Abstract
本发明涉及一种高润滑热轧油组合物及其用途。所述组合物以重量份数计由以下组份组成:组分a):10~50份基础油;组分b):10~65份油性剂;组分c)0.1~15份极压剂;组分d):0.01~1份抗乳化剂;组分e):1~20份增粘剂;组分f)0.01~1份降凝剂。该热轧油组合物可以较好的满足热轧工艺的润滑要求,可用于普碳钢热轧轧制的润滑。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高润滑热轧油组合物及其用途。
背景技术
板带热连轧时轧件进入辊缝前,在轧件表面喷涂润滑物质,形成润滑膜。这层膜中有一小部分可能在进去轧辊前被轧件上的热量烧掉,但大部分被带入辊缝,从而在轧辊和轧件之间的接触面上形成一层薄的润滑膜。由于润滑膜与轧辊的接触时间只有百分之几秒,所以润滑膜在被烧掉之前可以起到润滑作用,减轻轧辊的磨损,避免凹坑和麻点的迅速出现。[1]
因此,热轧油是以三种状态起润滑作用:一部分燃烧,其残留的碳存在于轧辊与金属表面之间,但轧辊与碳的摩擦要比金属小;另一部分在变形区汽化和分解,从而形成一个类似于气垫的隔离层,将轧辊与金属隔离起到润滑作用,这种气体间的摩擦小于流体间的摩擦;还有一部分保持原有状态,以流体或润滑膜的形式通过变形区。[2]
使用热轧润滑,热轧吨钢平均可节电3KW·h,金属消耗降低1.0kg,轧辊消耗降低30%-50%,酸洗液消耗减少0.3-1.0kg[3][4]
文献CN105925348A公开一种用于钢的热轧油,该组合物主要包括:0-75%的基础油含量,1-12%硫化脂肪油或硫化合成酯含量,20-90%的脂肪油或合成酯含量,0-15%脂肪酸含量。文献CN 106190458A公开一种环保型热轧油,该组合物主要包括:70%季戊四醇酯,3%磷酸酯,7.5%石油磺酸盐,11%硫化烯烃,8.5%二烷基二硫代磷酸锌。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题之一是现有热轧油并不针对普碳钢热轧过程,对轧制板面的润滑不足,对轧辊的保护不够,以及残留较多,提供一种新的高润滑热轧油组合物。该组合物具有较好的润滑性能,在轧辊表面具有较好的润湿性,以及瞬时抗高压能力,可在辊缝中提供稳定的润滑,并且残留较少。本发明所要解决的技术问题之二是提供一种与解决技术问题之一相对应的热轧油组合物的用途。
为解决上述技术问题之一,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种高润滑热轧油组合物,以重量份数计由以下组分组成:
组分a):10~40份基础油;
组分b):10~65份油性剂;
组分c):0.1~15份极压剂;
组分d):0.01~1份抗乳化剂;
组分e):1~20份增粘剂;
组分f):0.01~1份降凝剂
所述基础油选自深度精制矿物油;
所述油性剂选自蓖麻油、大豆油、菜籽油、氧化菜油、花生油、油酸、亚油酸、棕榈油、二聚酸、季戊四醇油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯或饱和酸酯中的至少一种;
所述极压剂选自亚磷酸二(2-乙基己基)酯、亚磷酸二(十八烯基)酯、磷酸三甲酚酯、磷酸三丁酯、酸性磷酸酯、十八烷基硫磷酸锌、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐、硫化烯烃、硫化脂肪酸酯、硫化动物油、烷基硫化物或硫磷钼中的至少一种;
所述抗乳化剂选自胺与环氧化合物的缩合物、油溶性聚醚、聚氧丙烷型衍生物、乙二醇酯中的至少一种;

本发明所述高润滑热轧油组合物的制备方法如下:将基础油加热到45~50℃,搅拌中依次加入所需量的油性剂、极压剂、抗乳化剂、降凝剂,充分搅拌,1~2小时后,停止搅拌,静置1~2小时后过滤灌装即可。
本发明的高润滑热轧油组合物的评定方法如下:
外观:采用目测方法测定。
40℃运动黏度:GB/T 265
皂化值:GB/T 8021
倾点:GB/T 3535
抗乳化性能:抗乳化性能代表油品遇水后可以尽快将水分出来并且不易被乳化的性能。热轧油在使用过程中与水一同喷射在工作辊与轧板表面,希望热轧油遇水不易乳化,能直接作用。因此,抗乳化性能是热轧油的主要性能指标,采用GB/T 7305试验方法测试油品。
极压润滑性能:润滑油的极压润滑性能代表着润滑剂所形成润滑膜的承载能力。因此,极压润滑性能PB值和磨斑直径是衡量润滑剂润滑性能的主要指标。采用四球机试验方法(GB/T3142和SH/T 0189)测试待测油品的极压润滑性能。
下面实施例对本发明作进一步的阐述。
具体实施方式
【实施例1~6】
高润滑热轧油组合物各组份及其含量见表1。
【实施例1~6】各组合物的性能见表2。
【对比例1】
选用某钢厂在用普碳钢热轧油进行检测,性能见表2。
【对比例2】
按照文献CN106190458A公开的内容配制组合物,配方具体组分为:70%的PETO,3%的磷酸酯,11%硫化烯烃,7.5%石油磺酸盐,8.5%二烷基二硫代磷酸锌。性能见表2。

由表2可知,本发明高润滑热轧油组合物的抗磨性能优于普通国产热轧油。
所述高润滑热轧油组合物应用在国内某普碳钢热轧工艺上,生产实践表明,本发明针织机油的润滑性好,抗磨性满足工艺要求,且产品抗乳化性能良好,易于油水分离,得到厂家认可。
Claims (7)
1.一种高润滑热轧油组合物,以重量份数计由以下组分组成:
组分a):10~40份基础油;
组分b):10~65份油性剂;
组分c):0.1~15份极压剂;
组分d):0.01~1份抗乳化剂;
组分e):1~20份增粘剂;
组分f):0.01~1份降凝剂
所述基础油选自深度精制矿物油;
所述油性剂选自蓖麻油、大豆油、菜籽油、氧化菜油、花生油、油酸、亚油酸、棕榈油、二聚酸、季戊四醇油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯或饱和酸酯中的至少一种;
所述极压剂选自亚磷酸二(2-乙基己基)酯、亚磷酸二(十八烯基)酯、磷酸三甲酚酯、磷酸三丁酯、酸性磷酸酯、十八烷基硫磷酸锌、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐、硫化烯烃、硫化脂肪酸酯、硫化动物油、烷基硫化物或硫磷钼中的至少一种;
所述抗乳化剂选自胺与环氧化合物的缩合物、油溶性聚醚、聚氧丙烷型衍生物、乙二醇酯中的至少一种;
所述增粘剂选自聚异丁烯、乙丙共聚物、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、氢化苯乙烯共聚物中的至少一种;
所述降凝剂选自聚异戊二烯、烷基萘化合物、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚α-烯烃、烷基聚苯乙烯中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述高润滑热轧油组合物,其特征在于,以重量份数计,基础油的用量为10~30份;油性剂的用量20~60份;极压剂的用量为0.1~10份;抗乳化剂的用量为0.01~0.5份;增粘剂的用量为1~15份;降凝剂的用量为0.01~0.5份。
3.根据权利要求2所述高润滑热轧油组合物,其特征在于,以重量份数计,基础油的用量为20~30份;油性剂的用量为30~60份;极压剂的用量为0.5~10份;抗乳化剂的用量为0.01~0.1份;增粘剂的用量为1~10份;降凝剂的用量为0.01~0.1份。
4.根据权利要求1所述高润滑热轧油组合物,其特征在于,所述油性剂选自蓖麻油、大豆油、菜籽油、氧化菜油、花生油、油酸、亚油酸、棕榈油、二聚酸、季戊四醇油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯或饱和酸酯中的至少两种。
5.根据权利要求1所述高润滑热轧油组合物,其特征在于,所述极压剂选自亚磷酸二(2-乙基己基)酯、亚磷酸二(十八烯基)酯、磷酸三甲酚酯、磷酸三丁酯、酸性磷酸酯、十八烷基硫磷酸锌、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐、硫化烯烃、硫化脂肪酸酯、硫化动物油、烷基硫化物或硫磷钼中的至少两种。
6.根据权利要求1所述高润滑热轧油组合物,其特征在于,所述极压剂选自亚磷酸二(2-乙基己基)酯、亚磷酸二(十八烯基)酯、磷酸三甲酚酯、磷酸三丁酯、酸性磷酸酯、十八烷基硫磷酸锌、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐、硫化烯烃、硫化脂肪酸酯、硫化动物油、烷基硫化物或硫磷钼中的至少三种。
7.权利要求1~6任一所述的高润滑热轧油组合物用于普碳钢板带热轧轧制过程的润滑。
