Description

多层信息存贮***
本发明涉及一种信息存贮***，该***包括一个由信息层和隔离层交替组成的一个堆栈形成的光学记录载体和一个扫描该信息层的装置，该装置包括一个辐射源、一套用来将从该辐射源发出的一个辐射光束有选择地聚焦在各个信息层上的聚焦装置和一个聚焦伺服***。本发明还涉及一种扫描一个光学记录载体各信息层的装置和一个具有多个信息层的光学记录载体。
一个多层记录载体包括一个由被隔离层一一分开的信息层组成的堆栈，其中每一个信息层上均可记录信息。与单层记录载体相比，这种多层记录载体的信息存贮容量大，使用方便，并降低了存贮单位信息所需媒质的价格。通过一个辐射光束能以独立于其它信息的方式对各个信息层进行扫描。根据记录载体的类型的不同，在扫描期间可以将信息写入一个信息层和/或可将已写入的信息读出或擦去。一个堆栈中的信息层可用从该记录载体一侧入射的辐射光束进行扫描。因扫描不同信息层时，由辐射光束产生的扫描点的高度或轴的位置也不同。若将记录载体变为双面记录载体，则记录载体上的信息容量可以进一步提高。这时记录载体的两面均含有一个信息层堆栈，每个堆栈可从不同的一侧进行扫描。信息层堆栈也可放在一个衬底上，但如果需透过该衬底扫描，该衬底应该是透明的。
为使记录载体的信息容量尽可能大，应使信息层的层数最多，以降低存贮单位信息的成本。然而，堆栈能容纳的信息层的层数一方面受堆栈的最大厚度限制，另一方面受信息层之间必需的最小相互间距限制。信息层的最小相互间距由信息层之间的串音决定，即由来自被扫描的层的辐射产生的信号的质量受到来自其它层的辐射的不利的影响。欧洲专利申请No.0 605 924揭示了一种信息存贮***，其中信息层之间的最小距离由表示信息层中存贮的信息的信号之间能容许的串音决定。然而，这种类型的***的缺点在于通过扫描点来跟踪该信息层变得很困难。
本发明的一个特别的目标是提供一个信息存贮***，它能适当地扫描各信息层，同时价格较低。
根据本发明的第一方面，开始章节描述的信息存贮***已达此目标，其特征在于每一个隔离层的厚度至少是隔离层的折射率与伺服***的所谓S曲线的峰峰距离的乘积的1.5倍。

在此***的一个优选实施例中，隔离层的厚度小于隔离层的折射率与聚焦伺服***的S曲线的峰峰间距的乘积的4倍。较大的厚度使记录载体的信息密度不必要地降低。这个厚度最好约等于隔离层折射率与峰峰间距的乘积的2倍。
本发明的第二方面涉及信息层堆栈的最大厚度。欧洲专利申请No.0 517 491揭示了一个包含有用来阅读一个多层记录载体中信息层的一个装置的信息存贮***。该装置包括一个可以调节的球面象差补偿器以补偿该装置的辐射光束穿过记录载体材料时产生的球面象差。因为各信息层位于记录载体的不同高度上，该装置对每一信息层各使用一套特定的补偿器。这个已知的信息存贮***的缺点是对每一个信息层要分别有一个补偿器。实现此目的的补偿器很复杂且较贵。这样每单位信息记录载体的较低成本就被较贵的扫描装置抵消了。
根据本发明的第二方面，此信息存贮***的特征在于聚焦设备在辐射光束中引入一个固定的、与堆栈匹配的球面象差，该球面象差能补偿当辐射光束被聚焦在信息层堆栈约一半高度处时产生的球面象差。

由于由记录载体的横向材料厚度产生的球面象差依赖于材料的折射率和辐射光束的数值孔径，故上文提到的足够小球面象差的范围的大小也依赖于这些参数。由于最外层的信息层的高度应在此正确地进行扫描的范围内，故该堆栈的最大厚度是堆栈中材料的折射率和聚焦设备的数值孔径的函数这一点是较为可取的。

图1表示根据本发明的一个光学信息存贮***。该***包括一个多层光学记录载体1，它具有一个堆栈2，该堆栈由三个被隔离层6和7分开的信息层3、4和5组成。每一个信息层至少部分反射入射在其上的辐射光束，而层3和4至少部分透过入射在它们上面的辐射光束。每个信息层上有平行的轨道，轨道8垂直图所在的平面，并只标出了层3中的轨道。信息可存贮在轨道8之间或之中(图中未示出)的光学可读区域中。可读的区域可包括信息层中的坑或凸点和反射率或磁场方向与周围环境不同的区域。***中还包括装置10以扫描该信息层。该装置包括产生辐射光束12的辐射源11，例如，激光二极管。光束分离器13(例如半透明的镜面)向聚焦设备14(例如物镜)发送光束，聚焦设备将光束聚焦到信息层3、4或5中的一个信息层的扫描点15上。信息层反射的部分辐射光束通过物镜14和光束分离器13被传送到检测***16上。当记录载体1在信息层平面内相对于扫描点15移动时，扫描点将扫描一个信息层的一个轨道。由信息层反射的辐射光束被贮存在信息层中的信息所调制，该调制信号可用检测***16进行检测。检测***和处理电路17将该调制信号转换为电信号Si，表示被从记录载体中读出的信息。通过改变沿物镜14的光轴的扫描点的位置(例如改变物镜的轴向位置或者改变装置中全部光学元件即辐射源、光束分离器、物镜和检测***的位置)可以将扫描点定位在不同的信息层上。
装置10提供一个聚焦伺服***以在相对于该扫描点移动信息层时将扫描点15适当地聚焦在一个信息层上。聚焦误差信号Sf，即表示扫描点与信息层之间轴向距离的信号，可以通过美国专利No.4,023,033中介绍的所谓象散方法来得到。这时检测***16的对辐射敏感的表面被分为四个象限16a、16b、16c、16d，如图2所示，每一象限均与处理电路17相连。将四个象限的信号加起来就得到了信息层的信号Si。为适当地检测该聚焦误差，装置10在入射到检测***16上的辐射光束引入了象散，例如通过光束分离器13。结果，在检测***16上的辐射点的形状作为在形状18、19和20之间的聚焦误差的函数而变化，该三种形状18、19和20如图2中所示分别是对于聚焦在该信息层以下，聚焦在该信息层和聚焦在该信息层以上的三种情况而言的。分别将对象角限的信号相加得到两个和，比较两个和之间的差异就得出聚焦误差信号Sf。将聚焦误差信号Sf用作一个聚焦伺服电路21的输入，该电路21包括伺服电子装置。电路21的输出用于控制直线感应电动机22以改变物镜14的轴向位置，从而影响聚焦误差。
装置10还提供径向伺服***以使扫描点15保持在信息层的轨道上。径向误差信号Sr，即表示扫描点15的中心与要扫描的轨道8的中心线间的距离的信号，可以通过所谓双光束方法获得，此法可参照，例如，美国专利No.3,876,842。这时，装置10中要有一个分离设备，例如光栅23，放在辐射光束12的路径上。光栅将光束12分为+1阶、-1阶和0阶光束，即第一跟踪光束24，第二跟踪光束25，和主光束26。为简明起见，图中只示出了第一跟踪光束和主光束的全部路径。通过物镜***，两个跟踪光束和主光束被聚焦在要被扫描的信息层如图1所示的信息层3上的三个点上。为清楚起见，图1中第一跟踪光束24和主光束26在物镜处的位置的差异被夸大了。图3表示在设有径向跟踪误差中的情况下，信息层3上产生的三个点的位置。轨道间隔或者轨道周期等于q。轨道27是当前正扫描的轨道。第一和第二跟踪光束分别产生跟踪点28和29。主光束26形成的扫描点15落在轨道27上。如果没有跟踪误差，如图3，跟踪点与轨道27的中线的间距等于x0。x0的值依赖于从跟踪光束的辐射中获得径向跟踪误差信号的方法。一般为q/4或3q/4。如图1所示，从信息层上反射的二个跟踪光束24和25经物镜14和分光器13分别被送到检测***30和31上。检测***30和31与处理电路17相连，它将来自检测***30和31的信号相减得出径向误差信号Sr。把径向误差信号Sr用作包括伺服电子装置的伺服电路32的输入。电路32的输出用于控制直线感应电动机以改变物镜14的横向位置，从而影响径向误差。
通常，在主光束26被聚焦的信息层附近出现其它信息层将以串音的形式产生聚焦误差信号Sf，正如下文参照图4所作的解释。图4表示聚焦误差信号Sf作为扫描点15的轴向位移z的函数。曲线35即为信息层3的所谓S曲线。它有两个极值36和37以及极值之间的零交点38。当扫描点落在零交点38表示的轴向位置时，扫描点位于信息层3的平面内。在扫描此层时，聚焦伺服***，包括检测***16、处理电路17、聚焦伺服电路21和步进电机22，将保持扫描点在零交点38上。同时，邻近的信息层4也产生S曲线39的聚焦误差信号，导致对S曲线35的串音。于是扫描点15将不再落在信息层3上，而是在信息层3和4之间。这种失调可3通过增加信息层3和4的距离即增加S曲线35和39的距离来避免。S曲线的接近还导致曲线形状的非对称，它可能导致伺服聚焦***的归零问题。S曲线的距离最好至少是曲线峰峰间距Sp的4倍以上以避免失调和非对称。相应地信息层的最小距离是4nSp，其中n是信息层之间的隔离层6的折射率。为使记录载体有高的信息密度，最大距离最好是8nSp。
在根据本发明的一个实施例中，通过降低聚焦误差信号的串音来降低信息层的最小间距。如前文所述，串音是由于来自当前没被扫描的信息层的辐射光束被传送到检测***16上而产生的。由于当前没被扫描的信息层不在扫描点15所在的平面，来自这些平面的辐射光束不会被聚焦到检测***16上，从而在检测***的对辐射敏感的表面上产生较大的光点。检测***16的对辐射敏感的表面以图2中元件16的***矩形边为界。在根据本发明的实施例装置中，对辐射敏感的表面的尺寸做得比普通装置的小。对辐射敏感的表面的最大尺寸最好小于当辐射光束被光学聚焦在信息层上时在其表面上产生的光点的直径的3倍。这样从未被扫描的信息层来的辐射光束的影响较小，因而串音也小。对辐射敏感的表面的最大尺寸最好大于所述光点直径的1.5倍。因为更小的尺寸将使如图2中所示的形状18和20的辐射中的一部分落在对辐射敏感的表面之外，从而降低聚焦误差信号的幅度及Sp的值。对图2的检测***16而言，这意味着正方形辐射敏感的表面的对角线长度最好在形状19的直径的1.5倍到3倍之间。30μm的光点的直径导致对角线长度范围为45μm至90μm，推荐选用60μm。当使用象散聚焦方法时，辐射光点的直径是所谓最小弥散圆的直径。对其它的辐射光点来说，其直径等于包围光点90％能量的圆的直径。
图4中的虚线表示小的检测***16对S曲线的影响。每个S曲线的总长度被降低到小于Sp长度的两倍，从而也降低S曲线39对S曲线35的串音。这时信息层的最小间距可以降为1.5nSp。最大间距最好为3nSp。在此范围内最佳间距为2nSp。当峰峰距离等于12μm和隔离层的折射率为1.56时，隔离层的厚度为28μm至56μm，推荐值为37μm。一个特别为扫描多层记录载体设计的聚焦伺服***的峰峰间距为8μm。这是通过增加入射到检测***16上的辐射光束的数值孔径并在此光束中引入适量的象散而达到的。所述8μm峰峰间距和值为1.56的折射率给出的优选厚度范围是19μm至37μm。在上述范围的低端上的串音引起的小的聚焦失调可以用电失调来补偿。电失调的值依赖于隔离层的厚度和信息层的反射率。
尽管上面的讨论基于根据象散方法的聚焦伺服***，本发明并不局限于这种方法。它可以用于每一个包含具有S曲线的聚焦伺服***的***中。例如，使用傅科(Foucault)方法或刃口检验方法的美国专利No.4,533,826和使用束流截面大小方法的日本专利No.60-217 535中揭示的伺服***。对于具有一个分割面的细长的傅科检测器来说，对辐射敏感的表面的最大尺寸定义为垂直于它的分割线进行测量的所述表面的总宽度。
邻近扫描点的未扫描信息层也对径向误差信息Sr产生串音，其形成方式大致与聚焦误差信号Sf中的串音相同。从当前扫描的信息层反射的两个跟踪光束24、25分别在检测***30和31上产生相当小的辐射光点。从当前未被扫描的信息层反射的光束在检测***上产生较大的辐射光点。因而检测***30和31的尺寸应尽可能小。每个检测***的对辐射敏感的表面的对角线的长度优选范围为被光学聚焦在一个信息层上的跟踪光束在表面上形成的辐射光点的直径的1至3倍。被分割线分开的对辐射敏感的表面在决定其长度时被视为一个表面。
被当前未扫描的信息层反射的主光束26形成一个中心在检测***16上的辐射光点。根据决定此光点大小的隔离层的厚度大小，此辐射光点可能落在检测***30和31上。由于主光束的强度通常远大于跟踪光束的强度，主光束在径向误差信号上产生的串音可能相当可观。根据本发明，通过选择主光束的功率小于每个跟踪光束功率的6倍，可以降低串音。被降低的主光束的功率仍足以在大多数类型的信息层上写入或擦去信息。
上述两种降低径向误差信号间的串音的措施与用于产生径向误差信号的方法无关。实施上述措施之一或全部措施的例子有：美国专利No.4,057,833揭示的单束推挽方法，欧洲专利申请No.0201 603中的双光束推挽方法，和美国专利No.3,376,842中的三光束方法。
主光束26穿过记录载体1的材料产生的球面象差可通过在光束中引入相反符号的球面象差来补偿。通过设计物镜14使其引入对于扫描点15在记录载体中的一个确定高度上该光束中所需的球面象差，物镜14可以具有补偿器的功能。这种物镜可参照欧洲专利No.0 146 178(US4668056)。当扫描点的高度偏离被补偿的球面象差的高度时，另外的没有被补偿的球面象差就被引入到主光束中。它使扫描点15的质量下降，这可以用该扫描点的Strehl强度的一个减少的r值来表示。另外的象差的值是高度偏离的奇函数，导致扫描点随高度偏离的正、负有不同的强度分布。尽管有强度分布的不同，信息信号Si的质量依赖于象差值平方的倒数。因而，等量的正向和负向高度偏离引起相同的信息信号质量的降低。因此，存在一个只引起小的信息信号质量降低的厚度范围，此范围对称地分布在辐射光束被补偿的高度的两侧。此范围由***要求的信息信号的最低质量决定。此范围也可以用由球面象差导致的Strehl强度r的最大可能的降低表示。通常，扫描装置的设计者对由所有光学象差引起的Strehl强度的降低有一个预计容限。此预计容限的一部分分配给由球面象差引起的Strehl强度的降低。这个容限部分决定了上述范围的大小。
根据本发明，信息层堆栈2位于与所能容许的信息信号的质量的降低相应的厚度范围内。当堆栈的最外层也落在允许的厚度范围内时，所有的信息层都可用已很好地校正过的扫描点进行扫描。为使此范围的应用达到最佳程度，在主光束中引入一定量的球面象差，使约位于堆栈一半高度处的扫描点基本上没有球面象差。如果此范围即堆栈2的最大厚度用2d表示，则 2 d = 34 n 3 λ r ( n 2 - 1 ) ( NA ) 4 其中n是隔离层的折射率，λ是辐射光束的真空波长，NA是物镜14的数值孔径。如果***具有如下的参数值：λ＝780nm，n＝1.56，NA＝0.52，r＝0.05，则2d＝215μm。因此，***的信息层堆栈的高度可高达215μm。因此堆栈中所有的信息层可由具有一个经过充分地校正过的扫描点的装置进行扫描。如果该装置的S曲线的峰峰距离为12μm，相应的信息层的最佳间距为37μm，则该堆栈可包含五层信息层。
图5表示包含了一个透明衬底41的记录载体40，该衬底在一侧具有一个使主光束入射的入口面42，在另一侧是包括信息3、4和5的堆栈2。对于该主光束在关于由一个具有一个标称厚度的衬底和由堆栈2的厚度的一半引起的球面象差方面进行校正。由于衬底厚度的变化引起的额外的球面象差降低堆栈的最大厚度。对于上述一组参数值，衬底的峰峰厚度容限为100μm，且衬底材料的折射率为1.56时，堆栈的最大厚度为215-100＝115μm。这时堆栈只能包含三层信息层，而不是五层。根据本发明的具有如图5所示的记录载体的另一个实施例***，该***对球面象差的容限较小，具有如下的参数值：λ＝635nm，n＝1.56，NA＝0.52，Sp＝8μm，r＝0.01，衬底的厚度容限是40μm。则2d的范围是78μm，记录载体的堆栈层的最大厚度是78-40＝38μm。信息层的最佳间距2nSp等于25μm。因而，堆栈只能包含二个信息层。为进一步降低邻近层引起的串音，间距可以增大到38μm而不会影响贮存在记录载体中的最大信息量。这种记录载体的信息层可以用只有单一的固定的球面象差补偿的装置扫描。
一个或者更多个隔离层的折射率可以等于1，即隔离层为空气层。例如，图5中的隔离层6的折射率可以为1。这时记录载体40包括衬底42和信息层4和5，信息层3是衬底42的一个表面，例如凸起的表面，信息层4和5分别是构成隔离层7的一个板的两个表面。该板和该衬底之间有隔离环(图中未画出)以使其保持所需的距离。从上述公式看，很显然空气隔离层不会产生球面象差。因此，堆栈2的最大厚度等于用隔离层7的折射率代入上述公式算得的2d的值与隔离层6的厚度的和，如果需要的话再减去衬底厚度的容限值。用空气隔离层代替固体隔离层使信息层的可能的层数增加一层。
如果衬底的折射率不等于隔离层的折射率，必须首先计算衬底产生的最大额外球面象差，必须从由于球面象差引起的最大允许的Strehl强度的降低中减去由上述的由衬底导致的Strehl强度的降低。然后才能用剩余的容限去计算堆栈的最大厚度。
记录载体可以有多个信息层的堆栈。一个用于扫描这些信息层的装置要有一个可调的球面象差补偿器，该补偿器对这些信息层的各个堆栈只需设置一次补偿。
用单一的球面象差补偿扫描信息层的一个堆栈的特点可以与信息层具有最小间距的特点有利地结合起来。减少最小间距可增加在确定厚度的堆栈中容纳的信息层数。因此，这种最小间距的减少增大了记录载体的信息密度和用单一补偿可以扫描的信息层层数。从而它可提供高密度的记录载体和较低成本的扫描装置。然而，它的应用并不限于以上两个特点的结合。例如一个应用所述第一个特点而没有采用所述第二个特点的***用两个辐射光束来扫描记录载体。第一个光束的扫描点由一个信息层引导，而第二个光束的扫描点的位置与第一个扫描点耦合并扫描一个或更多的其它信息层。因此，在伺服误差信号中没有串音，相应地，信息层的间距可降低。根据所述第一个特点，堆栈的高度为第二个光束产生的球面象差所限制。一个使用所述第二个特点而不采用所述第一个特点的实施例***包含一个分别对每个信息层提供补偿的球面象差补偿器。信息层的最小间距由对于聚焦和/或跟踪伺服***的误差信号的串音决定，而对信息层堆栈的最大高度没有限制。

Claims (25)

1.一个信息存贮***，该***包括一个含有被隔离层一一分开的一个信息层堆栈的光学记录载体和一个用于扫描该信息层的装置，该装置包括一个辐射源、用于有选择地将辐射源的辐射光束聚焦在各信息层上的聚焦装置以及一个聚焦伺服***，
其特征在于每个隔离层的厚度至少是隔离层折射率与聚焦伺服***的S曲线的峰峰间距的乘积的1.5倍。
2.如权利要求1的信息存贮***，其特征在于隔离层的厚度小于隔离层折射率与聚焦伺服***的S曲线的峰峰间距的乘积的4倍。
3.如权利要求1或2的信息存贮***，其特征在于该聚焦装置在辐射光束中引入一个固定的、与堆栈相关的球面象差以使此象差能补偿当辐射光束被聚焦在信息层堆栈的一半高度处时产生的球面象差。
4.如权利要求1或2的信息存贮***，其特征在于该堆栈的厚度小于一个值2d，2d是堆栈材料的折射率和聚焦装置的数值孔径的一个函数。
5.如权利要求4的信息存贮***，其特征在于2d也是所能容许的由球面象差引起的扫描点的Strehl强度最大降低量的一个函数。
6.如权利要求5的信息存贮***，其特征在于2d被定义为 2 d = 34 n 3 λ r ( n 2 - 1 ) ( NA ) 4 其中n是隔离层的折射率，λ是辐射光束的真空波长，NA是聚焦设备的数值孔径，r是最大可容许的由球面象差引起的Strehl强度的降低。
7.如权利要求6的信息存贮***，其中该记录载体包含一个透明衬底，该衬底的一面是辐射光束的入口面，另一面为所述堆栈，其特征在于该堆栈的厚度小于2d减去衬底的厚度容限。
8.一种用于权利要求1的信息存储***中的设备，该设备用于扫描在一个光学记录载体中由隔离层分开的信息层，该设备包括一个辐射源，用于有选择地将辐射源的辐射光束聚焦在各信息层上的聚焦装置以及一个聚焦伺服***，
其特征在于该聚焦伺服***的S曲线的峰峰间距小于或等于每个隔离层的厚度除以该隔离层折射率的1.5倍。
9.如权利要求8的设备，其特征在于该聚焦伺服***的S曲线的峰峰间距小于或等于每个隔离层的厚度除以该隔离层的折射率的4倍。
10.一个用于扫描一个光学记录载体的信息层的装置，该装置含有一个辐射源、用于有选择地将该辐射源的辐射光束聚焦在各信息层上的聚焦装置和一个包括具有一个对辐射敏感的表面的检测***的伺服***，其特征在于对辐射敏感的表面的最大尺寸小于当辐射光束被最佳聚焦在要扫描的信息层上时来自记录载体的辐射在该对辐射敏感的表面上形成的辐射光点的直径的3倍。
11.如权利要求10的装置，其中在辐射源和聚焦装置之间的光路上安放了分离装置以从辐射光束产生两个伺服光束和一个主光束，其特征在于主光束的功率小于每个伺服光束的功率的6倍。
12.一个在记录载体的不同高度上有多个信息层的光学记录载体，该信息层被隔离层分开，该记录载体适合于用有固定球面象差补偿的聚焦辐射光束进行阅读，其特征在于最高和最低信息层的间距小于由下式定义的值2d 2 d = 34 n 3 λ r ( n 2 - 1 ) ( NA ) 4 其中n是隔离层的折射率，λ是被聚焦的辐射光束的真空波长，NA是聚焦辐射光束的数值孔径，r是0.01。
13.如权利要求12的光学记录载体，它包括一个透明的衬底，衬底的一边是辐射光束的入口面，另一边是所述堆栈，其特征在于最高和最低信息层的间距小于2d减去该衬底的厚度容限。
14.一个用于扫描一个光学记录载体的装置，该光学记录载体具有一个被一个或多个隔离层一一分开的信息层堆栈，该装置含有一个辐射源、用于有选择地将该辐射源的辐射光束聚焦在各记录层上的聚焦装置，其特征在于该聚焦装置在辐射光束中引入一个与堆栈相关的球面象差以使此象差能补偿当辐射光束在经过该记录介质被聚焦在信息层堆栈的一半高度处时产生的球面象差。
15.如权利要求14的装置，其特征在于该装置具有一个聚焦伺服***，用于扫描一个堆栈中的信息层，该堆栈的厚度小于一个值2d，2d是堆栈材料的折射率和聚焦装置的数值孔径的一个函数。
16.如权利要求15的装置，其特征在于2d被定义为 2 d = 34 n 3 λ r ( n 2 - 1 ) ( NA ) 4 其中n是隔离层的折射率，λ是辐射光束的真空波长，NA是聚焦设备的数值孔径。r是最大可容许的由球面象差引起的Strehl强度的降低。

19.一种光学记录载体，其可由入射在该记录载体的入口面并由聚焦装置聚焦的辐射束扫描，该聚焦装置具有在辐射光束通过一个具有一个折射率的预定厚度的透明材料被聚焦时对所产生的球面像差进行补偿的球面像差校正功能，该记录载体包括一个被一个或多个隔离层一一分开的信息层堆栈，其特征在于该记录载体从入口面到该信息层堆栈一半高度的厚度和折射率基本上等于该透明材料的厚度和折射率。
20.如权利要求19的光学记录介质，其特征在于该堆栈的厚度小于一个值2d，2d是堆栈材料的折射率和聚焦装置的数值孔径的一个函数。
21.如权利要求20的光学记录介质，其特征在于2d被定义为 2 d = 34 n 3 λ r ( n 2 - 1 ) ( NA ) 4 其中n是隔离层的折射率，λ是辐射光束的真空波长，NA是聚焦设备的数值孔径。r是最大可容许的由球面象差引起的Strehl强度的降低。
