,保持稳定的油位;抗乳化剂的加入使油品具有良好的油水分离性,降低油耗;加入防锈剂、消泡剂、油性剂提高空气压缩机油的防锈性能、抗泡性能、挤压耐磨性能,达到环境友好、节能降耗的目的,同时延长了空气压缩机油的使用寿命。
综上所述,本发明提供的聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油,一方面具有良好的润滑性能,低温气动性能;另一方面,具有良好的高温氧化稳定性,低的油泥积碳倾向性;再一方面,具有良好的油水分离性能和抗泡性能,能很好的保护螺杆空压机设备的稳定工作。
具体实施方式
为了进一步理解本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明进行描述,这些描述只是为了进一步说明本发明的特征和优点,而不是对本发明权利要求的限制。
实施例1:
本实施例的聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物,按照重量百分比,包括:
A、95%基础油,由水不溶性聚醚和酯类油组成;B、3%抗氧剂,由无灰氨基甲酸酯类抗氧剂和胺类抗氧剂组成;C、至少一种0.08%油性剂;D、至少一种0.1%防锈剂;E、至少一种1%清净剂;F、至少一种2ppm破乳剂;和G、至少一种2ppm消泡剂;
其中,所述的基础油中水不溶性聚醚环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的共聚物,酯类油为己二酸双酯,水不溶性聚醚占基础油的重量百分数为95%。
所述的抗氧剂中无灰氨基甲酸酯类抗氧剂选自二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯;胺类抗氧剂为液态辛基丁基二苯胺;其中,二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯和液态辛基丁基二苯胺的重量比为0.5:1。
本实施例的聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物的制备方法按照以下步骤进行:
(1)称量:准确称量螺杆空气压缩机油组合物的各个组分,添加剂量精确到小数点后4位;
(2)预混:将各组分加入到基础油中,并且搅拌,使添加剂分散开;
(3)超声搅拌:将预混后的混合物进行超声搅拌,时间为15min;
(4)静置:超声搅拌之后,将上述混合物在室温下静置3h,得到聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物。
实施例2:
本实施例的聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物,按照重量百分比,包括:
A、95%基础油,由水不溶性聚醚和酯类油组成;B、2.5%抗氧剂,由无灰氨基甲酸酯类抗氧剂和胺类抗氧剂组成;C、至少一种0.1%油性剂;D、至少一种0.2%防锈剂;E、至少一种1.5%清净剂;F、至少一种5ppm破乳剂;和G、至少一种3ppm消泡剂;
其中,所述的基础油中水不溶性聚醚环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的共聚物,酯类油为偏苯三酸酯,水不溶性聚醚占基础油的重量百分数为92%。
所述的抗氧剂中无灰氨基甲酸酯类抗氧剂选自亚甲基双二辛基二硫代氨基甲酸酯;胺类抗氧剂为聚1,2-二羧基-2,2,4三甲基喹啉;其中,亚甲基双二辛基二硫代氨基甲酸酯和聚1,2-二羧基-2,2,4三甲基喹啉的重量比为1:1。
所述油性剂为苯***脂肪酸胺盐。
所述防锈剂为磺酸钡。
所述清净剂为丁二酰亚胺。
所述破乳剂为聚氧丙烷型衍生物。
所述消泡剂为丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物。
本实施例的聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物的制备方法按照以下步骤进行:
(1)称量:准确称量螺杆空气压缩机油组合物的各个组分,添加剂量精确到小数点后4位;
(2)预混:将各组分加入到基础油中,并且搅拌,使添加剂分散开;
(3)超声搅拌:将预混后的混合物进行超声搅拌,时间为20min;
(4)静置:超声搅拌之后,将上述混合物在室温下静置6h,得到聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物。
实施例3
本实施例的聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物,按照重量百分比,包括:
A、95%基础油,由水不溶性聚醚和酯类油组成;B、2.5%抗氧剂,由无灰氨基甲酸酯类抗氧剂和胺类抗氧剂组成;C、至少一种0.5%油性剂;D、至少一种0.3%防锈剂;E、至少一种1%清净剂;F、至少一种4ppm破乳剂;和G、至少一种5ppm消泡剂;
其中,所述的基础油中水不溶性聚醚环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的共聚物,酯类油为三羟甲基丙烷正辛酸酯,水不溶性聚醚占基础油的重量百分数为85%。
所述的抗氧剂中无灰氨基甲酸酯类抗氧剂选自亚甲基双二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯;胺类抗氧剂为N,N-二仲丁基对苯二胺;其中,亚甲基双二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯和N,N-二仲丁基对苯二胺的重量比为2:1。
所述油性剂为油酰胺。
所述防锈剂为直链十二烯基丁二酸。
所述清净剂为丁二酰亚胺。
所述破乳剂为聚氧丙烷型衍生物。
所述消泡剂为硅型与非硅型复合物。
本实施例的聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物的制备方法按照以下步骤进行:
(1)称量:准确称量螺杆空气压缩机油组合物的各个组分,添加剂量精确到小数点后4位;
(2)预混:将各组分加入到基础油中,并且搅拌,使添加剂分散开;
(3)超声搅拌:将预混后的混合物进行超声搅拌,时间为30min;
(4)静置:超声搅拌之后,将上述混合物在室温下静置1.5h,得到聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物。
将上述具体实施例提供的聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物作为实验组;申请号为200710175271.0的“压缩机油组合物”的专利所提供的配方方案制备空气压缩机油组合物,作为对照组;将实验组和对照组分别进行基本的性能测试,测试结果如下表所示:
由上表可以看出,相对于传统的矿物油为基础油的对照组,本发明采用聚醚和酯类油组合作为基础油,增强油泥溶解性;无灰甲酸酯类抗氧剂和暗雷抗氧剂复合使用可较好的增强空压机油组合物的氧化安定性,相比于含矿物基础油的空气压缩机油,旋转氧弹时间提高了200min左右;由于聚醚合成基础油的使用,倾点极大的降低,可满足低温环境下的使用;并且粘度指数大大提高,粘温性能提高,油品稳定性大大提高。
以上描述了本发明的实施方式,但是专利所有者可以在所附权利要求的范围之内做出各种变形或修改,只要不超过本发明的权利要求所描述的保护范围,都应当在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物,其特征在于包括:A、基础油,由水不溶性聚醚和酯类油组成;B、抗氧剂,由无灰氨基甲酸酯类抗氧剂和胺类抗氧剂组成;C、至少一种油性剂;D、至少一种防锈剂;E、至少一种清净剂;F、至少一种破乳剂;和G、至少一种消泡剂;按照重量百分比95%基础油,2.5~3%抗氧剂,油性剂0.08~3%,防锈剂0.1~0.5%,清净剂1~4.5%,破乳剂1~1000ppm,消泡剂1~800ppm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物,其特征在于所述的基础油中水不溶性聚醚为环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的共聚物,酯类油为双酯、多元醇酯、芳香酯中的一种,水不溶性聚醚占基础油的重量百分数为60-95%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物,其特征在于所述的抗氧剂中无灰氨基甲酸酯类抗氧剂选自二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯、亚甲基双二辛基二硫代氨基甲酸酯、二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸酯、亚甲基双二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯中的至少一种;胺类抗氧剂为萘胺、苯二胺、喹啉中的一种或多种;其中,无灰氨基甲酸酯类抗氧剂和胺类抗氧剂的重量比为0.5:1~2:1,优选0.9:1~1.5:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物,其特征在于所述油性剂为油酸二乙醇酯、二聚酸、苯***、油酰胺中的至少一种,重量百分数为0.08~3%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物,其特征在于所述防锈剂为苯并三氮唑、磺酸钡、二羧基咪唑的脂肪酸衍生物、直链十二烯基丁二酸中的一种或几种,重量百分比为0.1~0.5%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物,其特征在于所述清净剂为烷基酚盐、烷基水杨酸盐、丁二酰亚胺中的一种或几种,重量百分数为1~4.5%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物,其特征在于所述破乳剂为胺与环氧化物的缩合物、油溶性聚醚、聚氧丙烷型衍生物中的至少一种,添加量为1~1000ppm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物,其特征在于所述消泡剂为甲基硅油、丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物、硅型和非硅型复合物中的一种或几种,添加量为1~800ppm。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物的制备方法,其特征在于按照以下步骤进行:
(1)称量:准确称量螺杆空气压缩机油组合物的各个组分,添加剂量精确到小数点后4位;
(2)预混:将各组分加入到基础油中,并且搅拌,使添加剂分散开;
(3)超声搅拌:将预混后的混合物进行超声搅拌,时间为15~30min;
(4)静置:超声搅拌之后,将上述混合物在室温下静置1.5~6h,得到聚醚螺杆空气压缩机油组合物。
