Background
The traditional glass cleaning machine adopts a roller type structure cleaning machine to clean glass, the glass is driven by rollers, and as the rollers can generate dirt or adhere foreign matters in the using process, roller marks can be left on the surface of the glass after the glass passes through the rollers, the glass is not thoroughly cleaned, and dirt residues exist, the rollers need to be regularly maintained and cleaned, so that the cost is increased; and the gyro wheel leads to defects such as burr and breach through long-time use, causes the glass fish tail easily to the qualification rate of product has been reduced, and the gyro wheel on the glass cleaning machine is numerous, is difficult for finding out the defect gyro wheel, has increased the complexity of changing the gyro wheel.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides the clamping and conveying type glass cleaning machine which is thorough in cleaning, easy to replace and capable of improving the production efficiency.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention solves the problems by the following technical scheme:
a clamping and conveying type glass cleaning machine comprises a rack and an operation table, wherein a feeding end, a high-pressure air cutting chamber, a first cleaning chamber, a second cleaning chamber, a deionized water cleaning chamber, a drying chamber and a discharging end are sequentially arranged on the rack; the glass conveying mechanism comprises a clamping and conveying device for clamping and transmitting glass, the clamping and conveying device is arranged in a left row and a right row and forms a conveying channel, the clamping and conveying device comprises a sliding block, a supporting seat fixed on the sliding block and a conveying wheel fixed on the supporting seat, the glass is clamped and transmitted between the left row of conveying wheel and the right row of conveying wheel, and the sliding block is connected to the upper surface of the rack in a left-right sliding mode.
Specifically, the first cleaning chamber and the second cleaning chamber are internally provided with rolling brush mechanisms comprising rolling brushes, each rolling brush comprises an upper rolling brush and a lower rolling brush, the upper rolling brush is in contact with the upper surface of the glass, and the lower rolling brush is in contact with the lower surface of the glass.
Specifically, the rolling brush mechanism further comprises a fixing device for fixing the rolling brush, a gap is formed between each row of clamping and conveying devices, the fixing device is arranged in the gap between the two rows of clamping and conveying devices, and a rolling shaft for penetrating through a central shaft of the rolling brush is arranged between the fixing devices.

1. the pinch type glass cleaning machine provided by the invention adopts the conveying wheels to drive the glass, the glass is clamped between the conveying wheels, and the conveying wheels only contact with the edges at two sides of the glass, so that the contact area with the glass is small, the traditional roller type conveying is replaced, the problem that roller marks exist on the glass due to the dirt of the rollers during roller type transmission is solved, the cleaning effect of the glass is improved, the dirt residue on the glass is reduced, and the dirt problem of the glass is thoroughly improved.
2. The defects that the glass is scratched and is not easy to maintain due to burrs, notches and the like on the roller are overcome, the qualification rate of products in the cleaning process is improved, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
3. The clamping and conveying type glass cleaning machine is more convenient and faster to install, maintain and the like.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a pinch type glass cleaning machine comprises a frame 1 and an operation table 2, wherein the frame 1 is sequentially provided with a feeding end 3, a high-pressure air cutting chamber 4, a first cleaning chamber 5, a second cleaning chamber 6, a deionized water cleaning chamber 7, a drying chamber 8 and a discharging end 9, the frame is further provided with a conveying mechanism 10, and the conveying mechanism 10 penetrates through the feeding end and the discharging end 9 of the frame 3; the conveying mechanism 10 comprises a clamping device 11 for clamping and transmitting glass, the clamping device 11 is arranged in a left row and a right row and forms a conveying channel, the clamping device 11 comprises a sliding block 111, a supporting seat 112 fixed on the sliding block 111 and a conveying wheel 113 fixed on the supporting seat 112, the glass 14 is clamped and transmitted between the conveying wheel 113 in the left row and the conveying wheel 113 in the right row, and the sliding block 111 is connected to the upper surface of the rack 1 in a left-right sliding mode. The edges at two sides of the glass 14 are clamped through the conveying wheels 113 at the left row and the conveying wheels 113 at the right row, the glass 14 is transmitted from the feeding end 3 to the discharging end 9 through the rotation of the conveying wheels 113, the sliding blocks 111 are arranged on the clamping and conveying device 11, the distance between the conveying wheels 113 at the left row and the conveying wheels 113 at the right row is adjusted through the sliding blocks 111 according to the width of the glass, and the diversity of the glass 14 is improved.
Specifically, rolling brush mechanisms 15 including rolling brushes are arranged in the first cleaning chamber 5 and the second cleaning chamber 6, each rolling brush is composed of an upper rolling brush 151 and a lower rolling brush 152, the upper rolling brush 151 is in contact with the upper surface of the glass 14, and the lower rolling brush 152 is in contact with the lower surface of the glass 14. The first cleaning chamber 5 cleans large foreign matters and large dirt on the surface of the glass 14, the second cleaning chamber 6 cleans the glass 14 finely, cleans the glass 14 by two different processes, and brushes the surface of the glass 14 by using the rolling brush mechanism 15, so as to improve the cleaning degree.
Specifically, the rolling brush mechanism 15 further includes a fixing device 153, a gap 114 is provided between each row of the clamping and feeding devices 11, the fixing device 153 is disposed in the gap 114 between the two rows of the clamping and feeding devices, and a rolling shaft 154 for passing through a central shaft of the rolling brush is provided between the fixing devices 153.
Specifically, all including the shower 16 that sets up both sides about transfer passage in first purge chamber 5 and the second purge chamber 6, all be provided with the shower nozzle 17 of rolling brush 151 and lower rolling brush 152 in the orientation on the shower 16, deionized water purge chamber 7 is equipped with the deionized water shower 18 that is located both sides about waiting to wash glass 14, deionized water shower 18 is connected with the deionized water case (not mark in the figure), including setting up the dry air knife 19 in the upper and lower both sides of waiting to process glass 14 in the drying chamber 8.

Specifically, the machine frame 1 is further provided with a main transmission motor 21 for driving the conveying wheel 113 to rotate and a rolling brush motor 22 for driving the rolling brush to move, and both the main transmission motor 21 and the rolling brush motor 22 are arranged inside the machine frame 1.
Specifically, at least one pair of rolling brushes is arranged in the first cleaning chamber 5 and the second cleaning chamber 6, and at least one pair of drying air knives 19 is arranged in the drying chamber 7. Four pairs of rolling brushes are arranged in the first cleaning chamber 5 and the second cleaning chamber 6, and four groups of drying air knives 19 are arranged in the drying chamber 7.
Specifically, the glass 14 on the rack 1 is all arranged on the same horizontal plane. The stability of glass transmission during processing is ensured, and the safety of the production process is improved.
The specific implementation process of the invention is as follows: as shown in fig. 1, a feeding end 3, a high-pressure air cutting chamber 4, a first cleaning chamber 5, a second cleaning chamber 6, a deionized water cleaning chamber 7, a drying chamber 8 and a discharging end 9 are sequentially arranged on the frame, as shown in fig. 2, glass 14 to be cleaned is clamped between conveying wheels 113 of a clamping and conveying device 10 at the feeding end 1, the conveying wheels 113 are arranged in two rows, the conveying wheels 113 drive the glass 14 to be transmitted from the feeding end 3 to the discharging end 9, firstly, the glass 14 is processed through the high-pressure air cutting chamber 4, relatively large dirt and foreign matters on the glass 14 are cleaned by blowing, the glass is cleaned once through the first cleaning chamber 5 connected with the high-pressure air cutting chamber 4, the adopted cleaning water contains a cleaning agent to enable the cleaning to be cleaner, the cleaning agent, the dirt and the like remained on the glass 14 are cleaned for the second time through the second cleaning chamber 6, and are transmitted to the deionized water cleaning chamber 7 for deionized water cleaning, and removing static electricity on the glass 14, entering the drying chamber 8 after cleaning, performing drying treatment by using a drying air knife 19, and finally withdrawing from the discharging end 9, thereby completing the cleaning process of the glass 14.
