8.根据权利要求1所述的超细丝纺丝油剂,其特征在于:所述的乳化剂为平平加O、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、吐温40、吐温60、吐温80中的一种或者一种以上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的超细丝纺丝油剂,其特征在于:所述的功能组分为艾叶、薄荷、避蚊草、薰衣草、夜来香中的一种或者几种天然提取物,或者是玫瑰、茉莉、香柠檬、檀香等一种或者几种天然香油。
10.一种采用上述权利要求1-9中任一项所述超细丝纺丝油剂的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤包括:
步骤1,在反应釜中加入植物油10-20份、乳化剂3-5份,升高温度至100-120℃,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌10-15分钟;
步骤2,通过恒压漏斗缓慢加入去离子水20-30份,滴加速度10-20mL/min,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌30-40分钟;
步骤3,降低温度至60-80℃,加入聚甘油脂肪酸酯5-7份、抗静电剂5-7份、润湿剂5-10份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌10-20分钟;
步骤4,降低温度至40-60℃,加入集束剂3-5份、平滑剂3-5份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌10-20分钟;
步骤5,加入功能组分3-5份、消泡剂1-3份、碳酸钠5-7份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌30-40分钟;
步骤6,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体超细丝纺丝油剂;
步骤7,静置冷却至反应釜中液体超细丝纺丝油剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
