本发明公开了一种超低温球阀阀座与阀体的密封机构,包括支撑块、V形弹簧、三组唇形密封圈和密封座,三组唇形密封圈分为上密封圈、中密封圈、下密封圈,中密封圈尾部固定于下密封圈开口,上密封圈尾部固定于中密封开口,三组唇形密封圈收尾相接安装于密封座上,形成一个整体,V形弹簧安装于上密封圈开口沟槽内,支撑块卡在V形弹簧上,V形弹簧提供一个稳定的弹力给唇形密封圈,使唇型密封圈在弹力作用下上下唇面紧压于金属表面。本发明与金属表面共能形成三道密封,且介质压力越高,所能提供的密封能力越强,消除了泄漏的可能性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种密封结构。
背景技术
目前常用超低温球阀阀座与球体的密封结构为泛塞结构,其由唇形密封圈加弹簧组成,弹簧安装于唇口凹槽内,开口朝向高压侧,经过试验验证,此种结构于金属表面仅能提供一道密封,在长期使用过程中,唇口易发生变形,导致泛塞在沟槽内产生倾斜现象,仍存在泄漏的危险。
发明内容
本发明解决的问题是常用的球阀阀座与球体的密封结构唇口易发生变形,导致泛塞在沟槽内产生倾斜现象,存在泄漏的危险。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种超低温球阀阀座与阀体的密封机构,包括支撑块、V形弹簧、三组唇形密封圈和密封座,三组唇形密封圈分为上密封圈、中密封圈、下密封圈,中密封圈尾部固定于下密封圈开口,上密封圈尾部固定于中密封开口,三组唇形密封圈收尾相接安装于密封座上,形成一个整体,V形弹簧安装于上密封圈开口沟槽内,支撑块卡在V形弹簧上,V形弹簧提供一个稳定的弹力给唇形密封圈,使唇型密封圈在弹力作用下上下唇面紧压于金属表面。
作为本发明的进一步改进,唇型密封圈的材料是聚四氟乙烯。
本发明的球阀阀座与阀体的密封结构与金属表面间共形成三道密封,即使因长期使用过程中第一道密封产生失效,第二第三道密封仍可在压力作用下与金属表面形成良好的密封,大大增强了球阀在超低温工况下的密封性能。本发明的球阀阀座与阀体的密封结构安装于与阀体径向密封处,唇形密封组件开口朝向高压侧,使得压力可以张紧密封唇口,同时补充了弹簧力,增加了唇口与金属表面的接触压力,此结构与金属表面共能形成三道密封,且介质压力越高,所能提供的密封能力越强,消除了泄漏的可能性。

1.一种超低温球阀阀座与阀体的密封结构,包括支撑块、V形弹簧、三组唇形密封圈和密封座,其特征在于:三组唇形密封圈分为上密封圈、中密封圈、下密封圈,中密封圈尾部固定于下密封圈开口,上密封圈尾部固定于中密封开口,三组唇形密封圈首尾相接安装于密封座上,形成一个整体,V形弹簧安装于上密封圈开口沟槽内,支撑块卡在V形弹簧上,V形弹簧提供一个稳定的弹力给唇形密封圈,使唇型密封圈在弹力作用下上下唇面紧压于金属表面。
