新型中底锁模扣,本发明涉及模具制造技术领域,尤其是指一种用于压制成型发泡塑胶制品过程中能自动锁合上、下模的新型中底锁模扣。是通过如下技术方案实现的:新型中底锁模扣,由上模、下模组成,上模扣合于下模上,在上模的两端靠近中心轴线的位置对称固定有销轴,两根摆杆的一端分别套合在销轴上,另一端固连一沿上模中心轴线向外延伸的提升杆,在摆杆靠近销轴一端的下部,设有一向下模方向伸展的锁合部,当上模扣合于下模上,锁合部恰可与固定在下模上的固定块互相锁扣,所述的上模在锁合部远离下模上的固定块的外侧固设有一限位销,限位销位于摆杆的底部。

技术领域
本发明涉及模具制造技术领域,尤其是指一种用于压制成型发泡塑胶制品过程中能自动锁合上、下模的新型中底锁模扣。
背景技术
一般运动鞋的鞋底由两部分构成,位于中间层的中底以及位于底层的大底。通常位于底层的大底多采用耐磨的橡胶材料,中间层多采用EVA发泡材料,这是由于EVA发泡材料是一种化学结构含有无数闭孔泡的聚乙烯泡沫制品,故作为中底材料可使运动鞋具有更加舒适和减震的效果。其制作一般采用将EVA与发泡混合料碾压成长扁状㬵板,然后将其放置于高温模具中内热膨胀发泡成为鞋中底成品。高温模具如附图1所示,下模具1固定于机身上,上模具铰接在下模具1上,下模具1中凹设有鞋中底槽11,下模具1内设有冷、热水管2,其作用是在上模具上的成型凸缘压入下模具1中的鞋中底槽11使鞋中底成型过程时,与外界的冷、热水管道相连,对下模具1进行加热或降温,以促使产品的加热成型及冷却取出。
在压制成型生产中,一般是工人将欲加工的原材料放入下模具1中,合上上模具,下模具1的内部热水管2通入热水进行加热,使放置于高温模具中内的EVA热膨胀发泡成为鞋中底成品;然后在内部冷水管2通入冷水进行降温,待下模具1内部的鞋中底成品冷却后,工人掀起上模具,用工具将下模具1内部的鞋中底成品取出,并进入下一个生产循环。在上述的生产流程中可以看到,模具在进行加热或冷却的过程中,工人是必须花时间等待,以满足EVA热膨胀发泡成为鞋中底成品所规定的时间。故此,造成一些不必要的人工浪费,增加了生产成本。
为此,申请人申请了专利号为“201710684357.X”、专利名称为“多用组合模具生产塑胶制品的设备及多用组合模具” 的中国发明专利,然而,在使用过程中发现,由于EVA发泡材料是一种化学结构含有无数闭孔泡的聚乙烯泡沫制品,在生产过程中,EVA发泡材料发泡膨胀的力量能将上模具顶起,以致造成加工成型的产品存在质量问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足之处,而提供一种在生产过程中既可以自动锁合上、下模,又方便开启上、下模的新型中底锁模扣。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:新型中底锁模扣,由上模、下模组成,上模扣合于下模上,在上模的两端靠近中心轴线的位置对称固定有销轴,两根摆杆的一端分别套合在销轴上,另一端固连一沿上模中心轴线向外延伸的提升杆,在摆杆靠近销轴一端的下部,设有一向下模方向伸展的锁合部,当上模扣合于下模上,锁合部恰可与固定在下模上的固定块互相锁扣,所述的上模在锁合部远离下模上的固定块的外侧固设有一限位销,限位销位于摆杆的底部。
所述的锁合部呈L型,L型的开口端朝向下模上的固定块的底部。
所述的限位销在上模的水平固定位置决定摆杆的摆动角度。
本发明由于将上模、下模的开合过程自动形成锁定与解锁的结构形式,从根本上解决了EVA发泡材料发泡膨胀的力量将上模顶起而导致加工成型的产品存在质量问题。

具体实施方式:
见附图2~4,新型中底锁模扣,由上模3、下模4组成,上模3扣合于下模4上,在上模3的两端靠近中心轴线的位置对称固定有销轴32,两根摆杆33的一端分别套合在销轴32上,另一端固连一沿上模3中心轴线向外延伸的提升杆31,在摆杆33靠近销轴32一端的下部,设有一向下模4方向伸展的锁合部34,当上模3扣合于下模4上,锁合部34恰可与固定在下模4上的固定块41互相锁扣,所述的上模3在锁合部3远离下模4上的固定块41的外侧固设有一限位销35,限位销35位于摆杆33的底部。
所述的锁合部34呈L型,L型的开口端朝向下模4上的固定块41的底部。
所述的限位销35在上模3的水平固定位置决定摆杆33的摆动角度。
应用本发明时,当提升机构将上模3两端的提升杆31钩住且向上提升时,由于提升杆31固定在远离上模3中心轴线的摆杆33上,而摆杆33的另一端套合在销轴32上,摆杆33绕销轴32逆时针方向旋转,摆杆33下部的锁合部34同步旋转,凸伸在固定块41底部的锁合部34的开口端随着摆杆33逆时针方向旋转逐步从固定块41底部退出,当旋转至设定角度时,摆杆33被限位销35限位而不能转动,而提升机构将上模3两端的提升杆31在继续向上提升,上模3则以销轴32的轴心及锁合部34外侧与限位销35的接触点为支撑点被吊起,上模3从下模4上脱开;
若提升机构将上模3两端的提升杆31向下降落至下模4上时,由于锁合部34设置在靠近销轴32一端,在重力的作用下,锁合部34的开口端自动凸伸至固定块41的底部,上模3、下模4自动互相锁合。

1.新型中底锁模扣,由上模、下模组成,上模扣合于下模上,其特征在于:在上模的两端靠近中心轴线的位置对称固定有销轴,两根摆杆的一端分别套合在销轴上,另一端固连一沿上模中心轴线向外延伸的提升杆,在摆杆靠近销轴一端的下部,设有一向下模方向伸展的锁合部,当上模扣合于下模上,锁合部恰可与固定在下模上的固定块互相锁扣,所述的上模在锁合部远离下模上的固定块的外侧固设有一限位销,限位销位于摆杆的底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型中底锁模扣,其特征在于:所述的锁合部呈L型,L型的开口端朝向下模上的固定块的底部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型中底锁模扣,其特征在于:所述的限位销在上模的水平固定位置决定摆杆的摆动角度。
