本发明涉及单管唇彩,是一种环保高刚性高耐热材料单管唇彩及其制备方法。
背景技术
唇彩管是一种放置液体唇彩的化妆品,其中一般采用单管结构,或称为单管唇彩。目前,单管唇彩的零件采用不同的原材料,即由塑料、金属、玻璃组成,如中国专利文献中披露的申请号201520687426.9,授权公告日2016.01.27,实用新型名称“一种唇彩管”;该唇彩管包括吹瓶、毛杆、盖子,所述的毛杆的底端位于盖子的前端内,该毛杆的前端中心位置上设置有唇彩头;毛杆的底端内壁设置有螺纹凹槽,与该螺纹凹槽相对应的吹瓶前端外壁上设置有螺纹凸块,所述的吹瓶通过螺纹凸块与毛杆的螺纹凹槽旋紧固定;在该吹瓶的前端内壁与毛杆底端间设置有内塞,该内塞套于毛杆底端上;其有益效果为:通过该唇彩管,在使用唇彩时,主要旋出吹瓶,就能涂唇彩,具有使用方便、携带方便、密封性能好的优点。其零部件的再生料需分拣后方可回收利用,此步骤繁琐,对节能、环保、废弃物的再次回收极其不便。市场上出现的单管唇彩多采用非环保的材料制成,其生产过程有污染,产生的污染物难以降解,以上生产内容都不符合国家的相关规定,以及对环保型生产企业大力发展的需求。同时,现有单管唇彩中的棒子、内塞采用一般塑料原料制作而成,在实际使用中刚性不足,易弯曲,遇高温容易变形,而且变形后会导致整个容器密封性变差,膏体会泄漏,导致产品的使用寿命明显降低。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明的目的是向本领域提供一种环保高刚性高耐热材料单管唇彩及其制备方法,使其解决现有同类产品结构设计欠佳导致装配使用较为不便,稳定性较差,较难环保回收利用的技术问题。其目的是通过如下技术方案实现的。
一种环保高刚性高耐热材料单管唇彩,该单管唇彩的棒子一端为唇彩管,唇彩管的一侧末端设有棉头,唇彩管的另一端与棒子的棒头连接,吹塑瓶的瓶口设有内塞,棒子的棉头通过内塞伸入吹塑瓶内;其结构设计要点是所述棉头与棒子的扣合端头设有扣合圈,棉头的扣合端一侧设有锥形套合的斜面,棉头的斜面与棒子的扣合端孔内斜面定心贴合,棉头的另一侧末端设有斜向的马蹄面。斜面定心配合棉头的斜面结构让棉头在使用中的强度更好,不易脱落。
所述棉头的扣合圈处设有凸点,棉头的凸点与棒子的定位孔扣合。定位孔和凸点的配合在使用中保证棉头不会转动。
所述棒子的棒头外径设有防滑凹槽,棒子的棒头设有箭头,箭头与棉头的马蹄面对齐。上述结构便于确定棉头的位置和方向,使棉头的马蹄面正好对应棒子上的箭头方向,使得消费者在唇彩瓶闭合状态下就知道马蹄面的方位,不需要在拿出棒子使用时再寻找马蹄面的方位,避免了唇彩膏/液滴落造成的不必要的污染。
所述棉头的扣合圈处还设有凸起的内竖直圈筋,扣合圈处上方的扣合端头外径设有凸起的上竖直圈筋。上述结构便于棉头与棒子的进一步固定。

所述棉头与棒子采用如下制备方法:所述降解聚合物100重量份,降解聚合物包括聚乳酸、聚丁二酸丁二酯以及聚羟基脂肪酸酯中的多种;石墨烯1-2重量份;成核剂0.1-10重量份,所述成核剂为酰肼类化合物;马来酸酐0-2重量份;其他助剂0.5-10重量份,所述其他助剂包括抗氧剂、增塑剂、扩链剂、润滑剂中的一种或多种;其中所述抗氧剂包括受阻酚类抗氧剂或亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂中的一种或多种,所述抗氧剂的含量为0.5-1重量份;所述增塑剂包括聚乙二醇、1,2-环己烷二羧酸二异丙酯、癸二酸二正已酯、马来酸二丁酯、对苯二甲酸二辛酯、柠檬酸酯、脂肪族聚酯或聚氨酯中的一种或多种;所述润滑剂包括自白油、硬脂酸或乙烯基双硬脂酰胺中的一种或多种。
所述抗氧剂为3114、DSTP、DLTP、168、1010中一种或几种抗老化剂的复配物。
所述降解聚合物和成核剂分别进行干燥处理,干燥处理的温度为60-100℃,降解聚合物干燥处理的时间为8-12小时,成核剂的干燥处理的温度为80-120℃,干燥处理的时间为2-5小时;干燥后与其余组分熔融共混,在螺杆机机头处挤出后,通过注塑方式成型;成型后经80℃表面处理剂和有机溶剂清洗,再通过25℃水域槽水冷、风冷、风干脱水、切料、均化震荡、80℃烘干处理后,得到最终成品。
所述表面处理剂包括偶联剂组分NDZ101和有机溶剂组分氯仿、四氢呋喃或丙酮的一种,两种组分的配比为5:80-95。
本发明结构设计合理,装配使用较为方便,使用寿命长,环保;其适合作为单管唇彩使用,其制备材料抗弯曲、抗热变形、抗氧化性能好。

具体实施方式
现结合附图,对本发明结构作进一步描述。如图1-图5所示,该单管唇彩的棒子2一端为唇彩管,唇彩管的一侧末端设有棉头1,唇彩管的另一端与棒子的棒头连接,吹塑瓶4的瓶口设有内塞3,棒子的棉头通过内塞伸入吹塑瓶内。其具体结构如下:棉头与棒子的扣合端头设有扣合圈,棉头的扣合端一侧设有锥形套合的斜面103,棉头的斜面与棒子的扣合端孔内斜面定心203贴合,棉头的另一侧末端设有斜向的马蹄面102。同时,棉头的扣合圈处设有凸点101,棉头的凸点与棒子的定位孔201扣合;棉头的扣合圈处还设有凸起的内竖直圈筋,扣合圈处上方的扣合端头外径设有凸起的上竖直圈筋。棒子的棒头外径设有防滑凹槽,棒子的棒头设有箭头202,箭头与棉头的马蹄面102对齐。内塞的塞口内径设有一圈环形的凸起小筋302,棒子的唇彩管外径与内塞的凸起小筋过盈套合,内塞的凸起小筋之间设有两条对称设置的透气槽301。
上述棉头与棒子采用如下制备方法:
实施例1
原料及用量分别为:50克聚乳酸,1克的石墨烯,2.5克乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯增塑剂,0.25克抗氧剂1010,1.25克润滑剂硬脂酸铝。聚乳酸在80℃的真空烘箱中干燥12小时;TMC-300成核剂在80℃的真空烘箱中干燥2小时。然后将原料混合均匀后加入密炼机中熔融混合,密炼机三部分的温度分别为190℃,195℃和190℃,转速为35rmp,密炼时间为10分钟。在螺杆机机头处挤出后,熔融混合后的树脂在模具中热压成型,预热5分钟;上、下模热压温度为190℃,压力为10MPa;热压时间为5分钟。所获得的成品的性能:拉伸强度为47MPa,热变形温度为80℃。
实施例2
原料及用量分别为:25克聚丁二酸丁二醇酯,25克聚乳酸,1.5克的石墨烯,0.25克TMC-306成核剂,0.25克马来酸酐,2.5克乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯增塑剂,0.25克抗氧剂1010,1.25克润滑剂硬脂酸铝。聚丁二酸丁二醇酯和聚乳酸在80℃的真空烘箱中干燥12小时;TMC-306成核剂在80℃的真空烘箱中干燥2小时。然后将原料混合均匀后加入密炼机中熔融混合,密炼机三部分的温度分别为190℃,195℃和190℃,转速为35rmp,密炼时间为10分钟。在螺杆机机头处挤出后,熔融混合后的树脂在模具中热压成型,预热5分钟;上、下模热压温度为190℃,压力为10MPa;热压时间为5分钟。所获得的成品的性能:拉伸强度41MPa,热变形温度95℃。
实施例3
原料及用量分别为:15克聚羟基脂肪酸酯,15克聚丁二酸丁二醇酯,25克聚乳酸,2克的石墨烯,0.25克马来酸酐,0.25克TMC-306成核剂,2.5克乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯增塑剂,0.25克抗氧剂1010,1.25克润滑剂硬脂酸铝。聚羟基脂肪酸酯,聚丁二酸丁二醇酯和聚乳酸在80℃的真空烘箱中干燥12小时;TMC-306成核剂在80℃的真空烘箱中干燥2小时。将原料混合均匀后加入密炼机中熔融混合,密炼机三部分的温度分别为190℃,195℃和190℃,转速为35rmp,密炼时间为10分钟。在螺杆机机头处挤出后,熔融混合后的树脂在模具中热压成型,预热5分钟。上、下模热压温度为190℃,压力为10MPa。热压时间为5分钟。热压后在110℃退火30分钟。所获得的成品的性能:拉伸强度38MPa,热变形温度98℃。
以上实施例1-实施例3成型后的成品经80℃表面处理剂和有机溶剂清洗,再通过25℃水域槽水冷、风冷、风干脱水、切料、均化震荡、80℃烘干处理后,得到最终成品。
综上所述,该单管唇彩具有如下优点:1、该单管唇彩由环保高耐热高刚性材料制成,与传统单管唇彩相比,该产品具有抗弯曲、抗热变形、抗氧化、销售价格适中、设计合理、寿命长,符合市场特性的优势。2、该单管唇彩与普通单管唇彩的区别之处是,该单管唇彩的棒子和内塞拥有特殊的密封结构以及采用环保高耐热高刚性材料后,各零部件连接更加牢固,配合准确,抗弯曲变形性能增强,抗热变形性能增强,整体气密性增强,方便用户携带、保存和使用。3、该单管唇彩由环保高耐热高刚性材料制成后,产品塑料件不易氧化老化,长时间保存或使用后,表面色泽度依旧如初,同时不会有泄漏和污染。4、该单管唇彩采用了棒子和棉头的定位结构以及棒子顶部的棉头马蹄面位置指示,使得产品在使用过程中方便寻找棉头马蹄面,避免不必要的麻烦。
Claims (10)
1.一种环保高刚性高耐热材料单管唇彩,该单管唇彩的棒子(2)一端为唇彩管,唇彩管的一侧末端设有棉头(1),唇彩管的另一端与棒子的棒头连接,吹塑瓶(4)的瓶口设有内塞(3),棒子的棉头通过内塞伸入吹塑瓶内;其特征在于所述棉头(1)与棒子(2)的扣合端头设有扣合圈,棉头的扣合端一侧设有锥形套合的斜面(103),棉头的斜面与棒子的扣合端孔内斜面定心(203)贴合,棉头的另一侧末端设有斜向的马蹄面(102)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保高刚性高耐热材料单管唇彩,其特征在于所述棉头(1)的扣合圈处设有凸点(101),棉头的凸点与棒子(2)的定位孔(201)扣合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保高刚性高耐热材料单管唇彩,其特征在于所述棒子(2)的棒头外径设有防滑凹槽,棒子的棒头设有箭头(202),箭头与棉头(1)的马蹄面(102)对齐。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保高刚性高耐热材料单管唇彩,其特征在于所述棉头(1)的扣合圈处还设有凸起的内竖直圈筋,扣合圈处上方的扣合端头外径设有凸起的上竖直圈筋。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保高刚性高耐热材料单管唇彩,其特征在于所述内塞(3)的塞口内径设有一圈环形的凸起小筋(302),棒子(2)的唇彩管外径与内塞的凸起小筋过盈套合,内塞的凸起小筋之间设有两条对称设置的透气槽(301)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保高刚性高耐热材料单管唇彩,其特征在于所述棉头(1)替换为刷头。
7.根据权利要求1所述的环保高刚性高耐热材料单管唇彩的制备方法,其特征在于所述棉头(1)与棒子(2)采用如下制备方法:所述降解聚合物100重量份,降解聚合物包括聚乳酸、聚丁二酸丁二酯以及聚羟基脂肪酸酯中的多种;石墨烯1-2重量份;成核剂0.1-10重量份,所述成核剂为酰肼类化合物;马来酸酐0-2重量份;其他助剂0.5-10重量份,所述其他助剂包括抗氧剂、增塑剂、扩链剂、润滑剂中的一种或多种;其中所述抗氧剂包括受阻酚类抗氧剂或亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂中的一种或多种,所述抗氧剂的含量为0.5-1重量份;所述增塑剂包括聚乙二醇、1,2-环己烷二羧酸二异丙酯、癸二酸二正已酯、马来酸二丁酯、对苯二甲酸二辛酯、柠檬酸酯、脂肪族聚酯或聚氨酯中的一种或多种;所述润滑剂包括自白油、硬脂酸或乙烯基双硬脂酰胺中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求7所述的环保高刚性高耐热材料单管唇彩的制备方法,其特征在于所述抗氧剂为3114、DSTP、DLTP、168、1010中一种或几种抗老化剂的复配物。
9.根据权利要求7所述的环保高刚性高耐热材料单管唇彩的制备方法,其特征在于所述降解聚合物和成核剂分别进行干燥处理,干燥处理的温度为60-100℃,降解聚合物干燥处理的时间为8-12小时,成核剂的干燥处理的温度为80-120℃,干燥处理的时间为2-5小时;干燥后与其余组分熔融共混,在螺杆机机头处挤出后,通过注塑方式成型;成型后经80℃表面处理剂和有机溶剂清洗,再通过25℃水域槽水冷、风冷、风干脱水、切料、均化震荡、80℃烘干处理后,得到最终成品。
10.根据权利要求9所述的环保高刚性高耐热材料单管唇彩的制备方法,其特征在于所述表面处理剂包括偶联剂组分NDZ101和有机溶剂组分氯仿、四氢呋喃或丙酮的一种,两种组分的配比为5:80-95。
