Abstract

本发明涉及一种医疗器械,具体的说是一种植入式心脏辅助血泵的降温装置。它包括泵***和驱动***,泵***有血泵及泵壳,驱动***有定子和转子,其特征在于还包括热量定向传导部件与真空隔热部件,热量定向传导部件位于血泵定子的***,真空隔热部件位于血泵泵壳内。其中热量定向传导部件将血泵定子产生的热量定向导入血液;真空隔热部件减少热量向外辐射,降低血泵表面温升,避免对组织造成热损伤。同时,由于血液的比热容非常大,而且人体体表散热功能非常强大,因此该热量不会造成血液温度增加。真空隔热层之间为真空,以减少热量向外辐射;有效的解决了植入式人工心脏—心室辅助***的温升难题,使植入式血泵植入体内后其温升完全在人体生理范围之内。

一种植入式心脏辅助血泵的降温装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,具体的说是一种植入式心脏辅助血泵的降温装置。
背景技术
心力衰竭(心衰)是一种严重威胁人类健康的疾病。针对晚期心衰最有效的治疗方法是心脏移植与人工心脏辅助治疗。由于心脏移植供体极度短缺远远无法满足心衰治疗的需要,市场对于人工心脏的需求不断增加,因而人工心脏的研究成为热点。多种人工心脏被研究出来。如专利CN104707194A基于血流动压和Pivot支承的可植入轴流式血泵,采用内置线圈作为定子产生交变磁场驱动叶轮转动。专利CN104436338A采用自悬浮技术制作自悬浮轴流血泵,避免血液损伤。类似的,专利CN102247628B 可植入式磁液悬浮型离心血泵,该发明采用动压液悬浮和永磁悬浮组合技术,代替了传统接触式机械轴承,转子与定子之间没有机械接触,不会产生机械磨损,最大限度的减少了对血细胞的碾压作用,血栓和溶血现象可以有效减轻。虽然目前多种人工心脏被设计出来,但是人工心脏的温升仍然是一个限制其长期应用的严重问题。导致人工心脏产生温升的原因是利用线圈产生交变磁场作为动力驱动叶轮转动。而线圈本身的电阻会导致部分能量以热量的形式散发出去,从而导致人工心脏的温度上升,进而造成周围组织产生热损伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能降低温升、使植入式血泵植入体内后其温升完全在人体生理范围之内的心脏辅助血泵的降温装置。
本发明包括泵***和驱动***,泵***有血泵及泵壳,驱动***有定子和转子,还包括热量定向传导部件与真空隔热部件组成,热量定向传导部件位于血泵定子的***,真空隔热部件位于血泵泵壳内。其中热量定向传导部件将血泵定子产生的热量定向导入血液;真空隔热部件减少热量向外辐射,降低血泵表面温升,避免对组织造成热损伤。
上述的热量定向传导部件是由栅格状结构组成,栅格形状可以为三角形、四边形(或者其他几何形状)。
上述的栅格由热导率高的材料构成。
上述的热导率高的材料是石墨烯或纳米碳管或银等。
上述的真空隔热部件由一层,两层或者更多层状结构组成,每一层由热导率低的金属或非金属构成,层与层之间采用抽吸工艺抽成真空。
上述的热导率低的金属可以是钛合金或不锈钢。
上述的血泵可以是轴流泵或离心泵。
本发明与现有的技术相比有如下优点:
本发明能够迅速将定子产生的热量传导进入血液,从而降低定子处温度,减少热量向外辐射。同时,由于血液的比热容非常大,而且人体体表散热功能非常强大,因此该热量不会造成血液温度增加。真空隔热部件由一层,两层或者更多层状结构组成,每一层由钛合金或不锈钢等热导率低的金属或非金属构成,层与层之间采用抽吸工艺抽成真空,以减少热量向外辐射。有效的解决了植入式人工心脏—心室辅助***的温升难题,使植入式血泵植入体内后其温升完全在人体生理范围之内。

具体实施方式
实施例一
如图1所示降温装置是由泵***及驱动电机***两大部分组成的“泵—机组合体”,泵***为轴流泵***,包括泵筒1、泵出口6、泵入口7、泵外壳9、以及泵筒内的安装的轴2、轴套8、叶轮4、叶轮叶片12、尾导叶5;驱动电机***包括定子:硅钢片11和线圈Ⅰ10、转子:叶轮;硅钢片11安装在泵筒1外周,线圈Ⅰ10安装在硅钢片11上,定子***有散热壳14;热量定向传导部件为定向导热栅格3A、3B位于血泵散热壳14的***。3A比3B宽,是为了增加定向导热栅格3A与泵筒1之间的接触面积,使定子产生的热量尽快的传导到泵筒1通过快速流动的血液带走。真空隔热部件为真空隔热层13,位于血泵外壳内与定向导热栅格3A、3B的外部之间。其中热量定向传导部件用于将定子产生的热量定向传导进入血液,减少血泵热量积聚;真空隔热部件用于阻止热量向外辐射,降低血泵外表面温升,避免对周围组织造成热损伤。
上述的定向导热栅格可以为三角形、四边形或者其他几何形状。
上述的定向导热栅格由热导率高的材料构成。
上述的热导率高的材料是石墨烯或纳米碳管或银等。
上述的真空隔热部件由一层,两层或者更多层状结构组成,每一层由热导率低的金属或非金属构成,层与层之间采用抽吸工艺抽成真空。
上述的热导率低的金属可以是钛合金或不锈钢。
实施例二
如图2和图3所示,降温装置是由泵***及驱动电机***两大部分组成的“泵—机组合体”,泵***为离心泵***,包括离心泵外壳15、离心泵内壳16、离心泵叶轮17、泵轴18、离心泵出口19、叶轮内的磁体20、离心泵入口23、泵轴内磁块24;驱动电机***包括定子:线圈Ⅱ21、转子:泵轴18和离心泵叶轮17;热量定向传导部件为定向导热栅格22,位于血泵定子:线圈Ⅱ21的***,分别为22A、22B、22C、22D面。位于上面的一组线圈产生的热量通过定向导热栅格的22A、22D面尽快的传导到与血流接触的22B、22C面通过快速流动的血液带走。位于下面的一组线圈Ⅱ21产生的热量通过定向导热栅格的22A、22C、22D面尽快的传导到与血流接触的22B面通过快速出的血液带走。其中热量定向传导部件用于将线圈产生的热量定向传导进入血液,减少血泵热量积聚;离心泵内壳16和离心泵外壳15之间为真空隔热部件13,真空隔热部件13用于阻止热量向外辐射,降低血泵外表面温升,避免对周围组织造成热损伤。其余同实例一。
通过实验发现,人工心脏血泵的外表面温升由3℃降低到0.2℃。这就是人工心脏—心室辅助***的降温装置在轴流泵和离心泵中的降温全过程。

Claims (7)

1.一种植入式心脏辅助血泵的降温装置,包括泵***和驱动***,泵***有血泵及泵壳,驱动***有定子和转子,其特征在于还包括热量定向传导部件与真空隔热部件,热量定向传导部件位于血泵定子的***,真空隔热部件位于血泵泵壳内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种植入式心脏辅助血泵降温装置,其特征在于所述的热量定向传导部件由栅格状结构组成,栅格形状可以为三角形、四边形。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种植入式心脏辅助血泵降温装置,其特征在于所述的栅格由热导率高的材料构成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种植入式心脏辅助血泵降温装置,其特征在于所述的热导率高的材料是石墨烯或纳米碳管或银。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种植入式心脏辅助血泵降温装置,其特征在于所述的真空隔热部件由一层,两层或者更多层状结构组成,每一层由热导率低的金属或非金属构成,层与层之间采用抽吸工艺抽成真空。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种植入式心脏辅助血泵降温装置,其特征在于所述的热导率低的金属是钛合金或不锈钢。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种植入式心脏辅助血泵降温装置,其特征在于所述的血泵是轴流泵或离心泵。
