Abstract

本发明公开了一种散热结构的LED发光模组,包括装置主体,所述装置主体上端的外表面设有灯座,且所述灯座嵌套设置在装置主体上端的外表面,所述灯座的左右两侧的外壁上安装有导电条,且所述导电条与灯座之间紧密贴合,通过导电条能够方便的向灯座内进行供电,避免了使用电线供电时发生漏电的情况对装置主体造成的损害,有效的提高了导电条的实用性和可靠性,并且利用了导热垫,且所述导热垫的尺寸长为10cm,宽为20cm,且所述导热垫与LED灯之间紧密贴合,通过导热垫与LED灯之间的直接连接,减少了介质,从而减少了LED灯散热电阻,提高了装置主体的散热效果,有效的提高了导热垫的使用性和可靠性,通过且操作简单,在未来具有广泛的运用市场需求。

Description

一种散热结构的LED发光模组
主要内容为:
装置主体上端的外表面设有灯座,且灯座嵌套设置在装置主体上端的外表面,灯座的左右两侧的外壁上安装有导电条,且导电条与灯座之间紧密贴合,灯座的上端设有LED灯,且LED灯嵌入设置在灯座上端的内部,装置主体下侧外表面的前端安装有反光板,且反光板与装置主体通过强力胶粘合,装置主体下侧外表面的后端设有绝缘反光器,且反光器与装置主体之间通过螺丝固定连接。
绝缘反光器的上端安装固定有绝缘板,且绝缘板的两侧设有定位槽,且定位槽与绝缘板焊接,绝缘反光器的内部安装有导热管,且导热管与绝缘反光器通过螺丝固定连接,并且与绝缘板通过强力胶粘合,绝缘反光器下侧外壁的两端设有底座,且底座与绝缘反光器通过强力胶粘合,导热管的下侧的前端设有底部散热板,且底部散热板与导热管通过螺丝固定连接,并且与绝缘反光器之间紧密贴合。
装置主体下端的左右两侧的外壁上安装有散热板,且散热板呈“长方形”状,散热板的宽带尺寸为10cm,且散热板(6)与装置本体通过强力胶粘合。
反光板的下端设有扣口,且扣口长为10cm,宽为10cm,扣口与反光板通过螺丝固定连接。定位槽的下端设有梯形凸棱,且梯形凸棱呈“等腰梯形”状,梯形凸棱与定位槽焊接。
LED灯的上端安装有导热垫,且导热垫的尺寸长为10cm,宽为 20cm,导热垫与LED灯之间紧密贴合。

1.一种散热结构的LED发光模组,包括装置主体(1),其特征在于:所述装置主体(1)上端的外表面设有灯座(3),且所述灯座(3)嵌套设置在装置主体(1)上端的外表面,所述灯座(3)的左右两侧的外壁上安装有导电条(2),且所述导电条(2)与灯座(3)之间紧密贴合,所述灯座(3)的上端设有LED灯(5),且所述LED灯(5)嵌入设置在灯座(3)上端的内部,所述装置主体(1)下侧外表面的前端安装有反光板(9),且所述反光板(9)与装置主体(1)通过强力胶粘合,所述装置主体(1)下侧外表面的后端设有绝缘反光器(10),且所述反光器(10)与装置主体(1)之间通过螺丝固定连接,所述绝缘反光器(10)的上端安装固定有绝缘板(7),且所述绝缘板(7)的两侧设有定位槽(13),且所述定位槽(13)与绝缘板(7)焊接,所述绝缘反光器(10)的内部安装有导热管(12),且所述导热管(12)与绝缘反光器(10)通过螺丝固定连接,并且与绝缘板(7)通过强力胶粘合,所述绝缘反光器(10)下侧外壁的两端设有底座(11),且所述底座(11)与绝缘反光器(10)通过强力胶粘合,所述导热管(12)的下侧的前端设有底部散热板(15),且所述底部散热板(15)与导热管(12)通过螺丝固定连接,并且与绝缘反光器(10)之间紧密贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种散热结构的LED发光模组,其特征在于:所述装置主体(1)下端的左右两侧的外壁上安装有散热板(6),且所述散热板(6)呈“长方形”状,所述散热板(6)的宽带尺寸为10cm,且所述散热板(6)与装置本体(1)通过强力胶粘合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种散热结构的LED发光模组,其特征在于:所述反光板(9)的下端设有扣口(8),且所述扣口(8)长为10cm,宽为10cm,所述扣口(8)与反光板(9)通过螺丝固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种散热结构的LED发光模组,其特征在于:所述定位槽(13)的下端设有梯形凸棱(14),且所述梯形凸棱(14)呈“等腰梯形”状,所述梯形凸棱(14)与定位槽(13)焊接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种散热结构的LED发光模组,其特征在于:所述LED灯(5)的上端安装有导热垫(4),且所述导热垫(4)的尺寸长为10cm,宽为20cm,所述导热垫(4)与LED灯(5)之间紧密贴合。
