When the operator does not need to work and walks out of the seat 2, the operator only needs to lift the armrests of the seat 2, toggle the switch 32, the control handle 3 moves back in an arc manner relative to the seat 2 by taking the hole B as the center of a circle and the arc-shaped groove C as the track line, and when the limiting device 34 contacts with the limit position of the arc-shaped groove C, the control handle 3 stops moving and is in a horizontal backward state, namely, is in an idle position.
