本发明提供了一种耐刮油画布,其能解决现有的油画布耐刮性能难以满足要求的技术问题。一种耐刮油画布,其包括依次设置的基材、吸墨内层、吸墨中层和吸墨表层,其特征在于:吸墨内层包括按重量份计的以下原料,水性丙烯酸乳液35份,天然石粉18份;吸墨中层包括按重量份计的以下原料,醋酸乙烯乳液30份,天然石粉16份,聚乙烯醇4份;吸墨表层包括按重量份计的以下原料,水性丙烯酸乳液35份,天然石粉18份,聚乙烯醇6.5份、滑石粉12份、环氧改性硅油10份、聚酰胺2份。

一种耐刮油画布及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及油画布领域,具体涉及一种耐刮油画布及其生产方法。
背景技术
现有的油画布包括基材和涂层,基材是以纤维素和蛋白质等天然高分子化合物为原料,经化学加工制成高分子浓缩液,然后经纺丝和后处理而制成纺织纤维,再编制成的基布;涂层是将天然石粉、PVC混合搅拌成的浆料于基布上涂布形成;使用时先将基布有涂层一面喷绘打画后摆放在需要的位置。然而该种传统油画布的耐刮性能难以满足要求。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种耐刮油画布,其能解决现有的油画布耐刮性能难以满足要求的技术问题。
其技术方案是这样的,一种耐刮油画布,其包括依次设置的基材、吸墨内层、吸墨中层和吸墨表层,其特征在于:
所述吸墨内层包括按重量份计的以下原料,水性丙烯酸乳液35份,天然石粉18份;
所述吸墨中层包括按重量份计的以下原料,醋酸乙烯乳液30份,天然石粉16份,聚乙烯醇4份;
所述吸墨表层包括按重量份计的以下原料,水性丙烯酸乳液35份,天然石粉18份,聚乙烯醇6.5份、滑石粉12份、环氧改性硅油10份、聚酰胺2份。
进一步的,所述天然石粉的粒径为5μm~8μm,所述滑石粉粒径为3μm~5μm。
进一步的,所述基材为化纤编织布。
本发明还提供了上述耐刮油画布的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将所述吸墨内层的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至60℃搅拌5分钟,形成的浆料以35g/m2-50 g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在基材上,形成吸墨内层,并进行烘干处理;
S2、将所述吸墨中层的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至68℃搅拌5分钟,形成的浆料以35g/m2-50 g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在吸墨内层上,形成吸墨中层,并进行烘干处理;
S3、将所述吸墨表层的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至110℃搅拌3分钟,形成的浆料以35 g/m2-50 g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在吸墨中层上,形成吸墨表层,并进行烘干处理,得到成品。
进一步的,步骤S1、S2和S3中,烘干处理的具体操作为,以25m/min-30m/min的速度通过温度为80℃-110℃的烘箱。
本发明的耐刮油画布,吸墨表层由水性丙烯酸乳液、天然石粉、聚乙烯醇、滑石粉、环氧改性硅油和聚酰胺的混合浆料制得,并且对各组分的配比进行了调配,进而获得耐刮吸墨表层;吸墨内侧由水性丙烯酸乳液和天然石粉的混合浆料制得,吸墨中层由醋酸乙烯乳液、天然石粉和聚乙烯醇的混合浆料制得,具有较佳的吸墨性能,确保喷绘效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种耐刮油画布,其包括依次设置的基材1、吸墨内层2、吸墨中层3和吸墨表层4;
基材1为化纤编织布;
吸墨内层2包括按重量份计的以下原料,水性丙烯酸乳液35份,天然石粉18份;
吸墨中层3包括按重量份计的以下原料,醋酸乙烯乳液30份,天然石粉16份,聚乙烯醇4份;
吸墨表层4包括按重量份计的以下原料,水性丙烯酸乳液35份,天然石粉18份,聚乙烯醇6.5份、滑石粉12份、环氧改性硅油10份、聚酰胺2份;
天然石粉的粒径为5μm~8μm,滑石粉粒径为3μm~5μm。
本发明还提供了上述耐刮油画布的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将吸墨内层的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至60℃搅拌5分钟,形成的浆料以35 g/m2-50 g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在基材上,形成吸墨内层,并以25m/min-30m/min的速度通过温度为80℃-110℃的烘箱进行烘干处理;
S2、将吸墨中层的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至68℃搅拌5分钟,形成的浆料以35 g/m2-50 g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在吸墨内层上,形成吸墨中层,并以25m/min-30m/min的速度通过温度为80℃-110℃的烘箱进行烘干处理;
S3、将吸墨表层的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至110℃搅拌3分钟,形成的浆料以35 g/m2-50 g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在吸墨中层上,形成吸墨表层,并以25m/min-30m/min的速度通过温度为80℃-110℃的烘箱进行烘干处理,得到成品。
其中,上述生产方法中,浆料涂布的干胶克重越大,涂层越厚,烘干时速度需要降低、温度升高;原料混合时,可根据情况添加5份~15份去离子水。
本发明生产的耐刮油画布,相较于市面传统喷绘油画布,不仅耐刮性能好,而且具有较佳的吸墨性能,确保喷绘效果。

Claims (5)

1.一种耐刮油画布,其包括依次设置的基材、吸墨内层、吸墨中层和吸墨表层,其特征在于:
所述吸墨内层包括按重量份计的以下原料,水性丙烯酸乳液35份,天然石粉18份;
所述吸墨中层包括按重量份计的以下原料,醋酸乙烯乳液30份,天然石粉16份,聚乙烯醇4份;
所述吸墨表层包括按重量份计的以下原料,水性丙烯酸乳液35份,天然石粉18份,聚乙烯醇6.5份、滑石粉12份、环氧改性硅油10份、聚酰胺2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐刮油画布,其特征在于:所述天然石粉的粒径为5μm~8μm,所述滑石粉粒径为3μm~5μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐刮油画布,其特征在于:所述基材为化纤编织布。
4.如权利要求1所述的耐刮油画布的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将所述吸墨内层的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至60℃搅拌5分钟,形成的浆料以35g/m2-50 g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在基材上,形成吸墨内层,并进行烘干处理;
S2、将所述吸墨中层的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至68℃搅拌5分钟,形成的浆料以35g/m2-50 g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在吸墨内层上,形成吸墨中层,并进行烘干处理;
S3、将所述吸墨表层的各原料按照配比混匀后升温至110℃搅拌3分钟,形成的浆料以35 g/m2-50 g/m2的干胶克重均匀的涂布在吸墨中层上,形成吸墨表层,并进行烘干处理,得到成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的生产方法,其特征在于:步骤S1、S2和S3中,烘干处理的具体操作为,以25m/min-30m/min的速度通过温度为80℃-110℃的烘箱。
