Abstract

本发明的目的在于提供一种电渣熔铸生产过程中涂覆在自耗电极、结晶器内壁表面的绝缘、高温防氧化涂料,所述涂料是由氧化铝粉、氟化钙、抗氧化剂、粘结剂、悬浮剂、溶剂混合配制而成,其质量比为,氟化钙:氧化铝粉:抗氧化剂:粘结剂:悬浮剂:溶剂=1.8‑2.2:4.5‑5.5:0.4‑0.6:0.7‑1.3:0.4‑0.6:2‑4。该涂料能够减弱自耗电极在渣池高温烘烤下产生氧化铁的趋势,并能够有效防止安全间隙过小情况下,电极与结晶器接触短路产生电弧损坏结晶器的情况。

Description

一种电渣熔铸用绝缘抗氧化涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种极大宽厚比异形板坯电渣熔铸生产过程中在自耗电极表面使用的高温保护涂料,具体提供一种应用于电渣熔铸行业的电极表面高温绝缘防氧化涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
电渣熔铸以精炼和凝固双优特长,成为高品质铸件的重要生产方法。在电渣熔铸过程中,电极埋入高温渣池中,渣池中心温度达1700~1900℃,熔渣表面外的部分电极容易被氧化,在电极表面形成氧化皮,随着电极下移,氧化皮被带入渣中,再通过扩散进入钢中,增加了钢的氧含量,且分布不均匀,降低了电渣熔铸件的冶金纯净度。
另外,对于大宽厚比异形板坯的电渣熔铸,局部位置安全间隙小,伴随熔铸过程的进行,极易发生电极与结晶器接触短路进而产生电弧损坏结晶器,使熔铸过程被迫结束而造成废品的情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电渣熔铸生产过程中涂覆在自耗电极、结晶器内壁表面的高温防氧化抗腐蚀涂料,该涂料能够减弱自耗电极在渣池高温烘烤下产生氧化铁的趋势,并能够有效防止安全间隙过小情况下,电极与结晶器接触短路产生电弧损坏结晶器的情况。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种电渣熔铸用绝缘抗氧化涂料,其特征在于:所述涂料是由氧化铝粉、氟化钙、抗氧化剂、粘结剂、悬浮剂、溶剂混合配制而成;
其质量比为,氟化钙:氧化铝粉:抗氧化剂:粘结剂:悬浮剂:溶剂=1.8-2.2:4.5-5.5:0.4-0.6:0.7-1.3:0.4-0.6:2-4。优选配比为氟化钙:氧化铝粉:抗氧化剂:粘结剂:悬浮剂:溶剂=2:5:0.5:1:0.5:3。采用该优选配比制备的涂料,在U=100v、小安全间隙下,绝缘及抗氧化性能良好。
其中,所述氧化铝粉的粒度≤15μm,氟化钙的粒度≤50μm,抗氧化剂的粒度≤5μm。
本发明所述电渣熔铸用绝缘抗氧化涂料,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂为氮化硼,所述粘结剂为环氧树脂,所述悬浮剂为工业品钠基膨润土,所述溶剂为水。
本发明所述电渣熔铸用绝缘抗氧化涂料的制备方法为:将溶剂放入带搅拌器的容器内,低速(优选10-40rpm)搅拌,搅拌的同时加入悬浮剂,高速(优选60-80rpm)搅拌均匀,再加入粘结剂,继续搅拌均匀后,依次加入氟化钙、氧化铝粉、抗氧化剂充分搅拌均匀,即得。
本发明所述电渣熔铸用绝缘抗氧化涂料用于电渣熔铸生产过程中涂覆在自耗电极及结晶器内壁表面以实现高温防氧化抗腐蚀的作用,具体使用方法为:
1)、自耗电极及结晶器铜板表面打磨至金属光泽,涂料搅拌均匀;
2)、采用涂料刷将涂料涂覆在自耗电极及结晶器表面,单层厚度小于1mm,涂覆之后,采用火焰或入炉烘烤(优选200℃)至涂料凝固;
3)、重复步骤2),至电极及结晶器表面涂层厚度为2-4mm,既得。
本发明所述绝缘抗氧化涂料能够有效减少渣池不稳定氧化物含量,从而改善铸件的冶金质量,并能够消除电极与结晶器接触短路现象,从而提高熔铸过程的稳定性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种电渣熔铸用绝缘抗氧化涂料,是由填料氟化钙、氧化铝粉、氮化硼、环氧树脂、工业品钠基膨润土、水混合配制而成,其质量配比为1.8:4.5:0.4:0.7:0.4:2。
配制方法为:将水放入带搅拌器的容器内,低速(40rpm)搅拌,搅拌的同时加入工业品钠基膨润土,高速(80rpn)搅拌均匀,再加入环氧树脂,继续搅拌均匀后,依次加入氟化钙、氧化铝粉、氮化硼充分搅拌均匀,即得。
将所得涂料采用涂料刷涂覆于20mm厚碳钢板表面,单层厚度小于1mm,涂覆之后,采用火焰烘烤至涂料凝固,再反复涂覆至碳钢板表面涂层厚度为3mm,采用手工电弧焊进行短路试验(U=45v),未发生击穿。
实施例2
一种电渣熔铸用绝缘抗氧化涂料,是由填料氟化钙、氧化铝粉、氮化硼、环氧树脂、工业品钠基膨润土、水混合配制而成,其质量配比为2.2:5.5:0.6:1.3:0.6:4。
将配制好的涂料按实施例1的方法涂覆于某产品自耗电极表面及结晶器表面,熔铸过程中将自耗电极与结晶器铜板接触(给定熔铸电压U=100v),未发生短路现象,熔铸过程稳定进行,产品常规化学成分及力学性能与未涂覆涂料产品一致,氧含量由电极的130ppm,降至80ppm,产品冶金质量得到提高。
实施例3
一种电渣熔铸用绝缘抗氧化涂料,是由填料氟化钙、氧化铝粉、氮化硼、环氧树脂、工业品钠基膨润土、水混合配制而成,其质量配比为2:5:0.5:1:0.5:3。
将配制好的涂料按实施例1的方法涂覆于大宽厚比板坯自耗电极及结晶器表面,熔铸过程稳定进行(给定熔铸电压U=80v-130v),氧含量由电极的115ppm,降至70ppm。产品冶金质量得到提高。

1.一种电渣熔铸用绝缘抗氧化涂料,其特征在于:所述涂料是由氧化铝粉、氟化钙、抗氧化剂、粘结剂、悬浮剂、溶剂混合配制而成;
其质量比为,氟化钙:氧化铝粉:抗氧化剂:粘结剂:悬浮剂:溶剂=1.8-2.2:4.5-5.5:0.4-0.6:0.7-1.3:0.4-0.6:2-4;
所述氧化铝粉的粒度≤15μm,氟化钙的粒度≤50μm,抗氧化剂的粒度≤5μm。
2.按照权利要求1所述电渣熔铸用绝缘抗氧化涂料,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂为氮化硼。
3.按照权利要求1所述电渣熔铸用绝缘抗氧化涂料,其特征在于:所述粘结剂为环氧树脂。
4.按照权利要求1所述电渣熔铸用绝缘抗氧化涂料,其特征在于:所述悬浮剂为工业品钠基膨润土。
5.按照权利要求1所述电渣熔铸用绝缘抗氧化涂料,其特征在于:所述溶剂为水。
6.按照权利要求1所述电渣熔铸用绝缘抗氧化涂料,其特征在于:原料质量比为,氟化钙:氧化铝粉:抗氧化剂:粘结剂:悬浮剂:溶剂=2:5:0.5:1:0.5:3。
7.一种权利要求1所述电渣熔铸用绝缘抗氧化涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:将溶剂放入带搅拌器的容器内,10-40rpm速度下搅拌,搅拌的同时加入悬浮剂,高速60-80rpm速度下搅拌均匀,再加入粘结剂,继续搅拌均匀后,依次加入氟化钙、氧化铝粉、抗氧化剂充分搅拌均匀,即得。
8.一种权利要求1所述电渣熔铸用绝缘抗氧化涂料的应用,其特征在于:所述涂料用于电渣熔铸生产过程中涂覆在自耗电极及结晶器内壁表面以实现高温防氧化抗腐蚀的作用,具体使用方法为:
1)、自耗电极及结晶器铜板表面打磨至金属光泽,涂料搅拌均匀;
2)、采用涂料刷将涂料涂覆在自耗电极及结晶器表面,单层厚度小于1mm,涂覆之后,采用火焰或入炉烘烤至涂料凝固;
3)、重复步骤2),至电极及结晶器表面涂层厚度为2-4mm,既得。
